It was always busy every time I stopped in. With my new kidney, I wanted to be cautious with the amount of people I'm around. For some reason they dropped the ball on my meal. There were quite a few people that got their meals ahead of me that ordered after us. I wasn't sweating it but I knew Greg was on top of it. I try to find a customer service option on the app... not available... go to their website to submit a claim, wait 48 hours, still no response... I finally call customer service (thank you Reddit for posting the corporate number) and someone is able to resolve the issue. Listen, I honestly LOVE Wingstop, but they need a better quality control to prevent this from happening. I also learned now that even if it is more expensive to use DoorDash, I will use it from now on solely because their customer service is second to none when it comes to resolving any issues!
