Combo pho in heavy plastic
Heidi A.

I was thrilled to find another pho option. The restaurant itself was beautiful. Pretty baked goods displayed. Tables were not wiped down and napkin dispenser was empty. Friendly enough young men working counter. I ordered combo pho. Broth and meats ok. I dined in. The fact that everything I ordered was served in plastic to go containers just ruined it. Hot soup in plastic is nasty. $24! The young men forgot my chili oil request, didn't care either. Vietnamese coffee was good. Dang- I really wanted this to be better. Maybe their sandwiches were better than the plastic soup.

key lime cheese cake

this post is just based on the desserts we had. I thought they would have more options for pastries. When we arrived, there were a few options for pastries but a ton of cheese cakes. I was a bit disappointed since i love pastries...the ones left were in individual bags and didn't look appealing, so we went with the cheesecakes. I got a key lime and my daughter got the mango guava. They did taste good however neither of us could finish ours since they were soooooo sweet. We could have spit ours with two or three other people because of the sweetness. mine had a layer of white cake in it. i'm not in love with cake. I suggest getting a black coffee to break up the sweetness. This isn't a bad place I just want to share my experience.. I will be happy to come back and try their meals next time

I was looking for some decent pho and bubble tea around the area and stumbled upon this place. I was pleased to find that they also served various other things like cakes and bread! So the pho was actually not bad. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the price. Who charges almost $18 for pho in a plastic container? I would have thought maybe they would give you a large bowl but that wasn't the case. Most everything else here is also overpriced and very pricey! The bubble tea was okay. A bit too sugary for my tastes but not bad. The waitor also misunderstood my friend's order and charged her for a drink she didn't order lol... but she didn't fight it. One thing I did enjoy was the ube cheesecake. It was pretty delicious! Next time, I'll maybe come to try the sandwiches or corn dogs. Maybe it will be more worth the price.

Everything I've tried from Paris Banh Mi has been delicious! It has been hard to find a place that does boba well, but this place had me pleasantly surprised. I definitely recommend customizing your drink sweetness to your preference, and adding your favorite toppings! I also enjoyed the Korean corn dog, which was super crispy, and I'm excited to try the other types like the ramen one. The staff is always so friendly and patient, especially when I can't decide what to order haha. I usually take my order to go, but the inside is beautifully decorated and has a lot of nice tables and booths if you are dining in. You really can't go wrong here.

Korean corn dogs

Cute atmosphere and great food! Food: 5/5. We had the grilled pork, iced sea salt coffee, an original Korean corn dog, and a potato corn dog. The food was delicious and tasted fresh. Best Korean hot dogs I've had! The coffee was absolutely amazing as well. My only complaint is that when I went to put the coffee in my car cupholder, the cup cracked all the way down the side and completely drenched me and my seat. Atmosphere: 4/5. The decor inside is beautiful and it is a cute and relaxing atmosphere. The location is a little out of the way for us, but there are a lot of other stores around to make a trip of it. Service: 4/5. The service was good. The workers seemed friendly, although the person at the front counter seemed bored. The food came out fairly quick. Kid friendly: 3/5. We didn't bring our kids, so I didn't notice highchairs, but we did see some older kids that seemed to enjoy themselves. It was a great first experience! I would love to go again and try more of the pastries and desserts they have!

Chicken croissant

This is a fairly new restaurant. It is a mixture of Vietnamese and some Korean. Mainly Korean corn dogs. I had the croissant shredded chicken. Online it says it has pork pate, but in the restaurant it says it doesn't have any on it. I don't know which is true. They serve the sandwich in a small container. It was really hard to pick it up. I hard a hard time getting my fingers underneath it. The sandwich itself was loaded with chicken. The chicken was flavored really well. Dark and white meat. Had one sliver of a cucumber. I ended up just eating the sandwich with a fork. I had also gotten a mozzarella ramen corn dog. It was really great. The Paris by night bubble tea didn't have much flavor. The ice was small so when you were drinking you would also suck up the ice in your straw. That was annoying. Now the really annoying part of this restaurant. The seating. It was very aesthetically pleasing. And that isn't good. Because they want it to look cute, there is less seating for people. They need to take out the benches that just take up space and use the area properly so more people can actually sit down and eat.

Lychee fruit tea

I was in the mood for a fruit tea so I stopped in and grabbed one. The staff tonight was great! They were really nice and quick at getting my drink ready. I was checking out the pastries not paying attention. The young man was sweet, walked it over to me and handed my drink to me. I always have great customer service here and it's great!

Celia B.

We really loved this food. I think the burger is a little easier for kids (or even for me) to eat because the bun is softer than the bread on the sandwich. We got grilled pork for both, it was so good. We did no mayo, and added a little sweet chili sauce and sriracha. Fresh and tasty, and perfect for a summer meal.

Wow!!! Sooooooo good!! We are definitely coming back to try more items. We had the following: Strawberry milk slush: 9/10 Crème brûlée matcha: 10/10 Milk tea cheese foam: 10/10 Grilled pork: 10/10 Such friendly and helpful employees. Tons of tables to sit and enjoy your drink or food. Loved everything about it.

I was looking for a place close by and noticed that this restaurant had high ratings. I really liked the decor and how modern it is. Although, the name of the restaurant and decor is pretty confusing...is it French or Vietnamese? It is really expensive especially since everything is served on plastic and there's no service beyond the counter. They give you a mouthwash size cup for water. The food was nothing to write home about. I don't see myself returning.

T6. Lychee Green Tea
Laura L.

Very friendly staff and the inside has a lovely atmosphere! They have pastries, baked goods, sandwiches, ramen, and tea and coffee drinks. I loved the green tea with lychee popping bubbles. Great service!

Amazing fresh desserts daily!

Paris Banh Mi is so elegant inside. The decore has a perfect fusion of French style with Vietnamese vibrancy. They have amazing desserts (boba, cakes and pastries), banh mi and even pho! Their boba and food is clean, delicious, and fresh. Top that with friendly and helpful staff and you have a great experience!

Cute Eiffel Tower display
Christina K.

Their soft opening seemed to have been a success. It was packed but the staff was organized enough where the wait was not too long. Some of the items on their menu weren't quite available yet such as Korean corn dogs and pho but nonetheless the sandwiches were delicious. They offered special deals such as buy 2 drinks get 1 free and a buy 5 sandwiches get one free offer. Not sure if this would be standard or just a limited special just for their opening. We also noticed if you pay with cash you get a discount versus using a card. Worth a try!

We also got an iced Vietnamese coffee - this was a little sweeter and I would have preferred more of the stronger coffee flavor, but was otherwise great! Staff didn't rush us to decide on food and periodically checked up on us to order and refill water, answer questions, etc. The owners are extremely kind and friendly! Already planning to visit again soon for some báhn mi (get B1 for sure)! Thank you Pho Nomenal! :)

I haven't been in Nampa in years. I was in the area for a doctor's appointment. I left Boise…read morereally early so it gave me a chance to find a bite to eat somewhere new. Little Saigon has been on my to go list for a while so today was a good day to try it out. The restaurant is located old Downtown Nampa. Such a cool vibe down here. I lived in Nampa a long time ago and never knew about this area. It was pretty cool to check out. It is different that this restaurant is surrounded by antique stores. I thought I was in the wrong building cause I all I saw were the small shops. But what a great way to work off your meal, go walk around the antique stores and check out their goods. The venue is small and intimate. There were a few guests eating and enjoying their food. I got sat at a bar table by the window. I wanted to try their pho here. It's almost mandatory to try pho at a Vietnamese joint. But I didn't want to be stuffed with rice noodles so I went with the tofu and mixed veggies. I was kinda surprised they didn't have a lunch menu but a dinner portion of tofu and veggies shouldn't be too filling. My tofu and veggies looked great! My veggies looked fresh. I got a few good sized chunks of tofu. I drizzled some Sriracha sauce and dug in. It was made super fresh! The brocolli was so hot when I took a bite of it. Stir fried cabbage will always be my favorite. The sauce was not too salty and had great flavor. My tofu was disappointing despite of how good everything else was. It was dry, hard and store bought. I have had similar tofu like this that I have purchased from the Asian market. As the main star of the dish, it was such a miss. Having fresh fried tofu would have made this dish amazing but overall it was still good. Service was decent. My food was dropped off and wasn't really checked up on till I was waiting for me bill. The veggies were fresh and you get a nice variety of them but the tofu could have been better. The venue is in a pretty cool location. There's a store that I really wanted to check out after lunch but they are only open Friday and Saturday. It's cool I got to check this joint out. Next time I'll have to check out the pho. But it was dope that I got to come in and support a local business today.

But I rolled my dice today and took my chances and decided to head in. I sat myself. My server was handling a table but came to my table after. Dropped off a menu but this girl knew that she wanted. I did notice that they have size options for their pho now. To be honest, they are pricey compared to other joints. And their portions sizes do run smaller as well. I went with the large chicken pho today. Mannnnnn, the bowl that came out was massive! It was piping hot! The broth was clear. It was sprinkled with cilantro and onion. It looked like a delicious bowl of pho. The broth was savory and rich. The noodles were cooked perfectly! It still had softness to it will a slight bite. I added the basil, Sriracha and a little extra fish sauce. It was hard for me not to consume all the broth. The amount of noodles you get as a large here is a regular bowl at other joints. Today was the right amount I needed. This bowl was warm on my soul. The chicken was tender and not overly cooked. You get a good amount of chicken breast. Sriracha and hoisin sauce is the perfect dipping sauce for the chicken. Today's visit and my last visit was black and white. My server did a great job taking care of me today. The venue is also decorated for fall which was fun! I am stuffed to the brim. I enjoyed every bite of my bowl today. Now that it's getting colder, I will be seeing myself here quite often. Looking forward to mu next big bowl!

My sister and I showed up first. We got sat at a round table and chilled until the rest of our party showed up. After everyone got there, we all checked out the menu. There wasn't a real organized system between the employees that served our table. It was a reservation for 5 but only 2 menus and 2 waters were initially dropped off. After everyone got there, 2 more waters were brought out but not the 5th glass that was missing. Then we got an over abundance of menus when we just needed a couple more. It was a rough start. We finally got to order appetizers and dinner. I got the Asparagus Delight with extra chicken. My sister ordered Pad See Ew. My cousin got the Khao Soi with rice noodles. The two other prom moms got General's chicken and a sushi roll. For starters we got the fried green beans and calamari. The wait on the appetizers seemed long. Nothing is more annoying than not being able to enjoy your starter cause your dinner was right behind it. 2 fried green beans were brought out. We had to call the server and ask about the calamari. We were confused if that was 1 appetizer of fried green beans split into 2 plates for easier sharing or if it was actually 2 orders. Well, it was 2 orders so the extra portion was taken back. The calamari did come out shortly but was fast considering we waited so long initially for the appetizers come out. I didn't try the appetizers but from what was being said the fried green beans were good and they have had better calamari. As fast as that calamari came out, I'm sure it was prepared quickly. Not taking the normal time to actually prepare something that could turn into rubber if it's not cooked properly. Dinner came out shortly. My dish looked really good. There was bright green pieces of asparagus. A few hearty chunks of cauliflower. I noticed quite a few shrimp and a decent amount of chicken. My dish was good. The veggies were fresh and crispy. The sauce was on the sweeter side but still tasted good. The shrimp was tender but did have a fishy scent to them. The chicken could have been velveted. It was white meat and we all know white meat can lean towards the drier side. I think velveting could have fixed that. I did ask for extra chicken and in all honesty I don't think I really got the extra I had ordered. Service was decent. The timing of the appetizers and food could be worked on. Some communication between employees would have been nice for more organization. I came here for lunch and wasn't impressed with portion sizes and I will have to say I wasn't impressed with the dinner portion either. It's cool that I got to come back and vibe with my family tonight. It was busy so it's great to see that people are out supporting their local Asian restaurant. I unfortunately have such a high bar set from my family and growing up in this industry. I really wish this place would have met my expectations the second time around.
