Horrible attitudes. I went in July 19th around 5:00. There was a blonde girl with a tattoo on her arm who acted like doing her job was going to kill her. If you hate working so bad, don't do it. Don't ruin everybody else's day just because you have to do your job, that you WILLINGLY APPLIED TO. Another blonde hair boy, who seemed like he just had a problem understand or maybe he has social issues I'm not sure but he aggressively shook vinegar on the sandwich when we were simply asking what type of dressings they had. Today 4/22/25 I went for a late lunch at Jersey Mike's subs in Kuna Idaho. I have been to other locations as well. Today I had the chipotle chicken sandwich sandwich. It was so delicious. I asked one of the employees if the sandwich was spicy, he said it was made with a chipotle, mayo I asked him if I could try a sample because I am sensitive to spicy food. He gave me a sample and it was not spicy at all. It had a little kick to it, but it was great. I don't remember all what was on it. But it was the best sandwich that I've had. All of the sandwiches at Jersey. Mike's are absolutely delicious. The last time I was there, I had a Philly cheesesteak sandwich one of my favorite sandwiches. It was absolutely wonderful. Their breads I like because they are soft. They're not hard and crunchy. Be employees at the Kuna location were very nice and helpful. The restaurant itself was very clean and the bathroom was clean as well. I used to like other sub sandwich places but now my favorite is Jersey Mike's. I highly recommended to anybody who is looking for a good and delicious and good quality sandwich. The prices are very reasonable. I hope to visit there frequently. read more

Going to chain establishments is usually not my thing but in a pinch will give in out of convenience...I recently have tried Jersey Mikes a few times and while my 1st experience left me totally disappointed my last 2 times have been pretty good. The last 2 times I have had their classic Italian which has every kind of Italian meat on one sandwich. Plus includes provolone cheese and your choice of options. I think what most people got for is Mikes way which includes oil, vinegar and their signature seasoning and salt. I personally do not care for it that way because to me it makes the sandwich soggy especially if your not eating it right away. I like the shredded lettuce, tomatoes, their signature spicy red peppers, pickles, pepperoncini peppers, mustard, mayo served on their white bread. This to me is a perfect sandwich with the truly authentic Italian sub, crafted with provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni. The service yesterday was perfect and ready on time. Walked right in to their somewhat clean restaurant. From the looks of it they needed someone to do a clean and sweep of the front of house. The only issue we had were the sandwiches were made kinda sloppy and once we got home to unwrap and enjoy them the appearance wasn't that great. However the flavors were all there and tasted great. I would for sure come back and in the Kuna area while very limited this is going to be your best choice for a sandwich. read more

So a disappointment today at Jersey Mikes. I ordered my usual and had specific instructions on how to cut the sandwich. I placed my order through the App. When i got there to pick up my sandwich a young man had just finished wrapping it up. I get home and open it. First off it was I asked for wheat bread but i was given white. Second it looked like they made my sandwich with the lettuce on one side and the meat on the other. There was no sight of meat or lettuce on both sides. The next bummer was that it wasn't cut how i had asked it to be cut. it was only cut in half. I was not told any information on why my bread wasnt correct. Or why it looked rushed. The sandwich was just thrown together. Not the greatest customer service experience thats for sure. read more

So I go into jersey mikes last night at about 5:30. There is about 4-5 customers in the shop. The employees were not serving the customers in the shop they were making grub hub orders and making the customers who bothered to come in wait. Where I come from those who come in the store are served first. Considering that my order will pay the business 10%-25% more ( no door dash fee to the business). I left and will never go there again. read more

Good food, crap service. I ordered a to go order that was ready 20 min late from its pick up time. I stood in the restaurant for over 15 min and no one acknowledged my presence until I had to get their attention. the employee checked and my order was ready but they had not put the chips in the bag. I explained my frustration that I had been waiting for a long time and no one even talked to me and at this point, my food was probably cold. They only offered to re-make my sandwich and not even an apology, coupon, anything. I have had service issues before here with employees messing around and ignoring customers leading to service issues. The employees didn't even seem to understand why I would be upset which frustrated me even more. read more

Walked in around 1:30pm on Sunday on the 16th of June. I was the only person as someone had just paid and was on their way out the door. There were four employees behind the counter at this time. One was a girl that had just checked out the customer that had left and three boys. I stood in the order line and waited for someone to take my order. After five minutes without no acknowledgment from any of the staff, I left. I got in my car and went through the drive thru at Cafe Rio and had my food and was on my way home in less time than I had wasted in this establishment waiting for someone to ask my order. Will not be coming back and would suggest the owner hire staff with some better communication and customer service skills. read more

Tonight I had a extremely terrible experience at this location. I came in at about 20:40. They were to close at 21:00. This girl had a very nasty attitude. She was extremely rude to me, my, partner, and coworker. She had already packed up everything from the counter to and I ordered #3 regular. She was angry because she had to go to the back for the ingredients. She walked away then came back slamming and throwing the ingredientsto make my sandwich. Not only that, dhe was rough with your equipment. I canceled my order because I did not like the attitude she was giving and how she was throwing my sandwich together. She then slammed the food in the trash very aggressively. I wasn't comfortable with her making my food. I sat there to get my thoughts together. At 20:55 three other customers(white)came in. She greeting them nicely with respect and a smile with no attitude in site. She took there order with no problem. Once she noticed I was still sitting there looking at her she walked to the back once again. I felt very racially profiled and greatly unfairly as a black woman. read more
