The espresso was strong and not watered down. I added the cream so it was the perfect amount. I did add a couple packets of Splenda cause the espresso was not shy in this drink. It was so good! We decided to drive up to the window; the barista and her supervisor or coworker gave us an attitude and was mean to us. They didn't try to understand why we drove up and previously "yelling" for us to not drive up. No one was behind us or in front of us. They gave us green tea fraps with NO sugar in it. We drove up because my sister talked sort of soft voiced and also the barista's voice was unclear so it made for a unclear order. History on why we drove up.... My sister was still having residual issues with her speech, she had a stroke a year ago. The barista ladies didn't seem to try to understand our reason before having the attitudes at the window and being unkind after taking our money. Rude, ill mannered, unprofessional, and poor ethics. Its disappointing, sadly wished they had integrity in their work and better customer service behaviors. They should try to be more understanding and more open to their customers, there might be a valid reason for the customer's decisions. Please see what's happening before deciding to take it out of context and punish your customers.

One that stood out to me was called the "Figgy Fizz" which is made with a fig syrup and I was excited as for breakfast yesterday I had the best Greek yogurt I've ever had which was honey and fig flavored so I was definitely in a fig mood lol she whipped up the drink but unfortunately after she handed it to me, she let me know she couldn't find the fig syrup they put in it so she substituted that with pumpkin spice. I was kind of bummed about that and wished she would have asked me first if that substitution was okay with me or if I'd want to try something else because now it's not a "figgy fizz" but a pumpkin spice fizz but I still drank it and it was decent. I decided to try one more drink which was a pomegranate rosemary lemon drop and it was beautiful and very tasty ! It's a nice spot to have a drink, the staff is quite friendly and they have some unique flavors so i can see myself frequenting this establishment.
