I snagged the half lemonade half green tea with peach! I also had them put a packet of equal just to sweeten it up a tad. It was just what I needed! I have been a customer of Dutch Bros since high school, visiting a Dutch bros in nearly every state/city I visit. I came to this location nearly everyday on the way to work and on two occasions they double charged me, claiming my first payment method declined and charging me once on both the "declined" card and new card. When reaching out to customer service they denied crediting my account and began ignoring me. Luckily I was able to file a dispute through my credit card company but I am absolutely disappointed in the customer service of this location. I have never been to a Dutch Bros location where duplicate charges has been a problem nor would I ever expect the company to be so difficult to deal with. I would not attend this Dutch Bros anymore due to their repeated charges and refusing to resolve their mistakes. read more

Love this location. Every time we come through, the staff is so kind and friendly, we don't even mind the long lines; we know there's a huge smile waiting at the end of it and it always moves fast. YUM!! Drove by the other day on my way to a work event. The drive through was super fast and efficient. They have staff standing outside to help you choose and pay. It was my first time so I needed help deciding. I'll be honest I don't remember what I iced coffee ordered, it had the word "eagle" in it? And there was caramel. But it was delicious! I also ordered a lemon poppy muffin top. I wish I ordered 3. It was huge and so scrumptious but I wish it could have never ended. read more

I cannot say enough good things about the kids that DB employs. They are competent, respectful and very kind and sweet. I have not had one bad apple at urban gate. I am a mom that is missing my son who is at college and these young guys and gals make me smile. There is a young man that remembered that I am South African and he asks the greatest questions. Let me start by saying I love Dutch Bros. The BEST customer service. Such a friendly staff. I don't know how they manage to find the cream of the crop when it comes to hiring but they do! But this specific location stands out among the rest in the area. Not only do they have the nicest staff, my drink is always PERFECT! Some of the other local locations make my drink wrong and I feel bad to say anything because they are so nice. But I don't have to worry about that here because my drink has never been made wrong. They are always super quick too. When it's not too busy they take the time to chat with me too, which sometimes as a homeschooling mom of 4 little ones, is my only adult interaction during the day Thanks for always brightening my day! What can I say.. this place is so personable and the line moves quickly especially like chatting with the friendly staff. In summer their fruit drinks are refreshing and not too sweet. But our go to is the double espresso with soft top. Oh the soft top.. it just adds a layer of sweetness but doesn't overwhelm. Great place and close to our home. read more

Ordered a latte with one flavor shot. It was watered down to almost no coffee taste & barely could taste the syrup shot. The drink tasted like they brewed the expresso from used grinds. The servers were very nice, though I think I'll stick with Human Bean for now (some of their kiosks can also be watered down). My pickup crapped on me so I backed out of the line and into a space and examined it and they came out and asked if I needed help and offered a drink for free. This Dutch Bros is in a very convenient location if you live in one of the Eagle neighborhoods. There's always a bit of a line, but it moves quickly! Five stars for customer service - the employees who take your order and those who hand it out are always very friendly and helpful when you're trying to decide which new flavor to try. Overall this is a great place to stop and grab a drink - I just took a star off because I'm not a huge fan of the Frost drinks. There are tons of flavors to choose from and you can customize your own if nothing on the menu strikes your fancy. I don't really like the icy consistency - I'd rather have a regular milkshake any day! read more

I've come to liking the coffee but I cannot stand the constant long lines. From my experience it looks like guys come to pick up on the girls that work there and they talk and talk and talk. I never see the same staff members. Always new faces which usually means high turn over. It almost feels like they create long lines to make it look like they're busy. Not cool. And not everyone is having a great day every day... no all necessarily want to chat it up. Too bad I just don't have the time to come here. read more

I'm giving them 2-stars because the coffee is good. The problem with this location is that some staff members tend to get very chatty with some people (friends?) at the window. This has happened at least twice when I have stopped for a coffee & waited for the driver ahead of me to end their conversation with the person who has already handed them their coffee. No one seems to notice the line of cars waiting for their drinks. Will be paying more for my coffee at Starbucks, but at least they don't hold up the line with unnecessary chatty conversation. read more

The girl with the pad was actually slowing down the flow. it seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. She might of been knew but, she also had a bad attitude. Love Dutch bros, but do not love this location. This morning was a grave disappointment. Special sticker morning if you purchase a cold brew and was refused a sticker. Instagram posted about the event and clearly said in a comment that any drink purchase would get you a sticker. That did not happen this morning for me, and I ordered 3 drinks, none of them cold brews. Drinks were good as always. The employees would not bend even after I explained what was said on their own instagram app, still they stood firm on no sticker. I then had to speak with a manager who kindly just handed over a sticker which should have been done in the first place. This location seems to be real sticky with their sticker giveaways, why? Maybe dutch bros co needs a better way of consistency with locations and sticker distribution. Dutch bros employees are always so friendly, kind and accommodating, this morning not so much at this location. I'll be back, but I'll try to stick to the other many locations around the area. read more

This Dutch Bros location is one of the best in the area. Very good selection of beverages to help you get an early start to your day. The drive-thru line moves fairly quickly although it is usually lengthy. Staff is overly friendly and sometimes invasive, but otherwise enjoyable to speak with. My only true issue is the blaring modern music that I have to essentially yell over. read more

This Dutch Bros location is pretty good. They have great customer service and are fast, which is good considering how long the line gets at this location. I usually try to pick a new rebel drink every time I go, and so far my favorites are the Pink Flamingo iced rebel and the Dutch Mojito iced rebel - the blended rebels are good too but I prefer iced. read more
