I don't get here frequently, and not much since it changed names to The Vault, but I have to say the new owner is doing a great job servicing up some excellent espresso drinks. I've been here the past three days on a row shuttling cars for maintenance, and have enjoyed every drink I've purchased. I have not tried any of the bakery goods, but they do look tasty. The place is very casual and can accommodate many people with ample seating. Bathrooms are located downstairs near the old lunchroom (This used to be a Wells Fargo bank). There is some street parking on the side street and about 7-8 spots in the parking lot on the east side. read more

The new owners are so nice! The inside of the coffee shop is still super cute, and the coffee brand they are using is not only great tasting, but is a local company. It's hard to find decaf that's not chemically processed, but theirs is not! You can taste a huge difference. read more

They've been doing a lot better lately about their speed and they did bring back some food options that aren't baked goods. My main issue is some of the coffee, the drinks with expresso specifically. They come out tasting burnt, and not a kind of burnt you can just ignore. The level of burnt taste has fluctuated every time I've gone, but it keeps happening. A friend, who used to work in a coffee shop, said it might be because they're leaving the expresso to sit too long (like pre-prepping or something), but I honestly have no idea. read more

I was in Parma on business and we had a break for lunch. I did not do my research to see where there was to eat. There is no fast food here. But driving up and down the strip I noticed a drive-thru and the word "bistro" so figured I could get a sandwich here. I pulled into the drive-thru and there was just me and the car at the window. And they were taking forever. So, I called in my order from my car while sitting in the drive-thru ... without even seeing the menu. I was in a hurry and asked if they had sandwiches. They said yes. OK, do you have ham? Yes. OK, let me get a ham sandwich. They asked bread and cheese - wheat and Swiss. Everything on it? Yes. When I got to the window, I told her I had called in my order from the drive-thru. Then I asked if they had any cookies. They had chocolate chip and snickerdoodle for $1 each. She gave me my chocolate chip cookie that I inhaled and asked for another. I'm not sure if they make the cookies in-house, but it was really tasty. My sandwich seemed to take a bit to make, but they had a packed house with all the other people that were at the same event as I was. I mostly enjoyed my sandwich. The ingredients were all fresh (pickles, red onion, lettuce, tomato) including the bread. The only thing I would have liked was more mayo and mustard. For the hearty bread and the good amount of ham and cheese and fresh ingredients, it needed it. Bonus: house-made potato chips came with the sammie. They were thick, crunchy, and perfect all the way around. If I'm ever in Parma again, I'd go here for a sandwich again, sure! And a cookie ... and maybe even try a coffee of some sort. read more

Dana and her staff are amazing! They just moved down the street to a new location, it the old brick Wells Fargo building in Parma. They are now serving a limited breakfast and lunch along with their, as always, delicious coffee drinks! Inside the new location is also a boutique of super cute things like hats, clothing, and etc. You should come check it out and support a great woman and local business. Kindest coffee south of the Columbia and West of the Snake River, worth a detour off I84 in Parma ID. Real great coffee brewed just for you by real cowgirls. In fact to date it's all ladies. Owner is a trophy winning cutter and cowgirl. Lovely greeting and kind attention to detail. Smiles and conversation and great coffee. I moved to Parma back in May of 2016 and there were no real "coffee" places near by, so I gave it a try one day when I was needing some energy. The owner was a delight and showed such great hospitality - something lacking from many shops I have visited in the past, but not overkill like some of the others out there. The coffee was made to order, tasted great, and helped get me through the day. The cheeriness of the owner lifted my morning blues. Unfortunately, I don't get to visit often since I try to not spend money on coffee, but had the pleasure this week of checking in here for my large americano - yum! read more
