I love coming to Buffalo Wild Wings. :D I usually get either the chicken tenders or plain cheese burger and their good and juicy every time, I also LOVE how they do their fries and the taste of the seasoning on the fries. The service is always good, staff are friendly and nice. I also like the game day vibes, chill but always something going on. The only the service isn't really the best is near night time. For some reason when it isn't about to be close yet but near night time, some chairs go up and the food takes longer to arrive. I would recommend visiting more in the morning or afternoon than near the night. read more

We have never eaten at a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant before but was given a great opportunity as they gave me a free 6 wings for a birthday gift. First there was no strings attached and the host gladly accepted it. When we walked in a very warm welcome and was sat immediately. We were surprised at how busy the place was but that did not impact the service. The restaurant was spotless, very clean restrooms and dining tables. Now for the food! Excellent is an understatement, fresh, hot and delicious. Doing the winter in PS and will definitely be coming back for a game, beer and wings! Watched the Crawford and Alvarez fight here. There was a ten dollar fee. However, we got that back with the wings coupon they gave us. The wings were ok, it does the job. We were craving wings and there happened to be a Buffalo Wild Wings in the same plaza as the mall we were at. We were seated right away. There was plenty of seating, lots of tvs around the restaurant and very clean. We didn't make it in time for their lunch specials but we ordered a large fries with side of salt and vinegar seasoning, boneless wings with mild sauce and 20 traditional wings half spicy garlic and half nashville hot. We also got ranch and celery and carrots, our food came out fast and our server made sure our drinks were always topped off. Went there in happily tonight , to have a nice dinner . However, my service was the worse . She approached me quickly , just wanting to get drinks in, not in a mannerly way . Got our food order in after.. appetizers came out, she quickly dropped them off and walked away, without even eye contact. We sat there not touching it, due to not having napkins, forks, or plates. She came to get our entree orders, asked her for all these things myself. Waited 15-20 minutes , still nothing. She then came back and asked us for our entree orders again, without our napkins or plates even after asking 3 times for it. Entrees came, again drop them off and walked away . Never asked us if we needed anything . Which we did. I order just a side of cheese dip. Came back almost after we were done with everything with a whole order of chips and queso . I obviously got charged for it. Didnt wanna track her down as it took 15 minutes to even get her attention. Darylin i believe was her name . Or something similar to that. Also, dropped the bill without even asking if we wanted more things . She is not ment to be a server. Or at least not tonight. I tip everywhere i go even with mistakes. It was Mother's Day, and I was celebrating by myself until my daughter comes to see me at the end of the day I was taking advantage of all my coupons are on my Deals) and one of them that I saw was at Buffalo wild wings was offering 999 Unlimited appetizers. I saw this online. I saw a poster of it. I put it into some research I went in and they are only appetizer specific to their list not ones. I've already researched that is on their usual menu in order to avoid any allergic reactions. The price is 1299 not 999 and there is no Mother's Day promo. They literally said fuck you mothers we're not doing anything for you. Ordered their triple bacon burger and it already comes with fries. The burger was huge and tasty with the bacon but it's very greasy. I was already full with just the half sandwich. I come here almost every Thursday for boneless Thursday by myself . I come at the same time between 11-11:30. Every time I have no problem and have a great time. I come at 11:30 tonight (they close at 1am) and they tell me I can't eat there unless I order to go even though I see numerous people eating there. I went there to eat, not take the food home. It's funny because I was gonna give each person $20 because the manager came over and told me everybody got tipped out because they're going home early, after me waiting there for about 7 minutes for somebody to come talk to me. Where is the wild in your buffalo wings. The flavor of the wings assaulted our noses before it even hit our mouths. I was trying pretty hard not to sneeze. I also limited breathing in when I was taking my bites. I received a gift card to the restaurant, my boyfriend said it was pretty cool when he was a kid. Everything was just okay, nothing exceptional. He said the atmosphere was so dead now. There's a bunch of tv's but only one is linked to the speakers. Funnily enough, even the college basketball announcer on the speakers was a bit lackluster. It was pricy for what it was, the beer, carrots and celery were great. The wings were a tad too powdered with the dry rubs and the sauces were heavily seasoned. We wiped off both types of our wings. There were 4 dipping cups of ranch for our 15 wings, which we felt were to compensate for the flavor. Our server was nice enough, no complaints, checked in with us just the right amount. read more

Literally an empty restaurant on a Wednesday night. Now I think I know why. The portions have decreased (French fries only fill half of the plate) beverages take long to refill, sauces taste diluted. Server was nice but spent a lot of time talking to other staff. Bone in chicken with dry rub was overcooked and too salty. Mango Habanero sauce was sweet not spicy, Burger was dry and tasteless. All in all our $160 visit was a waste of time. We opted out of dessert choosing to go for frozen yoghurt instead. Our experience was so good tonight but that's mostly because our waitress was excellent! Cara accommodated ALL our requests without hesitation and with joy. She is extremely hard working and you can tell that she is an absolute pro. Do NOT order takeout from here. The food is good for what it is if you can ever get it. The staff are always friendly, but I don't know what takes so long. I called in an order because the website wasn't working. It took multiple calls until someone answered. I tried to order just as I had on the app, but was told some items were online combos only. I tried to explain that the website didn't work, but gave up trying. I ordered other food and was told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. After waiting 45 mins, I asked for money back so I could leave. A miracle must have occurred because suddenly the food was ready. I asked if it was going to be cold and they said "no, they just remade all of it so it's fresh." OK, so it was remade to be fresh. Why wasn't it brought out the first time it was made? We stopped by yesterday around 4pm. Upon checking in, I asked the hostess if we could get a booth since we were a party of 5; two children, my teen son, my husband and myself. Hostess said it would be a 15min wait to clean up a booth, I told her it would be okay. We get our table about 20 mins later. We get sat in a half booth, again I asked her for the booth but she said either half booth or a table. We agreed on the half booth but I did notice there was 2 clean booth available. Our server was really good. She was attentive and provided great customer service. Food arrived hot and fresh. Everything was really good and again server was great! My only concern, shortly after the hostess sat us. She sat two other parties in the booths I asked for. & they were 2 people sitting in those big booths while we had to grab a chair so my son could sit at the end of the table. That was disappointing as we waited for one of the those tables and she sat only 2 people in each of those bigger booths while us a party of 5 had to sit uncomfortable. It was bummer. I've been to this location a few times and this hostess isn't very friendly or welcoming as a restaurant host should be. Hopefully there can be some improvement on this. I waited to correct the order, left the location and saw that they had left out part of my order so I returned. The employee acted as if I was asking for a favor to get the missing food I had paid for. I got home and saw that the all drums that I had paid extra for were actually no drums. I called the location and the phone rang until a voice message during the first two calls. An employee answered on the third call and asked if I could come back to The place. We were greeted by a super sweet waitress, seated, Chris our server, who is amazing, had us served with drinks in about five minutes and food in about 15 from walk in, and we enjoyed the food. BWW has been going down hill for a while, so I had been avoiding them. But we were on a roadtrip, hungry, and ny passenger had to pee. Literally everything was a miss. Ambiance waise, All of the TV's were turned up super load so that we could barely hear each other. As a sports bar that would have been fine if the volume all came from the same game, but they had like 3 different ones on so you couldn't make out any of them. Food took forever to come out, and when it did the wings were super overcooked and dry. The sauce and rubs were good, but not good enough to save the dry, stringy meat we got. The cheese curds and the cheese tots were the only saving grace. Oh that and our waitress. The food took forever, but she was still attentive and checked on us during that time. I hesitate to write this review because I don't want too many people to find out about this place. If only I could keep it a secret so it doesn't get too crowded. But I would be doing you, the public, a disservice to not share this with the world. So there's this little dive bar in my neighborhood called "B Dubs." It is like most neighborhood bars but not only does it have Coor's and Bud Light on draft they have an incredible full menu! The walls are covered in funky sports memorabilia. This place is like Cheer's for me. I take my seat at the bar and without having to ask Kira brings me a frosty mug of the good stuff. They regularly have $4 20 ounce beer specials which I am forced to try, pushing me further away from my goal of being a swimsuit model. Oh well, cat's out of the bag! I ordered takeout from this location on May 15 and had my husband go pick it up due to me having a broken foot. He came back home all the way to Indio just to realize that instead of them giving us the boneless Bogo wings that you get on Thursday night that they shorted us 15 wings and gave us bone in. We called and spoke with the manager and after quite some time they agreed to refund us the amount of the wings since it was already around 8pm and we lived 30 minutes away. Had I have known that they never planned on refunding my money I would've driven back and gotten my 30 correct wings! Ive never had a business straight out lie to me, so I will just have to find a better business to give my money to!!! read more
