What a great find! Stopped into this food truck today located in Kuna, Idaho in the vacant lot right next to Auto Zone. Don't pay attention to the location there was a glitch so showing not the right area. Needless to say this was a very solid burger! Cooked perfectly and had a side of onion rings as well and they were so good. I would stop in just for these. I will say not the cheapest burger for sure, but the friendliness of the staff was too notch. Outside they have comfortable patio seating including umbrellas. For my wife and I with tip was over $50 bucks and while I might knock them a star for the affordability they made up for in taste and service. Yes there is cheaper but in this city this might've been the best burger I have had since moving here. Worth stopping in for sure but don't hate on them for the prices we all know how expensive things are right now. For the freshness and quality it was worth it!

Delicious cheeseburger and onion rings..and the fry sauce! Wow!

Food was really good!! For a double bacon combo was $26 though. Pretty pricey but.... Burger was to die for! I'd pay it again.

The burger itself was outstanding--perfectly cooked, incredibly juicy, and packed with flavor in every bite. The ingredients tasted fresh and high quality, and the toppings were balanced just right without overwhelming the burger. Even the bun was soft yet held everything together perfectly, which is something a lot of places overlook. What really stood out was the attention to detail across the whole meal. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned, and everything came out hot and fresh without a long wait. It's clear this place cares about consistency and customer experience. Whether you're just stopping in for a quick bite or looking for a go-to burger spot, this place absolutely delivers. We will definitely be coming back again and recommending it to anyone who appreciates a truly great burger. Location is fun with other restaurants nearby. Must visit!

It was about 1:45 pm on a Friday, and the place was fairly crowded. We were sat at a small booth for two, not my favorite table, but understandable that they would want to save their tables and booths for four for larger parties. It's very loud, hard to talk, so in tha sense the small booth we were in, set apart from the main seating area, was better for my wife and I to talk. Our server was Yulia, and she was delightful. Very nice, efficient, and attentive. Great service! We both had the classic burger, mine with the sharp cheddar it comes with, my wife sans cheese. 100% Wagyu beef, and cooked very nicely at medium. The bun was large and soft, very tasty and great texture. The fries were delicious; crispy and well seasoned, just great. They have a fry sauce that tasted like it had a bit of horseradish. I really liked it. Prices are very reasonable. In fact, I just had a burger at a nice restaurant in downtown Boise last week that had a smaller patty and bun, and cost $3 more. We will definitely be back to Holy Cow.

I've been fortunate to sample BBQ from everywhere (except the middle east) even competition award winners from Nashville to Texas to Kansas and then some. I can tell you without a doubt Big Mic has them all beat hands down. "Best BBQ west of the middle east!" the ribs, brisket, pork and chicken perfectly prepared with the exact chemistry of seasonings served warm and hardy. We've only gone for early weekday dinners and lunches in the afternoons following church service and most always have 3 grandkids along with us. Anytime we have out of town guests the best food they've ever eaten is always on the itinerary. We've never had to wait...I called ahead once because I had a large party and they said they didn't take reservations but when we arrived a table was reserved. Nice surprise. We've never been disappointed, never had to wait, and I'm so impressed I bought the employee hoodie and wear it proudly about town. Last Sunday we got a glimpse of Big Mic the man. Towering gentle man with a very long beard and covered in smokehouse debris. First impression is of a kind, soft spoken and gentle man dedicated to his craft. That said, we're proud to have such a wonderful place to meet and experience the best of the best in our home town. God Bless Big Mic and keep up the good work!

My mom wanted a burger, specifically a Guacamole Bacon Burger and fries, and we were in the neighborhood, having just left Rave. We went through the drive-thru and placed the order. We were shocked at the total, which came to nearly $17.00, but understood that in this economy and with grocery prices, it was what it was. We arrived at the window and waited, and waited, and waited. I knew that they cooked everything to order, but it felt like an eternity had passed since paying. Finally, the order was ready and we went home. Not only was I disappointed with the burger, but I was upset that what we paid for and the time we spent did not equal what we received. The amount of Guacamole was like a spread, and there was no deft to that burger. For the amount that we paid, that burger should have been loaded. My mom made the most appropriate comment, " Honey, Somebody shrunk my burger!" We won't be back, but at least I have my memories of a time long ago, in which Main Street made delicious burgers made with love and care and stacked with all the fixings just like in my pictures.

Pickled jalapenos are hit and miss for heat anyway. Toasted bun and a good amount of toppings on the burger. The onion rings were tasty and fried perfectly. Buying a soda gets you one refill. Plenty of food for two seniors, I think.

Once here in Idaho, I wasn't as inclined to visit due to my fear that it wouldn't taste the same and the Idaho-shaming of visiting any location. However, I had an overwhelming desire for "animal style" well done fries and after a lot of begging, convinced my husband to come (this was not an easy task). We arrived around 4:30 pm and the dining room was roughly 1/2 full with a robust wrap in drive-thru. We were greeted by a friendly cashier who quickly took our order, then repeated it back perfectly. The kitchen was in a fervor, bustling to satisfy all the orders (really, a hard working team). We obtained our drink cups and the large, typical drink station was nicely stocked with a nice array of soft drinks to choose from. The odd thing to me is that whenever I've eaten at any other location in the past, I think the longest I've ever waited for my meal has been maybe 9 minutes, tops. No matter the time of day or night. We waited 23 minutes for our meals. It seemed that drive-thru is priority, then to-go, then dine-in. The animal style fries were pretty good, though I'm used to it being slathered with more sauce. Thankfully, I was able to get a few sauce packets and gleefully doused to my delight. However, the bun of my burger was so over toasted! The buns were actually hard and crunchy. I'm not used to that. The burger tasted like before but it was dry and overcooked as well. The lettuce, onions, tomatoes and cheese were very fresh and flavorful. My husband had the same experience with his burger as I did. Tables were not wiped down and the condiment station was out of almost everything when we got there. They didn't refill all the cups, chilis, etc. until right before we left. I really wanted to love my visit, but after this experience, and all the convincing to entice my husband there with this result, it's unlikely we will be back.
