Jimmy John's has the best bread in the sandwich game with great new options like the chicken bacon ranch that keep me going back for more, the La Quinta location never dissapoints, they always spoil their regulars. They also have a heros program that provides chip and drink with a regular sandwich purchase for military, hospital workers, teachers, what an awesome way to support the Coachella Valley. Also I've been to a lot of Jimmy John's around the country and this one is so big, very clean, amazing views out the windows of the valley sunset. read more

First time at Jimmy John's and I was disappointed. My sub had a combination of meats which were sliced thin and lacked flavor. The lettuce and tomatoes on top were limited and didn't really add anything to the sandwich. On the plus side the staff was pleasant, read more

Foods always good but the portion was ridiculous, literally one piece of turkey on each half of my lulu sub, mostly lettuces and air. Service was good. read more

Extremely average sub sandwich. Barely above Subway in terms of quality and probably same size or less. I ordered and had delivered to Hyatt nearby, order was accurate and quick. Super disappointed with quality though. This place is extremely overhyped and probably had an amazing sandwich back in the day before corporate greed ruined them forever. Do t get me started on the prices ... hard NO. read more

I don't know about anyone else, but I like Jimmy John's sandwiches they are moist and tender and delicate for fast food. That's great. I'm service is quick and nice and quiet. I'll go back. read more

Bread was stale. Only ate 1/2. The next day, bread was rock hard. Not worth the time or money to return.

Following a friend's recommendation, I decided to revisit Jimmy John's for a high-quality sandwich after a 15-year absence. I specifically ordered the Cubano, a sandwich I came to love while living in Miami. Unfortunately, the experience was shocking: the sandwich was woefully lacking in its key ingredient, featuring only two incredibly thin slices of ham. Since I always order the largest size expecting to get two meals out of it, the $23 price tag felt like a complete rip-off--essentially a loaf of bread with minimal filling. The disappointment was so significant that I felt compelled to visit The Meester Zebra Restaurant, which offers truly incredible Cubanos. The attached photos speak for themselves regarding the quality difference. read more

This is the worst location as far as experiences. I ordered online from this place today, order was for 5 sandwiches. ALL OF MY SANDWICHES were incorrect, missing even the basic condiments of mustard and mayo (which are included by default per their menu) and also missing all of our add ons like the hot peppers and onions. My sister has also previously ordered from this location twice and they have made her order incorrectly both times. Our order was $60 worth, and only received $20 worth of sandwiches. read more

Well for starters I ordered an ultimate porker which has bacon and ham. Instead I got turkey and cheese and for the cheese I had to pay extra for. Everything else was right besides my sandwich. Now I know nit to order through DoorDash. read more

First-time visit to JIMMY JOHN'S in Palm Desert, CA ... Prices at this location are significantly higher than what was advertised on the internet. When I ordered the sandwich-chips-drink combo, the total with tax came to over $20.00 -- What?? This is a sandwich joint, maybe one-step above Subway ... Yeah, prices have gone up, but I'm looking for good quality food at fair trade/good value ... At that moment, I decided I'd go to Sherman's Deli, THE full-service restaurant-deli in Palm Desert, instead. There, I ordered a huge BLT sandwich with a side of potato salad [with complimentary Pickle/Sauerkraut tray, and soda water with lemon ... Real plates and flatware ... Real wait service]. My total with tax and tip came to $22.52 ... Happy tummy, happy wallet, happy life. read more

Came in with a buy 1 get 1 coupon. Ordered a regular roast beef and an Italian total $12. Got home and there was one slice of meat on each sandwich. I called them and asked the manager if someone has a BOGO do you cut the meat in half. The answer was YES. What is that. read more

Yesterday I tried Jimmy John's for the first time, and was pleasantly surprised. I mistakenly went to Jersey Mike's after my friend got the two establishments mixed up. She was looking for a lettuce wrap, which Jersey Mike didn't offer. Upon discovering the difference, I decided to give Jimmy John's a try myself. Her tuna lettuce wrap satisfied her craving. I ordered a Caesar salad wrap, which was delicious. I definitely want to give their sandwiches a try next time, as the staff was bragging about how delicious their bread was. I will definitely be back. read more

What a great experience, the name on the ticket that took care of me was Megan, I think she was the one making the sandwich which was great. Her team member was so friendly providing me a guide around the menu, asking me for favorites I like. Then they surprise me with how fast they make the sandwich. Even checking in with me while enjoying it in the booth. I highly recommend this team of people, they make great food serving with a smile and making you feel valued just for coming in. read more

First time trying Jimmy John's the service was fast lot of sandwich options I would definitely go back

Never disappoints, it's clean, they have quality food and Brian always delivers phenomenal customer service.

I usually don't write reviews but wow. I'm so amazed at this location. It deserves a good review. I was recommended by a co worker a few weeks back so I decided to give it chance last week. It's my second time today. So happy to see Manny again. Best customer service I've had in years. Manny is a rockstar, super friendly guy. I stopped coming to Jimmy Johns a long time ago because of my other go to place but after a couple visits. I'll be coming back for sure. What more can you ask for when the sandwiches are amazing, quickly made & with outstanding service. With staff like Manny how can you resist visiting this location. Sandwiches are made so quick. If you have a few minutes to spare why not stop by. They need more staff like Manny & his co worker. I definitely know workers like him are hard to find. What a gem. I recommend the Ultimate Italian with jimmy peppers or Tuna sub with jimmy peppers. The tuna there is amazing. Best Jimmy Johns by far! They have gained more satisfied customers. I'll be letting my peers know of this location. read more

This place has by far been the worst's service I ever had. From the minute I walked in the door, the employees were whispering in each others ears. I get to the counter and being my first time there I asked what are your popular subs. The young man asked "what are you going to order"? I'm wondering if he understands English due to the fact I asked him a question. Still in that moment in front of my face turns to his right side and whispers to the other young man's ear. Are you serious right now? i have never felt so unwelcomed and uncomfortable at a restaurant like I did today. I really hope the manager or owner read this. They need to know what is going on with their staff. To top it off the next customer who came in shortly after me , they did the exact same thing. Whispered and chuckled. Who do they think they are? I will never go back to Jimmy John's nor will I ever recommend it to anyone. As a matter of fact everyone I know will know about how Jimmy Johns staff treats customers and how awful it is. read more

Jimmy John's is absolutely my favorite fast sandwich go to place! I love their fresh veggies and they have a house mustard that is really good! read more

I recently purchased 'The Veggie' sandwich on wheat recently and was put back by the $10 price tag for it. For God's sakes, it's a sandwich with two pieces of bread, tomato, cucumber, lettuce and avocado. I walked out last week when they told me that the price had been increased to $11 - the product is not worth what you have to pay for it. I went to Ralphs' and bought all of the ingredients and spent less that #11 and can eat that sandwich all week - With almost everything going up these days, (i.e. food, gas, etc.) I won't pay for a sandwich that isn't worth it! Buyers Beware! read more

I can't even leave them one star. The food wasn't bad because I like the company but the customer service put a bad taste in my mouth. How the employee behind the counter, and the manager spoke to me - abruptly and yelling I might add - was appalling. Then I was told that they didn't have time for this, when I told them My opinion on how they were treating me, and told to leave when my food was hastily handed to me and no one asked me if I wanted a bag or anything. Very rude. I will never go back to this establishment. read more

seriously so friendly, SO fast. helped me save money on my order - John and Megan, you guys rock!

I just bought 2 sandwiches and a large coke for $27. The bread on the sandwiches is hard and dry. It ruins the sandwich.

Messed my order up and no questions asked made it right. Excellent service by making it right. Will go out of my way to come back!

Every time I walk in here I'm greeted with a smile and genuine hello. Nick the owner goes above and beyond on keeping everything amazingly clean and consistent. The Sandwiches are always fresh, delicious and on point. Give this Jimmy Johns a try in La Quinta Costco Shopping Center and don't confuse it with the other one in Palm Desert, completely different owner and operation . read more

Ordered Lil Luncheons for our kids Birthday party and they were a hit everyone love them we got them for the Adults and kids had Happy Meals. Megan at Jimmy John's was super helpful on helping us set up the order and making sure we had a good variety of sandwiches. Packaging was super cute and perfect for display and all the guest complimented on how good they tasted. Price was really good too, saves you time and hassle of cooking, prepping and clean up, it's all inside it's box and guest just tossed when done. No plates or utensils needed. I would definitely order again for other events. read more

Jimmy John's - Lil John Luncheons - Sandwiches Near Me - La Quinta, California

After errand running decided to grab a sandwich instead of cooking tonight. Thought it'd be less hassle. I was beyond wrong. It all started off when I walked in. The person at front who hopefully isn't a manager was visibly frustrated with something else and showed it as I walked in without a greeting but a rush to the back to grab the other employee to help. As a former JJ employee (15yrs ago) I know the procedure when people walk in is to greet them or atleast act like you want them to be there. Not the case here. I could see they had a large order being handled so chalked it up to that. Placed my order for a Vito #5 because I don't like Mayo. It is not edible to me. I get physically ill when I eat so I like a #5 because it doesn't come with it as standard. I paid my $21 & change for my meal and drove home only to discover my sandwich was covered in Mayo. I decided to go back & get a new sandwich. It's got to be less hassle to drive back 10 min & get a new one instead of starting dinner. It was 5:40 PM so I rushed back. When I entered again was greeted with the same "Dont bother me" attitude and when I explained about the sandwich I had to pull it out to prove it had mayo. I was then offered a 1/2 sandwich as my replacement. Nothing else. I was told there was no bread so I couldn't be helped (even though the employee cut a full loaf to make a half sandwich for me) As a former JJ employee I know day old bread is available. We'd sell it to customers. Maybe just maybe try an ounce of customer service and offer the other half of the sandwich on day old bread. I mean just attempt to make the situation right. If that doesn't work as a solution figure something out. How do you let a customer walk out with half of what they paid for and a shrug of your shoulders of pure IDGAF? From the attitude in the door, the lack of care for my order, and the refusal to fully replace their screw up this is an experience in flawless failure. read more

I ordered a catering box here for a work event. I was picking up on the first Friday of Coachella so I made sure to order a couple days ahead.
