The shop is always clean and has a really comfortable atmosphere whether you're stopping in briefly or planning to stay awhile. One of the highlights is the upstairs seating area. It's cozy, bright, and overlooks the downstairs dining area, which gives it a great feel and makes it a perfect place to sit with a coffee or get some work done. They also have nice outdoor seating, especially on sunny days, which adds to the whole downtown Boise experience. The food has been consistently good and everything I've tried has been fresh. What really stands out is the management. It's very impressive and clearly shows in the staff, the attention to detail, and the overall experience. I believe the beans used were from Ethiopia, and it was excellently smooth with notes of the coffee cherry it came from! The story behind how this family business came about is pretty cool. I put my order at around 11 pm pacific time and by 7 am next day I got an email saying that they are working on my order and by like 4 pm my beans were on their way to CA!
