Great place to meet a friend(s), co-worker, do a little work or socializing. Friendly associates. Fair prices. A couple of cons for me though, most food items are sitting uncovered in the display case, so the outsides get a little hard, at least that was the case for us, trash can in only one corner of shop, so if you sit in the back closest to the restrooms, you have to walk the entire length of the store to throw away a wrapper or cup. It just seems there could be a place for another slim trash can. I would visit again to meet up, but would only get a beverage. read more

Beware, my husband who is a teacher, got to gift card from one of the students. However, apparently if you don't use their gift cards right away they either charge you $2 after a certain amount of time so basically your card is depreciating. My husband had his for well over a year when he went to use it he was told that they no longer use that particular gift card so it was no good. So basically they stole $10 from a child. Not cool. My daughter and grandkids live lucky perk they still have punch cards yeah! I usually go in for coffee and a scone when I'm in town visiting and I sure wish they had one in Northern California. I work across from the Lucky Perk on Overland Road. I go 2-3 times a week to get coffee. However, today & going forward Lucky Perk lost my business Spending $6.00 to get a coffee & it taking over 10 min to get it & the order was wrong has happened numerous times. I don't have time for them to correct it because I'm already running late due to slow service. I know it's just coffee but it's also my time & $$. You either need to hire more people in the morning or get a new crew cause it's not working. read more

Lucky Perk is my absolute favorite of all our local coffee shops, and consistent across the board, no matter which location I'm going to. Why are they different? They feature a rotating "dessert" brew each day. No cals, lots of flavor, great aroma. I love love LOVE their dessert drips! Plus, customer service is ON POINT across the board. They are MY spot! Food: The oatmeal is very good! It comes in a coffee cup with your choice of mix-ins (almonds, brown sugar & cranberries--you pick 2). It's not fancy but I really like that it's house-made, not a HUGE portion and not pre-packaged. I love that they also offer a wide variety of meals (oatmeal, burritos, salads) and pastries. The breakfast burritos are very good... they're heavy and very filling. They offer different flavors (the bacon, egg & cheese is yummy!) and serve with hot sauce if requested. The cinnamon rolls are homemade by a local gal and are SO GOOD! She does a really nice job! The frosted sugar cookies are the icing on the cake. You won't be disappointed. Drinks: The dessert brew! They do a good job with their lattes, hot chocolates and tea variety as well, but I love the dessert brew. It's a new flavor each day. They also serve a decaf gingerbread tea that is so great... make it a "London Fog" by adding a splash of milk! Atmosphere: They are always very nice and cozy for a casual catch-up date or just a solo study session. I like the tables (high and low options) and the comfy bed couches. There's always a variety and the fireside seating is also a bonus. Service: The service (and dessert brew, of course!) is what keeps me coming back. The staff is always friendly, upbeat and smiling. my family and i have been consistent returning customers for the past 8years. lately our drinks have been no where near the quality or taste like the coffees we have come to love. today i went and and ordered our regular orders and repeated the order at least 3 times to the barista in which she responded saying she got it, i came home just to return back to the shop with drinks that was no where near the perk way or white chocolate mochas. the baristas response was "i don't know why they aren't right maybe all the flavor goes to the bottom" the drive through baristas" said i made those they are right" as another customer was handing back their 3 drinks they had ordered in the drive through still insisting what she made was correct. 2 out of the 5 drinks were still incorrect. i paid almost $50 dollars for our drinks and left a tip to be disappointed on the quality and service i receive and to still not have every drink made to order. 2 of us settled as they were pretty close to our order and we were already frustrated by their added response insisting the drinks where made right. We used to be able to count on having our drinks correct 100 percent of the time now its a 40/60 chance on our orders being right. not sure what is happening and where things are going wrong but i sure hope you guys figure out whats happening. we regulars know the lucky perk drinks and thats why we return. if this keeps continuing you are going to lose customers like myself and my family who have been long time customers and lovers of the shop! read more

Delicious coffee, a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and a decent amount of seating. A few little board games and such for kids of any age and a helpful and friendly staff at the counter! I had a cinnamon and nutmeg latte (soy) at the recommendation of the barista and it was fantastic. This coffee shop is so darn cute. Who knew? Nestled at the corner of Cherry and Lender sits Lucky Perk Coffee. This is my new favorite coffee hangout. The staff is friendly, coffee is very good and I enjoyed the atmosphere and ambiance most of all. I liked the fact that there was plenty of room and space between tables. I love this little location. They are in the corner of a strip mall, way at the end. Kind of like a hidden cove of coffee just on the outskirts of suburbia. For the most part, this location always has room. I have met with large groups and small a number times and each time there seems to be plenty of room. The coffee is pretty good and they have a wide variety of choices. Service has always been spot on. This place has the 90s written all over it and makes me feel like there should be a poetry night up in here now and then. read more

The setting area is well set up with a fireplace and a area where you can have some privacy and not be distracted by the door opening and closing or the people passing by outside.
