This place is what boise has been needeing for years! A legit crepe spot that does it with a french asian flair and provides easy packaging to go and eat it. Pricing is fair and it's a good sized crepe that will fill in as a meal. I've eaten here at least 20 times already and it has become a spot we will continue to frequent for all their offerings! Our favorites are the Creme Brulee, Chocolate Nut Party, Strawberry Nutella, Philly cheese steak, and Tokyo Pork Belly. They also offer a sushi style which are bite sized versions of the crepe. You get less ingredients for the convenience and it cost a $1 more, but if your sharing or needing an easy way to eat it, this is definitely your go to. The service and team here has always been helpful and kind every time I've walked in since day one. The location has easy parking and is small, yet convenient with an occupancy of about 25 seated comfortably. It has the flair of an ice cream shop that is inviting and fun. You know your going to get something savory or sweet. And the fact it right next door to the The Slice Pizza spot next door, you can get a slice of pizza and come get a crepe for dessert! I have been to Eight Turn Crepe several times now and each time it is just as good. It is a family owned restaurant, and the owner is so sweet! I love how fresh all the ingredients are and I love that they have a huge selection of savory crepes. Something for every meal of the day including breakfast crepes! I got my husband the Philly cheesesteak crepe and I'm not going to lie, I wish I had ordered one for myself! I got the Dubai chocolate crepe for my daughter and I to share and it was amazing! I should have gotten my own because I could have eaten the whole thing myself. (Well, maybe not, they are good sized portions.) We just discovered this little place the other night. They serve Boba teas, savory crepes, sweet crepes, and milkshakes. We both ordered the Philly Cheese Steak savory crepe, and it was so good! It had all the traditional flavors with creamy cheese, and it really hit the spot. Our second favorite was the chicken Thai crepe. I love Asian flavors, so this was right up my alley. The staff were friendly and very accommodating, and although small, the place was cute and welcoming. We plan on going back to try some of their sweet crepes soon! It's a new take on traditional flavor combinations and it's portable, so great for a quick bite or treat! Oh, and try a milkshake to wash it all down. I'm obsessed with the Strawberry. :) read more

Holy smokes this is possibly the best dessert I've had in Idaho. We got the Nutella strawberry crepe and the Philly cheesesteak crepe. I honestly was shocked how much I liked both especially the Philly cheesesteak crepe. They wrap it up in the form of a cone for you so it's really easy to take with you or eat it at the restaurant itself. The inside of the store has very nice paintings and the staff were very helpful. Wow! What a super fun surprise! I was doing a Yelp search of any Asian takeout open at 10 AM as I was headed to the Airport....and to my sadness.... there were none. But! Eight Turn Crepe to the rescue with their Japanese style crepes that opened at 10 AM as they had a breakfast one!! What a delicious and filling crepe! The Shrimp avocado one was so good and I added pork belly...because why not? The man and woman that greeted me were so nice and the crepes were made in about 10 minutes. I also got the lychee valentine in "sushi style" which means rolled in a tube shape and cut and placed flat in a tray. This one looks way smaller than the traditional cone so I felt sad. The cone had a cardboard tube and was safely encased in a plastic cup with domed lid so was nice for travel. The shrimp was grilled and delicious and the Lychee was sweet but not as good as the Shrimp avocado. The inside is clean and modern. Fun plastic Japanese style fake food in the window was fun. 4.5+++ this order was via DoorDash, so there was sm mixup between pistachio nuts added vs the pistachio gelato I wanted... but DoorDash quickly made right & my gluten free crepe was fab. All their products- sweet & savory crepes as well as beverages- are all quality, fresh & served with care. This place is very cute and has amazing crepes! Very well seasoned savory crepes, and from 0-100 diabetes real quick! lol but anyway, 10/10 would recommend. My husband and I stopped into Eight Turn Crepe after having pizza next door. I wanted something sweet but didn't want to commit to a whole treat. After trying to persuade my husband to get a sweet crepe, he said he was too full for dessert. Such a bummer that he didn't want anything so I settled for a mango fruit tea. There are so many crepe options here. They have both sweet and savory in addition to building your own custom crepes. I appreciate that they have photos for their crepes. I'm a visual eater so being able to see your options is nice. Besides crepes, fruit and milk teas, they also have Gelato. The cookies and cream Gelato looked really good! I was tempted to get some but I knew it would throw me over the edge. I didn't want to feel uncomfortable from being too full. The shop is really cute and colorful. I love thier detailed wall with all great things about Boise, Meridian and Idaho. There are a few tables to sit at and enjoy your food. It's would be a fun place to meet friends at, grabbed a goody and chill. My tea was good. I did order my drink at regular sugar but it could have been a hair sweeter. You can really taste the mango flavoring and the tea that was used was prominent in the drink. It would have been nice to have fruit pieces in the tea but that wasn't an option. The peach fruit tea also caught my eye so that will have to be my next drink when I come back. It was fun stopping in and seeing all the goodies they offered. The shop is really cute and the staff was really nice. My fruit tea was a great drink. I look forward to coming back if I'm ever in this area again. AMAZING GLUTEN FREE CREPES! So obsessed with this place, I cannot wait to come back. I got a custom crepe (goat cheese, eggs, tomatoes, bacon, and chipotle aioli) and it was absolutely perfect. My partner got the Philly cheesecake crepe and it was also delicious. For sweet crepes, we got the matcha truffle and the Dubai one, they were also amazing. The crepes might look small and sparsely filled on top, but once you pass the first bite you'll see that it is STUFFED full. I've had savory crepes before, so I was excited to try Eight Turn Crepe. The food was terrific, I got the Philly, and it was really good. My wife had the Thai Chicken crepe, it was also excellent.
