Wonderful! We were staying at an Airbnb nearby and walked over for coffee and breakfast. As we walked up the drive thru was packed.... Good sign. We were promptly greeted when we walked in, the girls were friendly and the place is very clean and welcoming. We ordered a frozen Maui iced, a deliciousness hot, and 2 breakfast burritos, 1 bacon and 1 sausage. Everything was delicious. The coffees were perfect and the burritos were great, very generous bacon and tasted homemade . Would definitely recommend this place if you are in the area. Went out looking for something different and found it. Great hidden gem (I drove past it the first pass). I was unsure if it was open but it was, thankfully. Very cozy inside and the ladies were super friendly. The only knock is the lack of food options. They were all baked goods that look like it came out of someone's kitchen. Mountain Timber coffee is warm and cozy. The service was excellent. MT Timber had 3 workers making coffee when we walked in. They are very good at their jobs. Two line up of cars and they were able to serve us quickly and help those at the drive up. The coffee was delicious. We love coffee and we were pleased with the roast. We ordered an Americano and cappuccino. We love to taste the coffee flavor without a sour taste. They hit the mark on extraction and the flavor of the beans was amazing. Not sour taste at all. I love their creative drinks here! Their breakfast burritos aren't the best I've ever had, but they're fine for a quick breakfast. It's a tiny little spot in meridian with a double drive-thru, but I prefer to go inside and sit for a minute. They also have a small amount of toys for those with kids! The service is quick and most baristas I've encountered are very friendly. Definitely a great spot for a quick grab. For latte lovers, I recommend Briar Patch or Aspen. read more

I had been there before, and it was good. Not so this time around. They were not as friendly as last time. Maybe they got trained in some of the Portland coffee shops... The music was very loud, and the place was cramped. It's definitely not good for hanging around. Best iced coffee I've had in a long time, if ever! I got the iced caramel macchiato and it was bursting with flavor both espresso wise and the caramel/vanilla. It was really rich, just perfection. My husband got an iced toffee nut latte and it was super good as well. We also got a breakfast burrito that was reasonably priced compared to most other coffee shops and it was really tasty. Cute little coffee shop! My husband and I tried had the mocha, warbonnet, sausage burrito, and coffee cake. Both the drinks were delicious -- had just the right amount of sweetness and still has that strong coffee taste. Burritos were slightly on the smaller side, but still very filling. I only wished there was more egg and sausage and less hash browns. Coffee cake was pretty good too. The staff were all really nice and were very efficient. The interior is small but super cute! First time in Idaho & I had to go coffee shop hopping! First stop: Mt. Timber Coffee! My boyfriend knew exactly where to take me. The parking lot is super small, and so is the actual coffee shop. It's so charming. Loved the vibes! My boyfriend got a cold brew w/ vanilla sweetener. The barista said they did not have any sweet foam but she suggested a sweetener. I love it when baristas give fun suggestions. I got an English toffee oat milk latte (hot). The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because of the burritos. They were really dry and not that tasty. I wish the burritos had avocado or more flavor. 2 coffees + 2 (small) burritos turned out to be $26, which is steeeeppppp. But! I would've gone back. Have started coming here to support a small business and because Starbucks has wronged me more times than I can count. I do like the coffee here. I have tried a few drinks so far. I will continue coming for now but I was disappointed that my cup had a fingerprint on the mouth piece from where the barista put my lid on. I couldn't bring myself to drink from it seeing that (I noticed it as it was being passed to me) so I had to wait until I was home to take the lid off and pour it into another cup. I am a former barista so I do find this to be lackadaisical regarding food safety and sanitation on the baristas part. read more

I needed a quick pick-me-up and this tiny coffee hut seemed to the be only drive-thru near me. It's located right near downtown Meridian in a small, quaint little building. I had an iced vanilla latte. While it was yummy and did the job, it was just a little too sweet for my liking. I did grab a delicious lemon bar that was just the right amount of crumbly and zesty-ness! I stopped by here needing a morning drink, and was pretty intrigued by their specialty drink menu. The location is drive through, so it was really quick and easy for us to order. I got the warbonbet, which was a dark chocolate breve. It was super rich (which is normal) and the espresso flavor did shine through. I have driven by here so many times and have always wanted to try this out based on always seeing a steady stream of cars in their drive-thru. The baristas here are some of the kindest/friendliest people I've ever met. This was my first stop when I moved to the area and I'm so glad it was, I've never felt more welcomed. Having a go-to coffee shop is important to me and this has become mine! Good coffee, a nice mix of latte flavors, great music, good company. I've had everything from a dry cappuccino to an apple butter white chocolate mocha. There isn't much seating, but there is free wifi and some outlets near the tables, so you can usually get set-up easily after the morning rush. Don't get me wrong - the coffee here is good. They've got the product down. But as I stated in my first review, the line is just way too long. Today, Sunday @ 10 am, it took us 37 minutes, with 5 cars in front of us - to be served. That's honestly a little ridiculous in my opinion. We saw several people go inside and walk out with a drink in hand within 3 minutes. They need to figure out how to prioritize drive thru, find more staff, or learn to work more efficiently in my opinion. Coming from someone who was a barista in a very crowded large scale shop - Sundays were our busy day too. I get it, but we aimed to have drinks out within 2 minutes of being ordered and almost always nailed it. I think these guys just need to implement a more better and more efficient system. read more
