I give them 5 stars for the most tasty cheesesteaks locally and their other sandwiches are top drawer too.Service is unpredictable,though, as it looks like they hire inexperienced young folks and they mess up orders, drop stuff, and generally take a while to get your order out, but it's good when it gets to you. To make a long story short, here is the scenario: My wife and I enjoy the sandwiches here but we despise waiting in line at this location for 35 min for 2 sandwiches. When I walked in 3 minutes later than what the pick up time was, I was told my order hadn't been started yet. I was somewhat surprised based on the shortness of the in - person order line. I am so disappointed with the service at this location. I walked in at 7 PM after working at a restaurant all day and the only person you saw was at a register and says across the way what can I get started for you. No Hi, how are you. I told her my order she sighs when I add something to it and doesn't even make eye contact. She hung my order up and I wasn't even done. She then tossed her order pad and grabbed my ticket. When I asked her to repeat it for me she was very rude. I explained that I felt I was a bother to her and wanted to make sure my order was right. I can't give zero stars. Ordered three sandwiches a week ago and got bacon on a vegetarian sandwich. Order three sandwiches this week and they don't have bell pepper for a sandwich so they purposely omitted the sandwich from the delivery, without trying to make a substitution, but still charged me for for the sandwich. The people on the phone were VERY rude and were planning on charging us for a sandwich they didn't deliver. Never again. I ordered food last Friday through Grubhub ..4 sandwiches and the restaurant forgot one. Called the manager and she was completely unhelpful. Told everyone I can pick up. I ordered delivery specifically because I cannot drive there. Flash forward to this Friday. Ordered again because their food is very good. Placed order with Grubhub and immediately called the restaurant to speak to a manager. His name was Jack. Told him the situation and had him confirm my order so they wouldn't forget anything. Got my order. Boom. Forgot a sandwich And chips. Called back and he said (Jack) I thought I double checked. Now again my order is screwed and so is my wife this time because it was her sandwich they forgot to make. Completely incompetent. Other reviewers on Grubhub alone say this location is always forgetting something. Listen to the people So an update: 8/16/19 ordered a few since and they have STILL forgotten sandwiches (Always my cheesesteak for some reason). I always call after I place an order to confirm with a manager. They have still forgotten my cheesesteak 2 more times!!!! They were so so busy with in person and online orders due to the restaurants feed America promo, but no one was panicking. They kept it together, professional and even checked on each other to make sure each coworker was good. I don't see this very often especially with such great and accommodating attitudes. What a nice experience to have in the midst of a lot of unkindness in the world. They made my day!! Let me start by saying I love jersey mikes. I am from New Jersey and can appreciate a good east coast real roast beef sub mikes way. I was so happy they finally built one by my house. This location is horrible. The staff is so so slow and do not move with any type of urgency. They stand there with blank stairs not working as a team to make the process run smooth or quickly. Ever time I go here I am in complete shock. I never ever write reviews but last time left so aggravated how no matter when I go their is always a problem busy or not. I understand not everyone works quickly but this entire staff moves Like turtles and only know how to do the task in front of them without moving around where they are needed to make the process faster. Jersey Mikes is pretty much always delicious but I wanna call out the staff at this location and how they are absolutely amazing. They are consistently friendly, courteous and always make us feel welcome and appreciated. I have only gone a handful of times, but still they remember me and offer suggestions for us based on what we'd had before which shows they care... Even more, we have a dog and whenever we bring him they greet him and give him treats of roast beef or turkey to make him the happiest puppy around. Tonight we had Alex and Josh help us and they were both great (as is the rest of the staff). This place is a pristine example of a customer-focused service business and even though they are a franchise, the team here always makes us feel like family. Keep up being awesome!!! read more

This location needs some serious help. Every time we come here it takes forever and our order is always wrong or missing something!! We tried to have lunch here today and it was a joke. We ordered our sandwiches with only two people in front of us. Over 10 minutes later we're still standing there just waiting for them to start on our order as they made the online/phone orders instead. Orders kept coming in and they kept starting new orders as if we were not even there. We finally said something and their response was "someone called out". Not sure how that has anything to do with the issue when there were 2 people standing at the register just watching and only one person making sandwiches while the other was slicing meats when needed. We placed our original review about a year ago and things have changed! Seriously we always had a great experience going to this location, it was a family event to go there every Saturday for lunch. With Covid we have stayed home but we decided to treat ourselves this week and get a sandwich there, at least an online order to go. What a disappointment! We placed the order without any problems but that was the end of no problems. The order was to be ready at 1pm, and we got there a little late, at 110, fully expecting our order to be ready. Wrong! We walked in with another customer and there was NO ONE behind the counter, but 2 teen girls and a teen boy giggling and ? tickling each other in the room behind the counter but still in very clear view. Very inappropriate! We asked about our order and the other customer did also. The boy ran out and said "oops, we didn't know any orders came in!" The girls stayed in the back, giggling uncontrollably, while the boy did our orders and the other customer's. At no time did they come out to help. Obviously no type of management here! I ordered the #4 on Rosemary Parmesan bread, Mike's Way, to go. When I got home I noticed that the bag my sub was in was soaked with oil. When I took my sandwhich out of the bag I was shocked to see that the wax paper wrapper was even more drenched in oil. When I ate my sub a good portion of it was mushy from an excess helping of their oil & vinegar dressing. In fact, there was so much of it that it overpowered pretty much everything else! Next time I'm going to have to tell them to hold the oil & vinegar. read more

This was the worst Jersey Mike's I've ever been to. My partner ordered their sandwich Mikes Way and got the entire sandwich absolutely drowned in oil. Not the normal amount of oil and vinegar, like borderline soggy. They also asked for extra pickles, and were charged for them, but there were not extra pickles on the sandwich. I saw my partners sandwich, as well as the other customers in the store get their food drowned, and so I asked for "the #6 with ONLY lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. Nothing else please." And then I walked over to the counter to pay for my sandwich, chips, and drink. Then the person making my sandwich makes my sandwich Mikes Way and goes "wait, that wasn't supposed to have that on it," and insists that she can just scrape everything off, but after she's taken everything off, my sandwich is still soaking wet because she's drowned it in oil and her coworkers have to convince her to make a new sandwich because she's insisting that it's fine. Then she begrudgingly remakes the sandwich and then adds the vegetables to the sandwich, and then covers the entire thing in pepper before wrapping it up. Went to this Jersey Mike's Subs with family. It's been a while and I was surprised to see that now they offer hot subs. So I went with the Famous Philly Cheesesteak. It came hot and wrapped. The meat and cheese were blended thoroughly and the cheese was melty goodness. The onions and peppers weren't overpowering like at other places. I'm not a mayo fan and there are no other condiments or additions unless you ask which is great. read more

DO NOT call in an order, pick it up, and expect to get home with what you ordered. My son and his family traveled to Gilbert for the Easter weekend. He requested Jersey Mike's. I called in the order and the person who took the order repeated everything back to me correctly. My husband picked it up assuming it was correct. Not one sandwich out of the six I ordered was right...not the right bread, condiments, etc. so disappointing! I absolutely hate when restaurants do this because you obviously are not going to drive back and have them fix the order. Should never happen. read more
