I'm outside of city limits & too hungry to make the 15-20 minute drive back in to get gravy missed. Called to see if some type of credit could be done. They sell doughnuts as well so possibly a doughnut credit? I was told they couldn't do anything for me. They couldn't credit my card... ok, but apparently crediting a name on a sticky note for a doughnut couldn't be possible either. No other options were offered. Although it's not a lot of money for something I didn't receive, their "can't do anything for you", left a bad taste. The croissant ordered was soggy & tasted old. Partner didn't care for the Kalachi, so... we definitely won't be back. I wish buying local, meant something good, but sadly not at 4th street Fusion.

Clean and tidy with the cutest country decor, friendly smiles greeted us from 3 waitresses on the way to our table. We ordered a breakfast burrito with egg, bacon, potato and cheddar cheese as well as a bacon cheddar omelet with hash browns and rye toast. It came out piping hot, very quick, and with a 5 min check back by our lovely waitress with a cute nose piercing. Kudos to the chef, the waitresses and the owner of Kate's. We will be back for sure!

Tables and bathrooms are always well taken care of and clean. The staff at this location are sweet to our kids and walk our food to our table every time, this is a nice touch. The meals are always consistent and they get our order right every single visit. The staff dress attire is always nice and they match shirts and denim jeans, repeating the brand well. Straws, forks, that kind of stuff is always behind the counter, so a bit challenged to source and often need to wait in line to get those after the fact, which is why the 4 star and not a 5 star review. If I owned a Mc D's franchise this location is a model for others.
