Went through the drive-thru today and was extremely disappointed. I've been a huge fan of this place for years, but today the food was terrible. The burgers had absolutely no flavor. I didn't even finish mine, and for me, that says a lot. I asked my 13-year-old son what he thought without telling him my opinion, and he said the same thing--the burger just wasn't good. To make things worse, shortly after eating, my wife had diarrhea, and my son had to get out of the shower to rush to the restroom before getting back in to finish his shower. My wife has been to this location before and said this is now the second time she's gotten food here that wasn't good. Even though I don't eat a lot of fast food these days, In-N-Out Burger is still my favorite. I love the simplicity of their menu and how tasty the burgers are. This In-N-Out Burger is conveniently located off the I-10 freeway. It can be a very busy store during peak hours. The restaurant itself is usually pretty clean and the service is quick. The parking can be a real pain at times. But it doesn't deter me from stopping here on road trips for some good food and a quick trip down memory lane.
