Dropped in for a mocha during our recent long weekend in Boise. Good vibe, great service, and coffee was above average. We sat inside -- all the outside spots were taken -- and enjoyed the visit. Would try some other shops first though before returning.

Really cozy and friendly coffee shop with something for everyone! There's kombucha, beer, matcha, and lots of alternative milks available. Service is super friendly and nice. The interior is decorated with unique Hispanic skateboards by a local artist which were fun to admire. There is seating indoors, and lots of space outside too (even with a fire pit!). I enjoyed seeing several dogs inside. While so many things were great, there is also some room for improvement: -coffee seems to be available in just one size -matcha latte is overly sweet -the fire pit outside got sooo smoky! I was afraid my eyes would start hurting and I think anyone with asthma would probably not fare well by the fire pit -fresh baked goods could be a little more covered so flies don't get on them Overall I would return, but maybe during a less busy time so I don't have to breathe in the smoke.

    Tasty chai latte!

Service was friendly and my chai latte was great. I was in town visiting family and love checking out local places. Really glad I stopped in.

I've been coming to push & pours location on the bench for the last two years. About 6 months ago one of the baristas noticed I came in every 5ish days to buy one of their 12 oz bags of beans for making cold brew and recommended going to the garden city location for one of their 5 lb bags. I have been going that route for the last 6 months and even needed to buy new air tight containers to store it. Earlier this week on Thursday I went in after they confirmed over the phone they had enough stock to make a 5 lb bag so I made the drive from Caldwell to garden city 45 min each way. After purchasing the bag I noticed it looked a bit small so when I got home I weighed the bag and it bounced between weighing 3.9 and 4.0 lbs of coffee which is 20% less than I paid for. As school is not in session this is the only reason I made the drive and I only did so after they confirmed over the phone to which they very rarely even answer the phone. I have been calling to get a hold of a manager and have had no luck. I will most likely look elsewhere for beans if I can't get this resolved.

Cute place close to the green belt in garden city. My chia tea was hot and sweet. The environment was very upbeat and busy. Lots of people with their dogs so very dog friendly. The one bad thing I have to say it's that it had a little smell of sewer waste. Very hippie vibes..

    Unsweetened matcha latte

Got an unsweetened matcha latte here, which was absolutely delicious. I didn't get any sweetener or flavoring, and I thought it was really good. The service was quiet, the atmosphere is great, and I enjoyed my time there before I had a flight to catch. Can't wait to come back here on my next trip to Boise!

Best chai!! Great ambience. Indoor and outdoor seating. Delish avo toast. They have hemp milk as an option, which I found surprising and enjoyed!

Push and pour is one of my favorite Saturday morning stops. Their location near the Boise Greenbelt is ideal for grabbing your morning coffee and talking a walk with friends. This is also perfect in the warmer months as the local farmers market is set up right across the street. This coffee shop gives off quaint beachy vibes. They have a lot of outdoor seating as well. Not only do they have great coffee but their breakfast selection is worth trying as well! I recently got the breakfast sandwich. It comes with egg, cheese, tomato, avocado, and garlic aioli; so tasty! I would recommend any of their lattes as well as their matcha! The prices are also pretty comparable to other local coffee shops. Visit Push and Pour on your next free weekend!

What a sweet little coffee shop. Find a solo table or community table to sip your coffee, work, socialize and/or read. Service is spot on, friendly, and attentive. Music is often pumping, which I enjoy. It isn't a library so don't expect it to be silent. Community is gathering here, bustling and interactive. I heart. Morning time tends to be a bit more busy and clears out often as time heads into midday. Their list of drinks is simple and straightforward yet enough options they probably have what you want and it isn't overwhelming. Some coffee shops I freeze because there are just so many choices or fancy lingo. There is also a small but mighty food menu with things like avocado toast and breakfast sandwiches (yum). (Breakfast sandwich pictured) Bring your coat, it tends to be on the cooler side but I am always cold so this feeling might vary for many. Plenty of street parking, outdoor sitting, and a fire pit when lit. I am a huge fan.

A really cute coffee shop in a unexpected location! The coffee was a little milky for my liking but overall pretty tasty! The decor of the place was amazing. Plenty of seating, parking, and great customer service. The outdoor seating is shaded and it gives an outdoor homey vibe. Overall, would recommend coming to this coffee shop! I would like to visit this coffee shop again to fully evaluate this lovely coffee shop. It was difficult for me to focus on work the first time I went just because the music was so so loud. Music usually isn't an issue for me but maybe it was just the particular day. I also had a hard time focusing because bugs seem to be attacking me while I was sitting inside. It could have been the location and that there was a lot of maintenance and construction going on.

The service was excellent, but the macchiato coffee is very bitter. I did not expect this flavor. I recognize it but cannot place it. Something from India perhaps? I should ask. They add some kind of yellow liquid, which I sus

I was visiting Boise from out of state and came here with a friend. We got coffee and walked the Boise Greenbelt, which really added to the experience. I would totally come here again. Pretty clean and cute. They had good seating inside and outside. The employees could've been a little friendlier but overall I would recommend.

Our kids ditched us and took the car. We were visiting the area, and our airbnb was within walking distance. The house didn't have a coffee maker. Needed coffee badly. So happy we found this. Life saver. Great vibe, good for doggies, kids and elderly. A retirement home happened to bring their seniors to the ice cream shop next door on a field trip. The cold brew was delish and the avocado toast so satisfying. My husband and son even got to play corn hole. We returned the next morning for take out brew. Added to my 'Boise' collection for our return.

Push Pour is a vibe. Must come, coffee, a beer, and or a PB & J. Either way, best place to park off the Green Belt for a pit stop.

That kind of consistency and warmth is rare and says a lot about the people who work there. The space itself is fantastic. Sometimes I relax on the couches, other times I grab a table or sit near the window and enjoy the view. They also have plenty of outdoor seating, which is perfect on sunny Boise days and makes it a great place to sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere. It is one of those places where you can easily spend time working, meeting someone, or just enjoying a great cup of coffee. They also have great food, which makes it even better whether you are stopping in for a quick bite or staying a while. Everything I have tried has been fresh and really good. You can also tell that management cares about both their employees and their customers. When a place is run well it shows through the staff, the atmosphere, and the overall experience, and District Coffee absolutely delivers. I am new to Boise and this is one of the first places I recommend when someone asks where to get great coffee or find a comfortable place to spend some time. I have also had great experiences at their other locations. Boise is lucky to have them.

Two enterprising young women are owners of this gem of a popular West Bench neighborhood gathering…read morespot that they created in what was an old dump of a 1950's era strip mall space and funded in part with crowd sourcing. Being curious since they opened this in Fall'ish 2024 and finding myself in the neighborhood, this was a destination stop for my husband and me when we went in about 11:30 on a weekday for coffee and a nosh. Pride of ownership shines in the clean and funky feeling interior and it is clearly popular because it was full, almost every seat, of people that seemed from the neighborhood, including a number of parents with young children. They advertise this as coffee and market, but I honestly didn't notice the market part, in that things for sale didn't jump out at me. That may have been because I was just trying to navigate to a seat in and out in the crowded space. THE MO: Coffee and the limited menu for food is ordered at the counter, carry to your seat and bus your own when finished. Although we were the only people at the counter and there were two people in the kitchen, it took quite some time for someone to come to take the order, although once someone finally saw us, they were pleasant, if not welcoming, in taking the coffee order and then again when my hubby went back to order pastries to go with it. MENU: Coffee, other beverages and a very small option of eats is listed behind the counter and on a paper menu there. Options included soup of the day and Gaston's bakery pastries. There were some breakfast sandwiches by local provider Poppyseed Bakery in the fridge section, we weren't told about them but seeing them when passing by the fridge on a trip to the loo, asked if they could be heated and were told they could be. We chose a couple of pastries ($5.50 each) and were reminded why we seldom buy Gaston's products for being too buttery and one note. The cortado ($4) were good. I noticed a woman at the table across from us who was sipping a beverage and eating what looked like a sandwich she had carried in. I don't know if that is part of allowable stuff or not. The pottery used for all of their coffee service, ours and the mugs at other tables, is great. AMBIANCE: They did an admirable job here of making this light and bright and just funky enough with pride of ownership and loving care in maintenance sparkling through. Seating includes a few level in, not step up, booths along one wall, a sofa and chairs near the front and many standard height tables and chairs (maybe too many when all full as getting to seat is tough) and a play area for kids in the corner. It had far less comfortable 'breathing room' space than I anticipated from photos. But I didn't take interior photos to post because I think it is rude to do that when lots of people are going to be in them who maybe don't want to be. ;-) LOO: There are two and both are uni and sparkling clean with great murals on the wall and good plumbing fixtures. My husband even pointed out the "cool" sink. Both are ADA compliant so kudos to them for that. (Yes, it is law and code but you'd be astounded by how many ignore both.) ACCESSIBILITY: One ADA parking spot right outside the door. (There are too few spots for the parking lot but that is not the coffee shop owners' failure. That is the lot owner's issue.) Level in the door. All on one floor. The tables would probably work for a wheelchair user to roll under. But it would be near impossible, based on my experience yesterday (I have had multiple sclerosis since age 20 and sometimes use a wheelchair) for a wheelchair user to get between tables and chairs for a clear path of travel to get to seating or the loo.

It was late afternoon when I stopped in and it was busy! There was only one barista working and she was hustling! There were two cars in the drive thru. 2 gals a head of me and and another guest waiting for his beverage. She was killing it! Quite impressive how she handled all the pressure of customers waiting for their drinks. She got everyone smashed out and asked what I would like to drink. I gave her my usual order, a small iced americano with sugar free white chocolate with room for cream. She was still finishing an order from the drive thru but I told her to take her time. I wasn't in a rush. I hung out and looked at all the merch and goodies while my drink was being made. The shop is small and cute. There's big windows which give the small space so much pretty lighting. Love the fresh plants and the simple decor here. I adore that they reuse the syrup bottles as vases for plants, it adds a fun touch to the space. The shop is very welcoming. I also appreciate the outdoor seating. There are strung up lights outside which would be pretty at night. They close at 4 so enjoying the lights would be hard. But I can imagine a brisk fall day, late afternoon when it gets dark early chillin outside with a big mug in hand. Talk about a great setting. I didn't grab the sweet barista's name. She asked me if I wanted to add my own cream or if she can do it for me. I told her to go for it. I should have done it myself cause I could have used a hair more cream. It was on the bitter side but I added a little more half and half when I got home and it was perfect! You can really taste the espresso, it wasn't watered down which was nice! All balanced in espresso, cream and sweetness. This little joint pushes out some bold drinks. And it was nice to see how many people were at this place the same time I was. The barista killed it and made me a great drink. It was great stopping in for my afternoon caffeinated beverage. I look forward to coming back. Especially in the fall when I can sit outside under the lights sipping on my hot coffee.
