With how awful my last experience was here, I really should be marking this as 2 stars, but I do really like their wings and I'm sure my dumb*** won't learn from this lesson and I'll order again. So it's Friday evening, and I decide to order the 30 boneless meal deal and 3 chicken sandwiches- total comes to $81 (and I ordered through Wing Stop app, not DoorDash). So good gets dropped off and I immediately realize the bag is way too light for everything I order. Come to find out someone named Hailee ordered at the same time and I got her food... I try to find a customer service option on the app... not available... go to their website to submit a claim, wait 48 hours, still no response... I finally call customer service (thank you Reddit for posting the corporate number) and someone is able to resolve the issue. Listen, I honestly LOVE Wingstop, but they need a better quality control to prevent this from happening. I also learned now that even if it is more expensive to use DoorDash, I will use it from now on solely because their customer service is second to none when it comes to resolving any issues! Ordered my meal around the time I would be off work and it says I can call and change my order along with a number but when trying to change my order time for when I got there early they wouldn't change the time and made me wait in the lobby for my meal for 40 mins instead of helping me with my order and making it so I don't have to sit there for 40 mins while their lobby was empty which was very frustrating.The staff was complaining about the online orders coming in to me when legit I have a online order so just not a good experience over all with customer service. read more

I called last Saturday to make an order. Was put on hold and told to go online and make an order. That website is a cluster and didn't answer the question I had about an order I wanted to place. So I called again and got placed on hold. Again. I waited 10 minutes and tried ordering from the website again, again it timed out on me and I couldn't find what I wanted. So I called back and started driving to the store. I drove from Columbia road and Cloverdale toward this Wingstop. After 15 minutes on hold I hung up and went elsewhere. After paying $50 worth of food and saying that the food will be ready for pickup after 58-60 minutes we arrived an hour later and the food is not ready, now I don't mind waiting a couple more minutes, I get it, that's fine. I've had the privilege of picking up many orders from the local Meridian Wingstop, always on time, always pretty decent food. However, I placed an order on 12/30 for 12/31 pick up at 5 PM because I was having surgery that morning and would not be able to do much otherwise to celebrate New Year's with my family. Wingstop WAS our favorite so I thought it would be a good treat in a bad circumstance. I arrived at 5 PM on the dot (with patience, but also in a surgical boot) to a restaurant flooded with people. No manager in the store and the only people working were young teens. The restaurant was packed with angry people waiting for orders placed days hours ago. No one in the restaurant could manage the place or really knew what was going on. I waited until 6 PM when my order was still not ready and I asked for a refund and angrily left. I swore it would be my last interaction with Wingstop, but I've spent the last month trying to get a refund from them. Not a single person who apologize for any inconvenience, no one has taken accountability for bad leadership or management and I barely got my refund two days ago. I'm not looking for anything free, but you would think for an inconvenience they would at least offer an apology? After looking online, there are tons of complaints to the Better Business Bureau for bad customer service and lengthy refund times. I don't care how cheap or easy Wingstop is, I would recommend not wasting your time. read more

I came in for my lunch and was served by Darian he was very unpleasant in addition to this the tables in front of house had not been cleaned nor had they stocked there fountain machine. I personally understand working in this kind of food industry can suck but don't take it out on the customers enjoy your job to some extent your meeting hundreds of people it couldn't hurt to ask how has your day been so far. not sure if I'll be back but if I am I hope to see better trained staff, or more communication within the store. I completely understand the unprecedented challenges over the last couple of years, but proper training and leadership always overcome any challenges. The latest issues have to do with online orders not meeting their ready time and staff members not having enough training. Let's review yesterday's experience. I ordered online an order of boneless wings and tenders for my wife and son. The expected wait time was indicated online as 18-24 minutes. I waited twenty minutes at home then drove the five minutes to the Wingstop location on Eagle road. I entered and was promptly greeted by the cashier / front end person. I informed the cashier that I have an online order and he asked for my name. Let's stop here. My name is not complicated. My last name is a day of week in the English language so 90% of English speakers can pronounce my last name. The cashier had difficulties with my first and last name. I paid at 5:19 pm and sat in the lobby. Please note that I am not passing judgment on the competency of the cashier, but I did note that he had difficulties with my name. There was another couple that was waiting and. Ore customers entered the location. Time continued and I saw that the other couple had their order brought to their table, so I continued to wait patiently. At 5:49pm. Thirty minutes after paying I approached the cashier and explained that I had been waiting for more than 39 minutes waiting for my order. He nervously asked for my name, and I gave it to him, but he still had trouble. Let's stop here. My name is not complicated. If the front cashier is not ready to be at the front, don't station them to be at the front. 2. If there are no options but to place the employee at the front, then explain to the inbound customers that the employee is new and be patient 3. Knowing that the employee is new, the team lead needs to not get wrapped up with the operations and leave him out to dry. The team lead should have been following him with him after transaction and following up with every front-end order. Side note: There was some chatter that there was 100 wing order during this time. It's always been my experience that whenever a large order comes, the failure is to singularly focus on the large order and lose track of the other orders. This should not happen. The primary focus would be taken care of your singular orders and gradually complete the large order. To the Wingstop management team, I offer you this. Last night, we went to this wingstop in Meridian, and received the wrong food. I ordered and then was told to wait 15 minutes and our order would be ready. We ordered the food at 6:53 and did not receive the order until 7:48. I went in 2 times prior to receiving the food and was told both times, your order will be ready in 15 minutes. It was like that was the script that they were given, and they were sticking to it. Meanwhile, I witnessed several others, two of which ordered at the same time as us, in the store, so we know that they were not pre-ordered situations, receive their food before us. No problem, we knew we ordered a large amount, so we waited in the car until I thought enough time had passed to go check again. When I went into the store at 7:48, 50 minutes had passed, so I figured, they would be ready by now, and the guy who took my order said, your order is ready Deniece, let me bag it for you. He bagged and sealed the order. We drove home, and then unbagged our order. We ordered 25 Lemon Pepper and 25 BBQ. What we got, was HOT wings, and BBQ Wings. Keep in mind that I live in South East Boise, deep into the city, on the other side of BOISE STATE UNIVERSITY, so I am irritated that I have to drive back to Meridian anyway. My son calls the order in, and explains the situation, only to have the manager tell us, you want a credit on your next order, or do you want a replacement of the wings. Um, yes, I want a replacement. There is a reason I ordered 50 wings, I want to feed my family tonight. Anyway, I drive back to get the hot wings replaced, and Kekona, the person who originally got our order wrong, has the bag sitting there, he said here you go, sorry, and kinda tosses the bag at us onto the counter; I start talking to him because I want to discuss it with him so they pay attention, and while I am talking, he said: "Sorry about that", and turns around and walks away, WHILE I AM TALKING TO HIM. He didn't hear anything I had to say, nor did he want to. He was in the wrong, and clearly didn't care that he was. I said what is your name, and just as bold as he walked away, he looked back over his shoulder and says "Kekona" and keeps walking away! I think I am done. I am so disgusted that I spent almost $70, had to come back to get the order right and then could not even get the courtesy to be heard. Look at my lemon pepper wings. They have very little lemon pepper on them. What is this Ill fry them, leave them semi-naked, and you can season them again when you get home? I paid for lemon pepper wings, not greasy wings, with a little sprinkle of something on some of the wings. My veggies, look at the serving size, ridiculous, and where is my ranch. Why ask me what kind of dipping sauce I want if you are not even gonna give me dipping sauce. I cannot understand this one bit. The receipt said 4 dipping sauces, I received 0. Each time I come here, I spend well over $50, and each time I am disappointed. I won't be back, and I am going to tell the people that I know that come to the this location to look elsewhere for their food or make it at home because this is going to be a waste of their time and their money!!! read more

It is mind blowing that this place is still open. BUT when there are 3 employees 2 hangout sitting with a person who doesn't seem to work there and one standing around I have the hardest time understanding how busy you really are. I was thrilled when it came here to Boise/Meridian because there really isn't anything like it other than wing nuts in Nampa which is only "so so" but I like this place much better. The fries are fresh home made with a unique seasoning that I just love. Dip some in the ranch and you've got a home run!! They offer an absolute killer deal of a $5 lunch available all the time/everyday. Wings/strips, fries/side and a drink. My favorites had become the chicken strips. I know I'm not traditional anymore eating real wings ( they're also great here). I'm not sure what the complainers are taking about. YUCK...On Friday Nov. 15th, 6pm, They served us old dried out wings and slimy ones that hadn't been cooked well, all luke warm. The fries are VERY, VERY salty and a tad sweet.. Which is strange - I will post a picture (my boyfriends comment - they out FRIES on their SALT). The wings were drenched in sauce - I am good with wet wings but these were soaking in it.. The meat was extremely tender which I ENJOYED but, the seasoning and sauces they have are so..
