Love this place! Out of all the sandwich shops popping up this is at the top. They cut the meat to order so it's as fresh as you can get and it tastes like it! Food is OK but the service through Uber eats sucks. Ordered food via Uber eats, the sent my daughter the receipt but somehow had the wrong address ( literally some place on the other side of town). My daughter calls Uber eats they suggest cancelling. She cancels. Uber eats then tells her they can't refund because, " jetsey Mike's has already made her food". She calls Jersey Mike's, Jersey mikes says, " that's an Uber Eats problem". I call uber eats corporate they say its Jersey Mike's problem. I email Jersey Mike's three times and got the same corporate email telling me its an Uber eats issue. My kids went hungry, I'm out $25 bucks and nobody cares. read more

I don't usually review fast food places but WOW, the Saturday crew at this Jersey Mike's was fantastic. I came in during a big lunch rush and they were hard at work, but still conversational. I accidentally lined up on the wrong side and was politely corrected without being embarrassed just a simple "sorry, our line starts over there" My order was taken and assembled quickly and despite the rush, the staff still made personal conversation asking about a silly tshirt I was wearing that depicts the Incredible Hulk lifting weights. They asked if I'd come from a workout and if I was training for anything. The perfect synergy they showed while still being personal AND apparently training a new team member was incredible. They also gave the perfect amount of oil and vinegar for "mike's way" flavorful, but not enough that the bread got soggy on my drive home. read more

My most recent order (online) was a full sized Club Supreme, with extra meat and I included a tip. 6/22/22 - Just before the big dust storm my Daughter,Grandaughter and myself ordered sandwiches. Mine was Stale, stale, stale bread. Ordered the large Mikes Special on WHEAT. Stale,stale,stale bread. My daughters and granddaughters sandwich was good according to them. Mine was definitely a disappointment. $35 and change and no receipt. Staff was friendly and courteous. I'm sure they were worried about the weather kicking up the way it did. That's understandable. Apparently I can't expect everything to be fresh. I have to ask. Lesson learned. This place is a joke waited 25 minutes for my sandwich then got cut in front of by 3 different losers that ordered after me while trying to pay! Staff had no care in the world for people or their schedules place was dirty staff was rude when asked if I could pay before the line cutters was told 1 second not quite the response I was looking for so I walked out leaving the food on the counter also watched the lady use my bread for my sandwich to wipe off the counter if you only get an hour for lunch go someplace else this establishment does not know how to function properly lazy staff just standing around not working but collecting a pay check for sure hope management reads this but highly unlikely! So my wife really wanted a hot sandwich so we went down the line of sandwich shops and landed on Jersey Mikes. I don't usually order Philly sandwiches because 9 times out of 10 they disappoint. This was one of those 9 times unfortunately. Also my wife ordered her sandwich hot and got it cold and was very disappointed but was ready to get home so we didn't mention it when they gave us they food. Not a lot of great options around here for a philly cheese steak, go to Jersey Mike's get the cheese steak with jalapenos and extra cheese I forget what number is but you'll see it on the menu.
