I was more than pleasantly surprised at the sandwich I got at Fratelli Deli. I ordered the Italian Special, and dang it was great. The meat and cheese were really flavorous, and they have thus spicy relish that was out of this world. And the bread was crunchy and yummy. Friendly staff and a clean establishment rounded it all out. So for a counter sandwich place, I don't think I could ask for more.

The sandwich was so amazing. The bread was crunchy on the outside warm on soft on the inside. It had the perfect amount of meat and vegetables. It tasted fresh and so good. The customer service was great. They are friendly. It's a cute little shop to go and will be nice to sit outside when it warms up.

We stopped by Fratelli for lunch. Very clean and lots of available tables and chairs. We were cheerfully greeted. You order at the counter and they brought us our sandwiches. They have a number of cold classic sandwiches as well as hot sandwiches. They have chips and canned sodas available. We tried the Italian combo (cold) and the grilled Philly Cheesesteak both on their Italian bread. Sandwich prices were comparable in price to other sandwich shops in the area. The Italian combo was packed with italian meats and cheeses. The italian roll was wonderful and had that crunchy exterior which held up well to the mayo, oil/vinegar. I only ate half my sandwich which made for nice leftovers at home. The Philly cheesesteak had a nice amount of tender beef, grilled onions and wasn't overwhelmed by too much cheese. We will be back its nice to have this available after shopping in the area. Give them a try. Next time we will try their famous Dutch Crunch bread shipped from CA.

WOW! This place is SO good!!! We tried it for the first time and got the godfather, fratelli club, chipotle cheesesteak and kids grilled cheese. Everything was DELICIOUS! The Dutch bread is so unique to this place and tasty! Not to mention the sandwich come STUFFED with ingredients! The staff was wonderful. They were helpful in helping us choose what to order and even brought over some lollipops for our daughter. 10/10 will be back!!! Dang that was a good sandwich! My husband and I are always up to trying new restaurants and we were both craving a deli sandwich. I got the ham sandwich with all the fixings, minus tomato's and my husband got the Italian. Both sandwiches were on their Dutch crunch bread and in my opinion, it's the best choice of bread. These sandwiches are massive. I wish I would have taken a picture. Anyway, we will be coming back, maybe to share next time. read more

After work today I made my turn to early and found this spot. I was heading to get a sandwich at another location however saw the sign of Fratelli Deli. I caught them just before they closed for the day. Good thing I did. I ordered their spicy Italian with oil and vinegar and salt and pepper. Wow!! What a great change from the normal place. The bread was so good. Also ordered their Dirty Deli Style potato chips, jalapeño heat, and their Sprecher beer. So good. I am not a customer. The place was warm and welcoming and very clean. the father and son team were great. Next time I'll have a seat to really enjoy the meal. read more

Terrible customer service. I ordered a hot Italian sub, gave me a regular Italian sub. They would not correct their mistake because I had already taken a couple bites of the wrong sandwich. I asked, the supposed owner, if this is how a new business treats their customers... several times he loudly stated, "See you, never." Will not return. read more

They have an extensive menu of teas (including milk teas) and coffees. They also have allergens listed on their menus - it shows if something is dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegetarian. Being gluten- and dairy-free, this made my selections very easy. We were so impressed, we went their three times during a five day visit. In the morning they make baked goods on premise. They had three or four dairy and gluten free options. I particularly liked the banana nut bread and also got their chocolate-chip banana bread. I ordered an egg salad on a gluten free wrap during one of our visits - excellent. Their lattes were outstanding. I highly recommend the Soup Kettle Grille to anyone close enough to try it out.

We ordered an appetizer of cheese bread. I thought it was pretty good quality, a little high price, bur I expected that because it's a higher end restaurant. Our entree's took a bit of time, but it was to be expected the place wasn't empty. I think we waited somewhere between 15 to 30 minutes after we finished our bread. But when they came, it was worth the wait. I ordered a 14 oz new york strip. My family raises their own beef, so steak is nothing new to us. It was so good, I took a piece home to share with my family, and everyone agreed, it was fantastic. My girl had the rotisserie chicken, falling off the bone delicious, Colonel Sanders needs to step up his game. Another thing I can say, I find usually in high end restaurants I find myself still hungry afterwords, not here, I was completely satisfied with my meal. We ordered dessert, it was the vanilla bean something or other, don't eat fancy so I don't quite know these things. Here comes my only complaint, the sugar coating tasted a bit like burnt coffee, but was still delicious and we ate the whole thing. Before she brought it out, our server asked about the occasion. She took a picture of us with our dessert, which had writing in strawberry sauce, "happy anniversary". Like I said, we don't eat fancy often, especially because we feel unwelcome in many places with as young as we are (18 and 19), but this place made both me and my girl feel special, thank you land and ocean. I cut our faces out for privacy, she took a good picture don't worry about that.

Was craving a deli sandwich for lunch and came across this place! It's hard to find authentic deli's in the area so I'm glad I gave this one a shot.
