My husband and I tried the Boise juice cleanse. It was delicious and the staff walked us through and gave us great information to make it a successful juice cleanse. We ordered these online which made it so easy to just come and pick them up. My son and I also tried the delicious açaí bowls. They are huge portions. We went to the Eagle location on a Saturday. These people are so rude and the bowls are WAY overpriced!!! I used to go here to get my girls a treat afterschool and I'd order on the app and ask them to split a bowl into two bowls. There's no way they could finish one by themselves. And every time the same girl would bring their bowls out and lecture me about how I need to select 'split into 2 bowls' so I can get charged for it. But IT WASN'T ON THE APP. She didn't believe me and continued to lecture me every time. Until one day she realized she was wrong. But now that option IS on the app. It's been a couple years since I've been back, until today. I was in a hurry and must have accidentally selected split into two bowls twice. I got charged twice AND a girl came out to lecture my kids about how they don't split into 4 bowls!!! I didn't even want that. But if it isn't something they want to do, WHY IS IT AN OPTION ON THEIR APP??? So rude. Never going back. Their bowls aren't even that good. read more

Love their offerings here and the outdoor seating area is super inviting. This area is one of my favorites! Friendly helpers. Called in to place the order - next time I will use the app. We had to wait a bit for our order to be ready, but we didn't give them much time. Everything was delicious. I am not from the area and especially appreciated the spirit behind the mask wearing here. I could tell that that they simply respect people's freedom of choice on the matter. Being from another area, seeing this kindness and respect for personal choice without turning it political or getting belligerent (everyone has a reason why they do or don't wear masks, right?!) was a breath of fresh air. I am thrilled to be reviewing this thought out to be top of line restaurant, we will see if it actually fits the reviews people have given it. I am going to give you a detailed look into me re-narrating my experience of ordering and dining at Boise Juice Co. I pulled up to Boise Juice Co. I opened the doors, and I noticed all of the signs. The hours sign, the good vibes kombucha sign, and their open sign. I thought to myself that the signs really add to the ambiance of the restaurant, and it was cohesive. I walked up to the counter, multiple people there, so I had to stand and wait in line. I got up to the cash register and ordered a Berry On Acai Bowl large, with no coconut or raw honey on top. The nice man asked for the transaction and tip, and he said "It will be out in a blink of an eye!" I thought that was a very funny remark. Then I waited and drank some of their Kangen water. I think it is very "accomitable" that they offer free water. Then about 3 minutes later they brought my bowl out, they asked if I wanted a lid and spoon and I said "Yes!" I ate once I got home because of all of the school work I needed to get done. Once I got home, I savored my acai bowl, the thoughts going through my head were just, how amazing that all of the flavors went together. A major question that was raised was "How did they figure out that all of these flavors went together so phenomenally?" Overall, I was treated wonderfully by the staff, and overall this was an amazing experience. Right after I ordered, I sat down and waited. While I did that I started to research the history of Boise Juice Co. this is what I found. I have learned about the origin of the restaurant, when it was established: 2016, Founders: Jes Heabuch, Owners: Jes Heabuch, the first ever location: Eagle. I also took a chance to pop over to their website. Something that sparked my interest was, what their hourly pay was. Something else that I thought was interesting was, who is their creative designer, who designs their websites and paints their signature walls in every restaurant? That is another thing I really enjoyed. The special spray painted walls that are different in all businesses. I thought that added to the vibe and style to the building.After looking over that, I wanted to jot down what I was really looking for when it comes to reviewing this place. Essentially what were the key factors? I will look for the service quality and time, the cleanliness of the establishment, the expectation for employees, and lastly the price and quality of product. I really wanted to talk to the owner but sadly, he was not there at the time. However this is what I would have asked him, "What sparked your interest to establish Boise Juice Co?", and "How did you get everything started, did you get an investor?" I ate up my acai bowl right when it came out. It had the most delectable flavors that worked so tremendously well. I also took note of the quality in presentation, and how fresh every single ingredient was. When I got home, after I ate my bowl, I could not stop thinking about the rich and delicious flavors. I decided to make a pros and cons list on Boise Juice Co. as a whole establishment, this is what I determined. Boise Juice Co -Pros- Clean 10/10 (This establishment was in tip top shape, all of the baseboards were wiped, counters were cleaned, and there was a worker cleaning the juice shelf as we were waiting for the bowl.) Fast & Quality Service 10/10 (They had my order out in less than five minutes, I was very hungry so this was great, they had a whole team in the back making these bowls in an assembly line, and they got other customers order out in under five minutes as well.) Organic Ingredients 10/10 (They clearly list every single ingredient on the menu board, are very open about being organic, and they are open to all allergens.) Phenomenal Taste & Presentation 10/10 (They make these bowls so enticing to eat, the flavors go so well together, and the texture of the acai is not weird at all.) Boise Juice Co -Cons- Chairs Are Not Comfy 7/10 (They have wood chairs in the restaurant and it isn't a huge issue but investing in more supportive chairs would be helpful to everyone, babies, parents, and adults.) Merch Is Tucked Away 8/10 (This isn't exactly something that affects the customer but it does make the establishment less sales, their merch is tucked away, so not that many people can see it or have a chance to grab something.) Overall, I feel that Boise Juice Co. is an amazing restaurant to visit, and is totally worth your time and money.I hope that this was helpful to you in identifying whether or not you attend this establishment! Overpriced. Very slow service when nobody was in there and my smoothie was so chunky you couldn't even get it through the straw. The acai bowl my husband ordered had chocolate sauce dripped all over the outside of it which I had to wipe off with a napkin bc it was so messy and the bananas were brown. read more

We came here once on July 4th and were impressed by both the service and the smoothie and açaí bowl we got. They use all organic ingredients, don't add ice to smoothies and you can make it super healthy by all the superfoods and additional ingredients they have available for add on. I love the bowls. I wish the smoothies were a little less thick, to make it easier to drink. But the bowls I've gotten have been great. The juices are awesome too, just expensive. I love that they have a curbside option. I often have a sleeping baby in the car, and getting my order curbside helps keep him asleep. It makes it so much more difficult to load young kiddos in and out of the car. However, I have had to wait nearly 20 minutes past the time my email and app said my order was ready. Making my wait time almost 40 minutes. I tried calling 3 times before someone answered and brought my order. I was in my car, able to see the store with no customers inside, so I'm not sure what was going on... customer service seems okay, no one said anything about the huge wait time, but most of the time they're usually nice. I have been to all of the locations in the Boise area and they all make great tasting products. However time after time over the last few months the Eagle location continues to ignore or not require masks. We have walked out a few times due to the number of anti-mask rebels. Just an FYI, there are FAR and away more people and\or customers that ARE wearing masks vs. the ones that are self prescribed immune. You have to wear a seatbelt, have a drivers license and car insurance. Put on a mask, think of others rather than just yourself, and give everyone a chance to enjoy the great products this establishment makes. Stay well. read more

Pretty good! It is quite expensive ($9 for a small/medium sized smoothie). I ordered the pina-Cado smoothie which was super bitter and not sweet at all. Maybe they forgot the banana? Haha. It tasted very healthy though. Probably won't be going back because the price is high and I could make one at home for cheaper than that with equally quality ingredients. I stopped by the new Eagle location yesterday to get a protein smoothie before a backpacking trip and I felt incredible after drinking the GoGreen smoothie! It gave me continuous energy throughout the day :) The location is beautiful and open, lots of space and all of the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable on different smoothies for different needs/interests. I also got the charcoal juice (I think it's called the cure) - I want to drink this juice all day/everyday, its so hydrating!! I took a green juice backpacking and it was a great refresher post hike. I tried one of the wellness shots as well - the immune shot, instantly made me feel vibrant and zingy. 10/10 recommend checking out Boise Juice Co, such a wonderful mission and the nicest humans!!! read more

My husband and I visited today for the first time. The building and vibe is wonderful, love that it's Boise based. The employee that helped us was friendly and gave us a quick overview of our options. We both wanted smoothies. We chose the "blend" smoothie option. This is a great business. I love that it's family owned and they truly care. I am here probably 2 times a week. I also have had a professional conversation with the owner Jess at one point, and you can tell the hard work and passion her family puts into Boise Juice. Makayla has served me multiple times; is professional and friendly. Their products are great, and they have an easy accessible nutritional fact chart online. I am disappointed to see people leave reviews about how thick the smoothies are. They are suppose to be that way. Ask for a spoon then. They are using whole ingredients and not some watery sugar filler that makes your typical "smoothie" that expected consistency. Also, disappointed in someone leaving a review about non maskers. How is that Boise juice fault? This is a private owned business whom is trying their hardest. All the employees are wearing masks. They are sanitizing. Do you think the teenagers that are taking your order should haul out a whole family or adult for not wearing one? Don't you think that's a bit uncomfortable for the employees? From a business stand point, just leave. If you are concerned about getting exposed- you shouldn't be in a business- you should be doing curbside or Ubereats. Don't leave a bad review because you think they shouldn't serve "rebels", and you felt uncomfortable . Leave a review on the quality of the product ; not the personal issues you have with how you think the virus should be handled. Also- try emailing Boise Juice; they have a great access form on their website if you have a concern.
