Nice family owned restaurant . Driving thru from Idaho back to California . Service was good and food good. The roast beef was a bit over cooked and sliced in square pieces making it harder to keep in the sandwich and eat. However serving size was large. Ambiance is dated . Patrons can choose to sit either in booths or tables. We choose to sit in the booth. Seats were ripped. All the seats in their booths needed upholstery . Nonetheless , I'm happy ate here . Friendly service and decent tasting food.

Robins rockin burger

The burger had carrots on it which is disturbing if you're not prepared. They should do away with that. The kitchen area you can see looks like it needs paint so it seems dirty. Lobby and dining area are nice enough. Overall the food was good and the prices werent bad either. Vegi omelet was good as well. Service was good. Overall rating of "good" 7/10*

Chicken-fried steak, hashbrowns and scrambled eggs

We came to Erika's Kitchen following a camping trip to Mundo Hot Springs outside Cambridge. The parking lot was nearly full on a Sunday morning, a good sign for a couple who hadn't eaten there before. I ordered chicken-fried steak with cream gravy, scrambled eggs and hash browns. The servings were ample and all the food was tasty. Kristy ordered finger steaks and proclaimed them good, as well. Service was prompt and friendly. It's a place we'll stop at again the next time we're in Payette.

Not great but not bad. Prices were good and food was plentiful too. Would recommend if hungry.

Last year we walked over from a nearby hotel for dinner. This year we stayed at the Holiday Inn…read moreattached to the restaurant. We purchased a "breakfast included" hotel room. They gave us a $5 off coupon and two "breakfast included" coupons. We used the $5 off for dinner and hotel guests w/o breakfast included can use the $5 off breakfast. The dinner menu includes breakfast items as they serve breakfast all day. They also have a kids menu and a 'lighter fare' menu for those with smaller appetites. A good number of sides to go with your entree. Burgers, soup, dinner salads and more. At breakfast service a breakfast only menu was presented by our waitress. Hotel guests can order anything from the menu. We had two coffees which were refilled, juice and combination egg plates. Most combo plates include pork based breakfast meats. The waitress allowed changes such as swapping an english muffin for toast or removing meat. Both dinner and breakfast had one FOH employee working as hostess, waitress, cashier, food runner and at night, bartender. I give both these ladies a lot of credit for handling everything so cooly but honestly, management needs to add another staff member to each shift. That's ridiculous. At dinner service guests had to tell the waitress how to mix a drink as she is not bartender trained. Guests lined up at the register to pay instead of waiting for the check to help the waitress out. Once one guest stood up to pay, others followed to make it easier on her. She did great communicating with guests (I have five orders to deliver then I'll bring that drink, etc.) in a situation that never should have happened. Other than that, our visits here have been good. Food cooked as ordered. Clean. Waitress kept an eye on us and kept coffee and waters filled. Plenty of parking shared with hotel. Restrooms just outside the restaurant in the hotel hallway.

Service: honestly incredibly good, they seem to have regulars that they treated with respect and it was incredibly fast. Food: having been looking for a good breakfast place to hit because we're here once a month this is probably the best option we've had aside from fast food. It was expensive for what it was but worth it once! Considering how rough everywhere else has been in the area they get higher than I probably would normally give. Had an avocado omelette and I will say- they were generous and the portions are solid!

Kirley’s Family Dining - I added a fried egg since I think burgers should always come with a fried egg.

First off, the outside of the restaurant screams "we are still in transition", as this used to be a "Killions" and shows as such. Once you go inside, the ambiance is very pleasant. They are certainly working hard to make the place a very nice place to eat. There is a salad bar along the lines of what you would expect from a TA Travel Center (certainly adequate) and pastries at the entrance. The server was a great ambassador for my lunch. I am a truck driver / food tourist and try things all over the country, so I allowed her to tell me what she enjoys best on the menu. I ordered a Hawaiian Burger with a fried egg on top, and "Kirley" fries. I posted pictures of the burger to demonstrate these guys aren't fooling around. The burger came with a slice of ham almost a 1/4 inch thick, plenty of my favorite vegetable (onions), pineapple, tasty teriyaki sauce, and the bounty of Kirley fries. Unlike 1 star grumpy pants David below (who I think is a planted mole from another local business) my fries were EXACTLY what I was hoping for. Well seasoned, crispy and certainly more wholesome than what you would get from the Arby's across the street. Plus the egg, fry-sauce, Tabasco, and ketchup were all there to make it even better! Look at my pictures of the meal and you tell me this is a 1 Star location. Over all, I really hope they keep up the good work and I certainly hope for a profitable year for these guys! Now make the front of the restaurant look like the inside and you'll be in business!

What a cute place to find in the sleepy Saturday night town of Payette!…read more Downtown Payette is what Caldwell once looked like before investors went in and built more businesses. The streets are dark and very few places are open and that makes me sad because this could be such an adorable old town downtown vibe for locals! So don't miss this restaurant towards the end of Main Street and then hop across the street to Hammer Time for family fun with axe throwing! El Kamaron has done a great job with their interior decor, seating layout, has a full bar, and an extensive menu that includes quite a bit of seafood options! It's the Torres Mariscos that sold me on trying this place and it didn't disappoint! This is a menu item that you'd see regularly in a beach town in Mexico like in Nayarit, MX! It was loaded with shrimp, octopus, and crab. I was so excited to just eat the meats that I didn't even want crackers or chips. Just let me feast on the meats with the avocado, cucumber, onion and tomato and I'm in heaven! I'll be back for this item alone! I also ordered a holiday specialty drink called the cranberry Paloma and I loved it. It was beautifully presented with a dehydrated orange slice and floating cranberries with a Chamoy and Tajin rim. I tossed my straw to the side so I could enjoy each sip with the rim! The staff ate so lovely and friendly with smiles and always ask how you're doing and if you need anything! You order at the table but pay at the bar counter closest to the door. There were two birthday celebrations going on and each birthday baby (adults in their 60's) received a cute colorful shot in a champagne flute and the entire restaurant sang to them. It was an enjoyable experience!
