Edit.... It arrived with no oil & vinegar and the sandwich was thrown away. I know silly but i won't eat a dry sub. 5 star to 1 star. I spoke with Kate (I believe that was her name) regarding my DoorDash order. I realized I couldn't add any special instructions, and I LOVE my oil and vinegar, but my subs always end up soggy by the time they're delivered. I called to see if it was possible to put it on the side, and she confirmed they hadn't started my sandwich yet and said "absolutely!" without hesitation. That small gesture completely made my day. I did an online curbside order and once I arrived at the order time, I clicked on the "I'm here" button on my app and waited. App said gathering your order and be right out. After waiting 7 minutes I decided to go inside to grab my order. The young man came over and asked my name and he handed me a bag which I perceived as be too small for 2 regular & 2 Giant subs, so I politely asked....is this everything and he said yes. Once I got out to car I noted not all subs were in the bag and one sub was wrong sub. I go back inside to see the same guy holding another bag and said this is your other sub, at which time I informed him I had ordered a #7 and was given a #8. He asked if I was sure and I showed him the receipt. He then removes the #8 and goes to make the #7. One he was done, he just said have a nice day. I mean if you neglect to bring out the order for a curbside order, short the customer one of his giant subs and give a wrong sub.......one would expect at least a "I'm sorry", but not one apology, just a have a nice day! I'm hoping a manager can see my review and have a chat with the staff! I understand mistakes happen, but three mistakes on one order and not an apology! read more

Okay, I guess I'll start with saying I don't normally write reviews. I know it's a cliche and it sucks but whatever - after a couple of experiences I feel obligated, even though Jersey Mike's is the kind of place you don't really check reviews for - you just go - because it's a sandwich and we know what we're getting, right? I thought that on a couple of occasions and I was wrong. As a worker in the same industry I'll preface the important part of this review by saying that I understand that things can quickly and unexpectedly swing out of control, and those factors shouldn't always reflect upon the employees. In fact I'd go as far as to say they usually they don't. The three poor kids who are underpaid and overworked to put out the kind of (metaphorical) fires I personally experienced were clearly doing the best they could. I'll spare the details, because I have a feeling a review of this nature could blow back on the people who were working at the time(s) of my visit(s) and that's the last thing any of us want. If you're a potential patron and are reading this review. Save yourself the time, money, and headache by going to one of the plenty of other options within literal feet of this place. Everything said, I've had multiple separate & isolated, while absolutely miserable, experiences with this particular shop. It does not matter if you go when it's busy or when it's slow. My experiences have been miserable enough to make me feel like I need to write this in order to raise a flag to the only people who actively pay attention to and care about these reviews; the management and propriety. A coupon for a free sandwich with the purchase of another sandwich and TWO 22oz drinks is crazy. Using high school kids as a vehicle to masquerade your kindness by offering a free sandwich that you cover your margin on in the fine print is a gross way to cover up not knowing how to run a food business. It always sucks when you spend money somewhere and you leave like "that wasn't worth it at all". This place is the epitome of that. read more

Jersey Mike's managed to mess up something as basic as condiments, then doubled down on it. They put the wrong condiments on my sandwich. Fine -- mistakes happen. What doesn't happen at a decent establishment is refusing to fix it. When I asked for it to be remade or simply corrected, I was told there's a "policy" that they only remake sandwiches if the meat is wrong. Apparently bread, toppings, and condiments don't matter here, just eat it and move on. So let me get this straight: you can ruin the entire sandwich, but as long as the meat is technically correct, that's your problem? That's not a policy, that's laziness wrapped in corporate nonsense. The cherry on top was the attitude. Zero effort to make it right. No ownership. No customer service. Just a flat refusal and a shrug. I genuinely hope Morgan at least makes her boyfriend's sandwiches correctly, because customers clearly don't get the same courtesy. Plenty of sandwich shops out there that understand how to fix a simple mistake. This one apparently isn't interested. Won't be back. read more

This location is honestly the only one to actually go to. The fairview location is closer to my home and this location is closer to my work but regardless, I will only ever go to this location due to how terrible of an experience my wife n I had at the fairview location. this one is cleaner, faster service and actually staffed by people who don't seem to hate their life/job. They always ask how my day is, which while standard to ask, and is then followed up with further questions or comments. It honestly is refreshing to be served by actual humans for a change. The experience I had there today made me write this review. 3 workers in particular-Zach, Bradley and Piper were an absolute pleasure. Had I talked to more of them, I'm sure they'd be mentioned on here too. Whatever the case, I just really wanted to shout them out for taking a regular experience and turning it up to 11. read more

I've dropped in 3 times so far, and I'm pretty impressed. Twice for myself and once to feed the family - all carry out. Looked through some of the prior reviews and I'm not seeing the same concerns. Love the Original Italian, Mike's Way on rosemary parmesan bread. One of the best subs I have had in a long time. Fresh tasting, lots of meat. Great mouth feel on the bread and consistency of the overall sandwich. Club Sub was really nice with the smoked bacon on wheat. My only criticism is onions are consistently a bit strong in the flavor profile for me. The burps afterwards make the experience less favorable. I'll probably order those light or not included next. With tomatoes, the sandwich will tend to be soggy the next day. Some things to consider. read more

I was still looking for a better than average Italian sub when I popped into this store right at lunch time. Quite a crowd at that time but the crew was moving the orders pretty fast, so I decided to wait.I had a chance to observe the sandwich sizes and quality of bread/roll and meats. I decided a mini sub was what I needed and the Italian looked good. Lots of meats and cheese. They also put a great vinegar and oil dressing and whatever veggies you can desire. It tasted great and ranks right up there with great Italian subs. Glad I got it and I would get one again. The other subs I saw being ordered all looked good to me. I have never waited longer for a deli sandwich to be made. Fully staffed, but division of labor is out of balance. Everyone mumbled through their mask and could not retain my simple order. We placed our order online and it was going to be a wait time of 15 minutes. When we arrived it been 15 minutes and my wife went inside to get our order. After asking where her order was, one of the employees informed her there was an issue with the online ordering system and they were not getting complete online tickets. We had already paid, but they could see we had ordered. So instead of taking her order right away, they made her wait and eventually took her order. So another twenty five minute wait on top of 15 minutes. We needed to get home but we were hungry, so we waited. The issue was, they didn't make any concessions for the extended time for the issue on their end. The food was decent but the service and wait time, not so great. Oh my goodness I LOVE JERSEY MIKES!!!! Hands down this is my favorite subs. I used to have to drive quite a ways across the valley. But now I have one a lot closer! Yay! My fav is the original Italian. So delicious! I also want to mention here that the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They really listened to my requested changes to the standard sandwich and got it absolutely right. I came in here today with 6 people for my birthday. I've been wanting to try it for a long time, and wow was I disappointed. The lady taking our order was so mad, and every question we asked was met with a snarky response. The other lady ringing us up was so confused, and couldn't figure out how to count or take our order properly. It was also really loud in there, and they mumbled a lot. This is an interesting score for me, I usually try and visit an establishment a few times to get a baseline reading so I know what to expect. Every single one has been so widely different than the others it's really hard for me to give a 100% accurate score. Im stuck between 3/4 and giving the benefit of doubt by listing as a 4. Overall the food quality has been swingy. The food at times is literally the best sandwich I've had in a long time. Other times the meat is dry and bland. I Personally order the cheesesteak so my opinion of food is limited to that one sandwich for now. Every time I order I hope that I get to experience the great tastes, but it's hit and miss. The staff is mostly pleasant. I've witnessed a few interactions with other customers that I would have corrected if I was a manager on staff. There are ways to be compassionate and still express your point. The App is good for ordering but the single time I used it for delivery it took over an hour to get delivered and my sides were not included. The driver (who I believe is doordash) said something I couldn't comprehend about not having everything, but I was never notified prior from Jersey Mike's. Maybe they could have called me and asked for a substitute item rather than leaving me with something I didn't ask for a s still charging me. I'd like to say I'll go here again, but I'd like to see some stability. read more

No dice, same care free (couldn't care less) service and mediocre product. $14 for a large sub is a crime. Go to subway. At least then you can leave without feeling like you were robbed blind. This place was great! Super helpful staff :). When I dropped my sandwich in the bathroom they were very helpful and helped me pick up my sandwich and sanitize all the ingredients. Let me say the quality of the food has always been top notch. This poor review is for the store manager. Her massive attitude and rude behavior was unacceptable. I'm an avid walker and upon my 5 mile walk on Sunday, I stopped in the jersey mikes to place a lunch order (5 sandwiches/1 salad-tub). After paying, the cashier is placing my order in What appears as oversized lunch bags. Knowing that I have a long walk back, I asked the cashier if he can use one of the handle bags to place my order in So that I can carry at home with ease. He starts To place my order in a handle bag and the manager immediately comes over and starts telling him he can't use those. I explained that I was walking home and then it would make it easier to carry. She explained to me that handle bags are for third-party orders only and that is a store policy. I politely asked her what a third-party order was and her response was that she will not be harassed in her own store. I assured her I was not harassing her and I was simply asking her what a third-party order was. I asked for her name and she refused. I asked if I could have a managers name and she refused. I ended up calling a different jersey Mike's in Boise asking them if there was a contact for a complaint and they quickly gave me a name and email. I sent an email into that customer relations person and her response was very lackluster and full of excuses. Knowing that she informed me that this particular location was out of handle bags at the time of my visit, told me she didn't even read my email in the first place. The cashier had already placed my items in a handle bag and the manager on duty made him take everything out. sadly, I won't be visiting jersey mikes again - And not because the food doesn't taste good or isn't good quality. read more
