I am so sad cause I was so excited to go here but after sitting and the line for a good 17 minutes without moving is about moving I had to give up. Part of it is the design of the building because there is no order Box Rather you make your order at the window and the your drink is made for you. After waiting over 30 minutes in line and then an additional 10 minutes after ordering- we finally received our drinks from this location. We were the fourth car in line upon arriving. I put in an online order at waffle love (in the same building) as we pulled in and we received the waffle love order before we moved up two cars in the sodalicious drive thru line. The staff were sweet once we finally got to the window, however it seemed as though they lacked some menu knowledge. This made it a little bit more difficult to order as we have never been to the establishment before. We noticed So Delicious today while driving around Eagle. By the time we got to Meridian, we noticed another location of Sodalicious, I mean So Delicious! I love the play on words and we were a bit hungry so we drove on through. Well surprise, surprise this is just a soda shop with a few snacks offered. Blah! Who wants just a soda??? How about a grilled cheese? A PB and J? A burger and some fries? Maybe? Something to go with that soda that could be lunch would have been nice. I wish they had a bit of food items beyond cookies and popcorn but we ordered the soda that resembles a Butter Beer (cannot remember the name they called it) and it was really, really good! Really GOOD! A small was about $2.50. The next time we might order a few since my three kids sucked that sucker down fast and I only got a sip but man that butterbeer soda we ordered was SO DELICOUS!!! Cute little place!! Their sugar cookies are amazing, and the soda choices are better than sonic. You can build your own fun soda or choose one of their recipes. Either way, you're in for a treat! Quality of service has gone way down. John specifically does not know how to make drinks and get the ratios of soda to shots totally wrong. Well. I didn't think a soda shop was the greatest idea but, I wanted to support the new business. So I showed up ready to order off of the online menu. I wanted a sugar free option. So I ordered one called the, " I Love Lucy". They informed me that they did not have the Ingredients to make that drink. So I asked if I could have the "Rocky Mountain high". They informed me that they could not make that drink either. How about a regular sugar-free cherry Coke? I can get that at sonic, Jack-in-the-Box, pretty much anywhere that has a soda machine. No. No sugar-free cherry. I thanked them for their time and headed off to Jack in the box. I'm not one to go pour a bunch of sugary syrup's into a sugary soda and add a sugary dessert to go along with it. I am a fan! It's been a bad month. Went to a funeral today and then stopped by sodalicious afterwards for a 44 ounce pick me up. Katie and Grace were working the drive through window and cheerfully asked, "What have you been doing today?" I told them I had just been to a funeral and needed a Diet Coke (oh man, Diet Coke with fresh lime and coconut is AMAZING!) Service was amazing and just what I needed. These sweet girls gave me the drink I needed and then told me they would cover a cookie to make my day better. I know it was only about $2.50 (peanut butter cookie off the rails is also AMAZING!) but I thought about their friendly service the whole day! Service with a smile and beyond for this location. Terrible customer service!! We went through the drive-thru Around 3 today and there was not a single car behind us. We told them we wanted four drinks and there would be four transactions. They said that was fine. So the blond girl gave us three of our drinks and the shut the window before the fourth. Then she pointed and laughed at us and acted like we were supposed to be done. Finally the brown-haired boy gave us our last drink. Then after he handed it to us, he made a snide comment like "are you sure you're done?" Chuckle. So sorry you had to work a little bit since we were the only ones around. Next time we will spend our money somewhere else. Save your money! Not worth the bad service!! Three stars because their cookies and sodas are fine and I don't want to trash their reputation over hot chocolate. That being said, huge problem with the hot chocolate. Was surprised to see hot chocolate on the menu at a relatively affordable price. I thought this was a nice option, but didn't expect much. The hot chocolate itself was fine... tasted like some type of name-brand packet drink, but the delivery method had me really scratching my head. My hot chocolate was served in a standard soda cup with plastic lid and a plastic straw. Perplexed, I assumed this was some sort of Utahn food hack, and went to town. I was greeted with scorching-hot hot chocolate. Fine, joke's on me. After letting the drink cool for a few minutes, I discovered that the plastic straw I was given had begun slightly melting. Five minutes in and my hot chocolate reeked of plastic and I had to throw it out. Lesson learned: don't get the hot chocolate at a soda shop. read more

Honestly this is such a cute shop, but the reason for the two starts is that they definitely have an image they stick with for the employees they have there and if you don't fit that then they fire you. I was hired there and was only an employee for two and a half days as the store manager before the regional manager came in half way through the day to tell me I wasn't a good fit for the company anymore, and the only reason they gave me was a quote they have for the company" We are slow to hire and quick to fire." I turned down three other hogging positions for this one. The REGIONAL MANAGER even the day before said how I went above and beyond the other managers in the past but didn't think I fit their "exact image" they were looking for ‍ I would never recommend anyone that isn't hardcore LDS or Christian go apply here. read more

My wife and I love Sodalicious! The staff is awesome! I wanted to give a huge shout out to two employees in particular, and it is easy because they are both named Zach! Both of them had excellent customer service and were fun to talk to! One of the Zach's made an off menu drink for me called Area 51 which was INCREDIBLE!
