I've been here twice now, and I wish there was a location closer to Boise so I could go more often! The folks at the counter were very friendly and helpful each time I've gone, I usually can't decide between different drinks to try so I have questions, and they've been kind in helping me choose. The last time I went I tried the gingerbread latte - this was hands down THE BEST gingerbread latte I've ever had! I'm so bummed it's seasonal and that they aren't closer to me so I can enjoy it more before it's gone. I did enjoy their breakfast burrito, it is a smidge expensive, but it's solid. My partner is a black coffee drinker and he likes their Fruit Snacks brew for drip, says it's one of the best black coffees he's found in a while. The ambiance is very relaxed, the swing chairs are such a unique idea (at least in my experience) and they give the shop a fun vibe. I kind of wish they were in just a little bit bigger location, the last time I went it was fairly full inside and it would be great if they had a few more spots for comfy reading chairs - I would love to grab some snacks, a couple of drinks, and spend an hour or two reading there. This little coffee shop in a strip mall near downtown Eagle is fun inside with delicious tasting food and drinks. The staff is friendly too. The only problem is the very high prices. I ordered 2 medium coffees, a muffin, pastry and breakfast burrito and it was 40 dollars. Even the barista agreed it was expensive when I nicely expressed surprise I find sometimes businesses in Eagle charge more than other places. This coffee shop is so cute, way better than the previous occupants. The coffee is good, pasties are fresh and the menu always has fun seasonal specials. The low rating is for how slow the line is. I was fourth in line, took 20min to order a simple drip coffee. But this is pretty normal. So go if you have the time to be patient but if you really want a quick coffee or don't have the patience, head someplace else. read more

When I looked up coffee near me, Kevista popped up. I I love stopping by new joints everyday so Kevista was today's pick. It was a 6 minute drive from my house so it was a quick trip there. When GPS directed me to this joint, the directions seemed like I have been here before. I remember it being the Alchemist coffee shop the last time I was here. It is in such a perfect location, I love Eagle. The perfect little shop at the end of the strip. Next to all the trees and shade. It's quite the setting. Walking in, this joint just warmed my heart! This little shop looks so fun and welcoming! The colors, the piano and the swing chairs in front on the windows. Swing chairs are my favorite part about this joint. How unique and creative. I simply love the venue! I was greeted by a cutie behind the counter. She was smashing out an order and told me she would be right with me. I told her to take her time. After she got the customer ahead of me squared away, she happily took my order. I got my usual, a small iced americano with sugar salted caramel with room for cream. I went and looked around while she was working on my drink. She had the cream ready for me when she handed me my drink. I poured my some half half and made my way outside. I love all the tables they have under the big trees. It's such a comfortable space. There's potted plants and so much shade. I sipped on my drink and just enjoyed the moment. It was so relaxing. My americano was....... ok. It was a little too watered down. So the espresso wasn't as balanced with the cream and syrup. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't the best. Even though my coffee didn't quite hit the spot, the customer service and venue sure did make make up for it! The barista was so sweet. The setting was amazing! Stopped in to get afternoon tea after a really nice massage at the Elements Spa in the area. Had the London Fog latte. Tea was nicely brewed and tasted delicious. Service was friendly. There are bucket swing seats in the cafe which is nice but you only face out towards the window. Not ideal if you want to have a chat with friends. Probably great for kids! read more

Caramel latte was so good. Murders Starbucks' drinks and nowhere near as sweet which is a huge plus. Their confections are amazing as well. I don't love their cinnamon roll but their coffee cake ( I had it warmed) melted in my mouth and was so buttery. Large portion on the coffee cake too. Their story of picking up from Portland and planting roots somewhere more aligned with their beliefs is so inspiring, and I would support them over a chain any day. read more

This is quite possibly the coolest coffee shop I've been to ever ! I was in Eagle for a job interview today, which went very well, and this Kevista Coffee is in the same shopping area as the place I interviewed at. I went in after my interview as the manager I interviewed with highly recommended them. I walked in, and OMG, my eyes were drawn to the very whimsical swing chairs up against the counters surrounding the windows!!! It's so colorful, fun, and just plain cute. I didn't really want a coffee so much today as it was later in the afternoon, but many of their coffee selections I would come back to try earlier in the day. I settled on an iced mint tea, which has no caffeine, and also opted to try their avocado toast. It was a bit pricey for a 16oz iced tea and one avocado toast but also totally worth it! The avocado toast was one thick sourdough toasted bread topped with avocado, boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, arugula, balsalmic glaze, seasame seeds, and seasoning. It was salty, but I definitely enjoyed it still! They also sell panini sandwiches here, and I could see myself coming in for breakfast or lunch while working there and grabbing a coffee or tea with a sandwich or avocado toast. I was dumbfounded by the cost of coffee. The coffee was good, but no sweeteners other than Stevia were present. The only muffins available were glutinous free (really?) but fortunately it was excellent. The breakfast burrito was more expensive than the airport! I didn't order it based upon a feeling that I was being cheated. If you check the website/menu, no prices are listed. The ethics of this place are nowhere near as good as the muffins or coffee. read more

This place is amazing! So many things. Food: I got the strawberry scone for me and the banana bread for my son. Both were devoured. It's the perfect little sweet treat for Saturday morning. They have a lot of good pastry options too, including GF! Coffee: Basic vanilla latte with almond milk. I'm not sure on the syrups, but this was legit one of the best I had. I think they make their syrups? Delicious. The staff was SO friendly too. Ambiance: They have swinging chairs! My son loved it. They also have a few toys in the back for littles. I was able to sit quietly while he played with them. Also, it's worth noting that it's obviously kid-friendly and has one changing table in the bathroom. The coffee shop us has a very friendly atmosphere. The chairs hanging are so fun and great place to sit and enjoy a coffee. There was only one girl working this morning and she greeted every customer that walked in, handled the business, and kept her stations clean. She is definitely an amazing employee. Kevista has quickly climbed up the list of favorite coffee shops to pop into! As we've visited more, tried more menu items, and learned more about the people behind it all - we have grown to love this place! One of the best things about Kevista is the people. Every time we've come, the employees are so kind, attentive, and have smiles on their faces. They'll chat with you like you're a good old friend, and make you feel so welcome. Their playlist is killer! We love that they care about what goes into their products & they serve some of the best goodies you can find, in my opinion. Their kevista roll is 10/10 the best thing I've ever had. Has a unique flavor, sweet but not over the top, is sticky, and flakey. We're also big fans of their ham & cheese croissant. January 2nd 3024 was first full day of this fab coffee shop. First, Some Fun Facts: shop name comes from combining the owner's names Kevin & Krista. They have a shop in Bend, OR too. And Hallelujah they make their own chai mixes! Woot woot! So full coffee as well as tea selections, as well as standard non dairy milk options. Seating is varied, including swings (I'd assume weight capacity 220 max?) I did personally wish for some more plush/comfy options... perhaps bring a cushion (or snag one of the outside seat cushions) if the firm chairs are an issue. Online ordering will eventually follow (once the mostly new staff is fully trained) as well as an expanded food menu is anticipated, which will include gluten free items... (Unable to try any food as sold out, but that's understandable given it's first real day opened & training is ongoing...) To confirm, they took over Alchemist's lease... who'd briefly moved in after Eagle River Coffee was here the 5 prior yrs...hours are shorter & closed Sundays... but let's be thrilled we have a coffee shop opened past 2PM on this side of town read more

Pretentious. Overpriced coffee and mediocre service. The shaken affogato is just a latte. They do not maintain the drip coffee in the afternoon (1:30 PM). As the employee stated, "We kinda just let it dwindle in the afternoon. But if you want some, I will brew you some." Obviously it is what I wanted because it was what I ordered. I tried multiple brews but 2/3 options were empty. When I asked for a new cup when switching brews because all I got was some splattered coffee, they rinsed the paper cup with hot water. I suppose our visit was already compromised when we walked up to the counter to order and the individual stocking the products did not move out of the way, but kept stocking with their butt crack exposed. We stood off to the side to be respectful of their space and the employee at the register told us to move over (invading the stocker's space) to be able to order. The whipped honey espresso special is my new favorite drink, and my husband loved the golden latte. Our new favorite coffee and breakfast spot! The atmosphere and baristas were very welcoming and friendly. We were greeted with smiles and happiness. It is a perfect place to bring my toddler, I can enjoy my coffee (while it's still hot), while she sits next to me on a swing! They even have a kids cart, with books and coloring supplies. The banana chocolate chip muffin was SO good. My toddler and I devoured it. It was even GF, you couldn't even tell. The drip coffee was smooth. This is our favorite coffee shop in town. I'm so glad Kevista moved into this spot. They have made the space fun and kid friendly. It's a great spot to grab a coffee and meet a friend, work, or even bring your kids in. My kids are obsessed with the swings and colored pencils offered. They call it the fun coffee shop and I agree. Originally from Bend, Oregon, this is Kevista's second location. Their espresso is sourced from Oregon so you won't find it anywhere else in the Treasure Valley. I enjoy the decor and the natural light that flows in with an abundance of windows! I ordered a coffee drink and watched as another customer asked if it was her drink while she cradled the cup and top with her hand. The server told her what type of drink it was and she quickly lifted her hand up. I took my drink but should have requested they remake me a new one. The server would have been wise to have offered to make me a new "untouched" drink but did not. I found the icing on the cinnamon roll odd tasting with something a bit sour in what is supposed to be a sweet pastry. I have visited several times before with success. I will visit again. So darling! This little cafe is so welcoming! They have darling swinging chairs and a public piano! It's very clean and bright.
