The menu descriptions always sound amazing, but the drinks I've tried just haven't matched up. They tend to taste watery and bland, with only a faint hint of flavor. I've tried the Fruity Pebble and Strawberry Cheesecake meal replacement shakes, a Strawberry Banana kids smoothie, and most recently the Nutter Butter (without the cookie topping). Each time, the flavor just wasn't there maybe it's the protein powder being used? On my last visit (Tuesday around 1 PM), the atmosphere also felt a little off. The shop was very dim, no music or TV on, and I wasn't greeted right away even though it wasn't busy. For a meal replacement shake and kids smoothie, I paid $20.72, which felt like a lot for what I got. That being said, I think this place has a lot of potential. The ideas behind the drinks are creative, the branding is fun, and I know people are looking for healthier options like this in the community. I'd love to see management take a closer look at recipes, ingredients, and overall customer experience. A few small changes could make this spot amazing I'd be more than happy to give it another shot down the road!

There was a family ahead of me ordering some goodies. So I peeped things out throughout the shop till I was ready to be helped. There's a little bit of everything here. Food, plushies, cards and snacks. When the family moved towards the register, it freed up the area by the ice cream case. The gentleman behind the counter told me it would be a second. I of course told him to take his time since I wasn't in a real rush. His response wasn't the most gentle or practical but I took it and waited till he was ready for me. I have been on a banana pudding kick! So, let's continue this banana pudding kick and see what this ice cream joint has to offer. Broooooo, this is some of the best banana pudding ice cream in town. It's banana forward without the artificial taste to it. It's creamy! It had nice chunky pieces of Nilla wafers in it. I polished off that cup and probably could have had 2 more. It was a perfect treat for this hot summer's day. I enjoyed my ice cream very much. It was so good! But, I wish that this scoop would have been more cost friendly. I take my kids for ice cream dates every month and we focus on supporting local. There's at least 8 to 10 kids that I take out. I can't imagine paying 50 to 65 bucks for single scoops of ice cream. I know my teen boys could polish off larger cups so I don't even want to imagine the total cost of it all. I had some of the best banana pudding ice cream here. It was killer. But, my initial interaction with the gentleman behind the counter wasn't the best. Our conversation did end on a better tone when I checked out. The venue is a little confusing but fun with all the toys. I will probably enjoy another scoop by myself if I come back again. It was her first time there as a special treat for her being so great and patient while worked from home. I ordered 3 separate items for her to try & also for my pregnant self to enjoy. All 3 items were quickly & perfectly made and the girls working were so sweet to my daughter, saying hello. We sat at a table inside as I wrapped up some emails & ate our treats. Then I heard Baby Shark come on the speakers and see my daughter light up and start dancing, then CocoMelon, and so on. They were playing toddler music! I look over to see the girls smiling at my daughter enjoying herself. It was the kindest gesture and best customer service I've had at a fast food establishment in a VERY long time. I don't think it's just the hormones talking!
