The tortillas were soft and stayed together and the green salsa had so much flavor with a hint of spice - I could've eaten it with a spoon! I'm eating in my car and I'm drooling as I eat! I'm mad that I waited so long to try this place! It had been recommended to me and I thought - yeah yeah, sure they have real tacos in Ontario ... but they do and it's HERE! This cart gets great reviews for a reason! We got Barbacoa and chicken tacos. The barbacoa was tender, flavorful, all the right things. Sometimes chicken tacos lack luster and they give you diced-ish chicken. Not here! It's tinga style chicken, so it's shredded and juicy and a teeny bit spicy. Tacos are traditional- cilantro, onion, protein, and they add a good salsa on top too! The red sauce is pretty hot, if you're into that. But, the tortillas! They are homemade and they are like soft little pillows to cradle your food. They don't fall apart either, like a lot of corn tortillas do when you pick them up. They are so, so good. I started with the Samosa Chaat. It was fried samosa covered in chickpeas, sauce and little crispy chips. So packed with flavor and completely vegetarian. Next time I'll ask for more of the mint chutney, it added a good amount of spice. Next I had the Butter Chicken with rice and Garlic Naan. The curry was very well balanced, not too spicy and the chicken was tender. I highly recommend getting a side of the Raita Sauce, it adds an extra bit of creaminess to the curry and cools off your mouth after the spice. Finally, I tried the Gulam Jumum (sorry for the spelling) dessert. It is sweet balls of dough in a sweet honey like sauce. Really really tasty and perfect after the flavorful curry. There is a small seating area next to the truck, but mostly it's to go. I believe they are also in Door Dash. Reasonably priced. Clean facilities and very friendly staff.
