A young man sweeping the dining area asked me to get up from eating so he could sweep under the table I where I was seated. Then, once done, he gave me permission to sit back down. Management said he was new. And he continued to sweep up the already clean dining room. The entire dining room stopped looking at him in shock. Great place. I've lived in town for ten years, and have gone here rather frequently during that time. They have some of the best ice cream in town, and their food options are top notch. Their fry sauce is particularly amazing. Service is rather quick, including both dine-in and drive-through options. Staff are courteous and quick. I have never had a bad experience with staff while living here. The inside of the restaurant isn't the best, as it's almost entirely white and a little devoid of many decorations. That being said, it's incredibly clean, including both the tables themselves and the restaurant. As of mid-2024, they also recently added a play area for children. I wish I could just share my opinion, rather than rating them. I just stopped in for some fries, which were piping hot and potatoey. The employees were working hard even though their AC had broke. Triple digits outside. There was an employee who got off at 2pm who continued to clean and fill orders after her shift was over. This is a local place, they know their customers. They are friends. Tonight we felt like shakes so why not....the people who work here are always friendly and the service is always great. But $14.39 for 2 shakes really? Have you ever tried the chicken strips here?. If not, you should. They were good enough we stopped driving to Fancy Freeze for them! While the shake variety isn't quite as good, the great chicken strips ease some of the pain. read more

I freaking love the staff of this Arctic Circle! They went above and beyond and did not hate me for my odd request of as much fry sauce as possible and my huge order of 17 burgers plus sides etc. They are my heroes and I'm not exaggerating. We've lived in Kuna for a couple years and hadn't tried Arctic circle. We rarely eat fast food. Today we decided to try them even though my partner asked for Wendy's‍ We won't be back. For starters I was super excited about the courtesy cone which really hit the spot. When I got home and plated our lunch we were missing a fry. I ordered #7 no lettuce and #8. I called to complain simply asked if I could come back another day for the medium fry. The customer service rep tried to rebuke my complaint saying one of my orders was only a sandwich. Good news my receipt was taped to the bag. Coming back another day was not an option. The sandwiches were ok. The quarter pounder had gristle or bone in the meat which is a complete turn off for me. Maybe go for ice cream. Based on our experience with customer service and food quality we won't. There is Wendy's in Kuna now and Dairy Queen in meridian just as far of a drive. read more

After buying a number 2 meal, I tasted mostly bread. So I opend the burger and realized that the reason why it was mostly bread, was becuase I only got half of a hamburger patty. Oh Arctic Circle. The ice cream is good, superior to other drive thrus. The food, however, is inedible. The burgers are disgusting, like literally nauseating. Onion rings are gross. The cheese curds are bizarre, if you are from the midwest like me you will want to lecture them on what a cheese curd is. I haven't had the guts to try anything else." I adore Kuna's Arctic Circle. I grew up with AC in Portland and was so sad when they all left. The service here is slow but they completely make up for it in customer service and good food! My entire family would rather drive to AC over McDonalds any day when we're feeling fast food. The shakes are always on point. read more

I have to say the shakes are overrated. Even a simple chocolate malt seems to be beyond their capabilities. I never received a shake or malt that was mixed well. If a restaurant is going to advertise a specialty, staff should be well trained to make them right. read more

So my friend and I were stalking a mutual friend one evening. She wouldn't tell us who she was going to dinner with so we decided to find out ourselves. It's only because we care. Arctic Circle was the ideal stakeout location since she and her date were having dinner around the corner. Besides, we were hungry too. People are nice in small towns. Even if they are completely miserable working at an Arctic Circle for minimum wage, they don't throw it in your face. This place was very clean, not ghetto, and full of people happily munching on fries, including yours truly. You never get too old for milkshakes or stalking. Good times, good times. read more

I love their halibut. Surprisingly and honestly the best I've ever had, I have paid way more than they're asking and gotten worse. Order it and you won't be disappointed. Ice cream and shakes are amazing. Fries are better than a few other fast food places. Not impressed with the burgers but they're not bad either. The employees are great. My family & I love small town Kuna's Arctic Circle! Great service and food always! I always enjoy coming here.

They have the best ice cream treats in town- "blizzard" like treats, made with either chocolate or vanilla soft serve, with oodles of candy. They really don't skimp on the candy added to the treat. Yum!! They have fabulous fries- both regular and crispy sweet potato fries. The burgers aren't fabulous, but the other food offerings are pretty darned good- my husband loves the new Philly steak sandwich. The employees are much nicer than the typical McD's drones, and I've never seen it to be unclean. The courtesy thank you dip cones are cute, and a nice way to end the visit. read more

When I came in the restaurant, right away the staff looked really irritated and annoyed but I just thought nothing of it because they probably just weren't having a bad day but then the worker that attended my family and I started acting very rude and had an annoying tone. I love your food but ever time I come through the drive thru I ask for extra fry sauce and never get it. Tonight I asked for extra when I ordered because I ordered two fries. I pulled up to the window and said, don't forget my extra fry sauce. They were like, sure. I pulled to the white line and waited, and waited. They finally came out with my food, and I asked, did I get extra fry sauce? They said, yes, it's in the bag. I never like to open the bag because it lets the heat out. I get home, open the bag and only have one fry sauce for two fries and my fries are cold. Not Cool!! read more

The food is garbage!!! It is also very over priced for what you receive. Ordered a Mushroom Swiss burger combo $8.00. It had very few mushrooms, little bits of shredded lettuce, and from what i could tell it had a slice of swiss cheese. The cheese was so thin you could see through it, may as well have left it off couldn't taste it anyway. Next time I will save my money and just eat out of the dumpster, same quality food. No one EVER smiles. I've been a few times. I will give a place a few tries before forming an opinion (everyone is entitled to a bad day now and again) however, every single employee looks like they are about to have a root canal. The food was really not good. Hamburger was messy not put together well at all. Bun has HARD and dry like it had been left in an open bag all day. Was given major attitude when I asked if they had a smaller serving of chicken ring for my one year old son, was told snidely- if you want less than 8, you'll have to pay for whole other kids meal. Because you know a one year old is going to eat 8 or even 5 chicken rings. The courtesy cone ice cream wasn't even on the cone it fell off the minute my daughter tried to take a bite. Let's just say we won't be going back. 3rd bad experience, this last one truly the worst. If I was the owner I would be firing a manager or two. read more
