Outstanding, little engine that could produce a fantastic tasty meal. I am happy. Nice people nice place. Love this place. The shakes, delicious and satisfying. Food made and prepared by people who care.

This place was great! I was craving a good burger I chose to try this place. I didn't get a good burger, I got a GREAT Burget!!! Atmosphere was fun, service was great.. l.. people were friendly and it was much more than a drive thru burger. This is a win for me. Clean and neat and had patio seating for those nice days

    50/50: fries and onion rings

greta garbo: turkey burger in lettuce with tomatoes, onion, pickles - delicious, burger was moist, veggies were fresh #20 au poivre: dijon mustard, crushed peppercorns, swiss cheese, bacon - delicious combination and well executed, would be improved by less bready bun, top removed and much better but messy 50/50: fries & onion rings - huge serving, onion rings were addictive, fries were a little soggy though flavorful Service was friendly and attentive. Ambiance is funky, fun - not sure exactly how to describe but a little TIKI but with gorillas? A solid choice and very popular while we were there. Hankering for a burger? It's a good choice.

Breakfast dog was great! Hollywood burger was fun! Brain freeze root beer had metal containers as a plus! Fries and onion rings half and half!

CS is excellent, love the ambiance, Hawaiian Decor inside is interesting. Burgers are BIG, but you can order Mini Burgers and half order of their fries. Their fries are cut fresh daily, taste is phenomenal. The Burgers are SUPERB, done to perfection, the Buns taste like homemade that day, all condiments are fresh and tasty. Only suggestion I have is on the Garlic Fries don't used minced out of a jar. We will be back!

Back again-- this time for a Patty Melt and " Frings". Great burgers and fun ambience. Highly recommend

Found this gem via Guy Fieri and could not stop smiling once we entered! This tiki-decorated burger joint has got massive aura. Also the burger names kept making me laugh - they remind me of Bob's Burgers! I ordered the #11 Great Eggspectations. I am not exaggerating when I say that I think this is the best. burger. I've. ever. had. I don't even like hamburgers or any type of sandwich but I SCARFED this big boy down in 5 minutes. The patty is so well-seasoned, JUIIICY, and cooked to a perfect meat temp. The chili cheese fries were traditional tasting and the perfect compliment to this meal - recommend! Give this spot a try! So glad to have found it on my last night in greater Palm Springs!

Everything about this place was great. The vibe, the cleanliness, the staff and food. My friends and I got the OMG Burger. And OMG is it good! It had a thick beef patty, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, a huge onion ring and a special mayo. One burger is big enough to share. We also got Parmeasan Fries and the best ever Cookies and Cream hand made milk shakes. It was once on that Diners, Drive-in and Dives show. I can see why. Such good food.

If you're in the mood for a burger and fries, look no further. So many delicious combinations, it's hard to choose. And they will sub any burger for a well-made impossible burger (for two-fifty). They also have a gluten-free bun and several other bun and bread options. I had the Hollywood Brown Durby minus bacon and loved it. Others tried the Pancho Villa and the Hawaiian and the Patty melt and ate every bite. The fries are plentiful and we had tons left over. The avocado fries were also yummy. Really. You can't go wrong. But, it adds up price wise.

Seriously one of the BEST pastrami sandwiches I have had. My wife had some and thought the same and my mom tried it and she was amazed. This lil spot knows how to make pastrami. and the House chips were pretty over the top too. 122 mile drive for us but might have to venture back for a great pastrami sandwich. Moms salad was also good, massive and we share it and still didnt finish it. Young lady came in and remembered this crew from way back too and that was cool to see. Lots of TVs, good amount of seating and great service. If your out for an event or lucky enough to be a local this spot is worth checking out and if you love pastrami its a MUST.

Ordered the New York style hot pastrami on rye with coleslaw and a Dr. Brown's Cream Soda. The pastrami was the highlight. Piled high, tender, and full of that classic deli flavor with just the right amount of richness. The rye bread held everything together well and had a nice bite to it. It's the kind of sandwich you have to take a second to look at before figuring out how to eat it. The coleslaw was fresh and crisp, a good balance to the sandwich, and the cream soda was cold and refreshing. Also ordered a slice of pistachio cake to go. Absolutely delicious. The place has that old school deli feel, busy but in a good way, and full of character. Service was friendly and efficient even with the crowd. Unlike so many other parts of trips out here - the oppressive heat, dodging careening buggies driven by seemingly lost and possibly inebriated golfers, and the discovery of sand in eyes / nose / shoes / liver - it's a tradition that sits very well with me. I'd even go as far as saying that the food here makes all of the above worthwhile. The restaurant has a car park to the rear and limited street parking in front. The interior has a lovely ambiance, quietly refined by subtle lighting and a gentle arboreal theme. I've seen it busy and our party has also had the place to ourselves on late visits, but I'd definitely recommend a reservation just in case especially with a larger party. The staff provide attentive and genuinely caring service, and the portion sizes are substantial and easily justify the more-than-reasonable cost. The food itself though is the reason this place is always a highlight reel spot for me. Every dish is a feast for the eyes as well as the palette, beautifully presented and packed with flavor. My personal go-to is the perfectly seasoned and healthy Harvest Salad, usually with an added protein (the blackened chicken adds a real flavor kick and the variety in texture that I love in great food). Fortunately my partner happily defaults to the opulent and delightful Lobster Lasagna, as I'd be loath to miss out on a bite or three of that too. Appetizer-wise, I'm yet to regret any soup-of-the-day choice. The Zucchini last night was... well... yep, perfect is no overstatement. Sweet Basil is an absolute gem, and a must-visit for any visitor here. The only even remotely negative things I can think to mention is to be aware of the rather early closing time for at least part of the year.
