The food is okay. Had the tuna salad - a bit bland but edible. All kids working who don't pay attention. Ordered a sandwich on Parmesan bread and was given regular. Ordered a mini and was given a regular. Service really is not there. No apparent management. One person texting and the other not listening to your order. My biggest complaint is they when putting the tuna salad on the 'wrong' bread they dropped a hunk on counter. Did they throw out? Nope. Right back into the container. And the sandwiches have gotten pretty pricey. read more

This is the first Jersey Mikes I have been to that doesn't give military or veterans a discount! Pretty bad not to support veterans, especially in this economy. Firehouse across the street does, so I probably will take my business there. read more

Every time I come here I do a mobile order and it's never ready even when I take longer than the time suggested, what is worse I come inside tell them I'm here for a pick up and then somebody walks in and they proceed to take their order... I was also told I would be refunded this is the second time I ask for a refund and have not received it. read more

BUSINESS DISCRIMINATION VS Minority customers. I placed an order online, despite driving a long time to get to the restaurant, online pick up was not ready and I waited 20 minutes more, I was the only latino customer in the restaurant all the other people were 100% white. White people arriving way after my order was placed were helped first fast and efficient I was acknowledged by an employee but for nothing because my order was never PREPARED. I cancelled order and spent this beautiful money just across at the habit burger grill. If you are a minority (latino, african american, pacific islander or asian) RUN!! Jersey Mike's Subs. Are great healthy eating. So happy to have been able to get to this Jersey Mike's, Oct. 15,2023. We were there about 2:30 pm. Quite busy. But did not have to wait in line very long. My Hubby and I share a #13 regular size Italian Mike's way. Also had the chips and a soda with the yummy sandwich. Introduced my sister in law from Milwaukee to Jersey Mike's too. She had a roast beef mini , Mike's way. I told her this afternoon we will eat healthy. Hard to tell that they are open. Still looks like 50% construction site. Once inside all the great jersey Mike fare. But, the friendliest, most energetic employees. Absolutely the most friendly crew! Went today to use a fund raiser card and buy an additional sandwich. Both sandwiches were delicious. Was greeted as soon as I walked in by just about every smiling employee. Great that they all were so happy and jokingly playful. Definitely will be returning. Outhouse out front (due to ongoing construction of shopping center) made the joking around that much more playful. Think I'm going back Friday to order again! read more

My first time at Jersey Mike's Subs at this location. Great customer service, happy employees, and my sandwich was really really good. They pile on the meat as compared to one of their competitors who only gives you a few slices of meat. I had the turkey club and my other half had the Big Kahuna. We just walked out and will never walk back into this location. I used to work for Jersey Mikes years ago and have since always gone back to different locations because I love their sandwiches. I am a VIP member and needless to say, I know how the sandwiches are to look. However, we were in this area and went to this location. The girl in the front tried to give me a mini sized sandwich when I ordered a regular. I told her that is not the correct size and she proceeded to argue with me about till I just canceled that sandwich. However, my wife and son both ordered giants. Then she went to make their sandwiches and hardly put any roast beef on one of the sandwiches. My wife said something and the lady proceeded to argue again with my wife on the amount of meat. My wife then just canceled that sandwich. She didn't apologize or say anything. Just said "ok". Then every time my son asked for something on his sandwich she replied "anything else?" Making him feel like he inconvenienced her by being there. Also, the sprinkle station was so gross. There was veggies mixed and looked like it had not been wiped all day. Needless to say, I'll take my business to other locations in the future. Please train your employees better. read more
