The space has beautiful natural light and lots of windows, making it a really nice place for meetings, catch-ups, or slower coffee mornings. Every time I've been here, I've seen a mix of church groups, casual mom coffee meetups, study groups, and people working quietly in corners. It has that welcoming neighborhood coffee house energy where people settle in instead of rushing out. One thing to know -- they're still fairly new (within their first year), so the line can get LONG, even in the afternoon. This is definitely more of a leisurely coffee stop versus a quick grab-and-go situation, but the atmosphere makes up for it. They also have an awesome patio and regularly host events, so I'd definitely recommend following their Instagram if you want updates on events and seasonal drink specials. Parking can be a little small and congested, but honestly that's pretty par for the course around here and not enough to stop us from coming back.

It was perfect cause this shop has been on my to go list and today we finally get to. This shop is hidden behind some business. I would have never known it was secretly tucked back here. You wouldn't see it if you're driving down the street. Despite it being so close to Franklin Rd, it was actually really quiet. We walked in and were instantly greeted. My daughter ordered her energy drink first. I asked the sweet barista what kind of sugar free syrups they had and they actually have quite a few. I appreciate that they had more than just the basic 3 that you can pretty much get anywhere. So today I got an iced americano with sugar free chocolate and peppermint with room for cream. I haven't had sugar free peppermint as an option anywhere so I'm very excited to try out my drink today! The gals had finished my drink and had a little metal creamer of half and half ready for me to pour into my drink. It was later in the afternoon when we came in so I assumed they had put the communal creamer pitcher away. But I appreciate that they gave me a little pitcher of it! I did ask the barista for a straw that wasn't communal that everyone had access to. Just trying to stay safe from germs with my new kidney. The sweet gal headed to the back and opened up a new box for me. No hesitation, no faces made, no push back. She opened that box with a smile and let me grab a new straw. Little gestures like that goes a long ways and I adore her for going the extra step for me. My drink was fantastic! The espresso was present. It was perfectly sweet from the sugar free chocolate and peppermint syrup. I didn't have to add any extra sweetner. The half and half was a great addition to my drink. It was just what I needed and it was fabulously made. I swear all the cool coffee joints are so far away from me. I'm only in this area a handful of times every couple months. But now that I know where this shop is, I most definitely will be stopping in for a caffeinated beverage if I'm in the area! The staff was friendly. The venue was welcoming and cozy. It is definitely worth the drive and the visit. Seating is varied but favors small groups, and does not really accommodate the digital nomad. It was our first time and they were so patient and gave local favorites, and I will openly say the coffee was strong, so if you like sweeter coffee, definitely ask for only 1 shot of espresso or extra syrup. My son got a mocha and it was a little strong for his liking, so they offered to remake it. Which was so sweet of them. They were truly concerned and wanted to make sure we enjoyed everything.
