This location is nestled in the corner of the center, almost hidden from the main row of shops...but by the number of people in the dining room, people have no trouble finding this place. It was a little awkward coming in because it appears like a counter order and sit system but they actually seat you. We were guided to a table after they watched my friends and me wondering aimlessly trying to figure out the process. We ordered appetizers first, Crab Rangoons and gyoza. The rangoons were stuffed with cream cheese and crab, deep fried and crispy. Gyoza was heavily browned with hard edges and soft middles. All ingredients and sauces tasted fresh. We ordered as soon as our appetizers were delivered but our food came out almost immediately after. Kudos for quick service, but I was juggling appetizers and eating a meal which isn't my favorite thing to do. Not to mention, two people received their meals at the table, then mine came about 3 minutes after, then my last friend about 5 minutes after that. Pacing was uncomfortable as people were waiting on our friend to receive her meal to start eating. My husband had the teriyaki chicken. The broccoli was cut in larger florets but were perfectly steamed, ladled with a touch of teriyaki sauce. The chicken was fork tender and nicely seasoned. Though the rice amount was on the smaller side, the portions were incredibly generous for the price. My tonkotsu broth was not as flavorful as I'm used to but was a nice combo of flavors. The noodles were stuck together and the bok choi was in large pieces which made it difficult to eat without gnawing on a huge piece like a lady without manners. But I did it anyway. My friend loved the beef and broccoli. My other friend was not a fan of the orange chicken though I found it perfectly cooked...just without a crispy candied outside (which she prefers). Service was very slow after our food was delivered but those women were hustling to take care of a lot of orders, so I understood. When they finally came to give us the checks, they offered to box up my ramen...which was well done to keep it fresh. Very pleasant experience, though I would have loved a more flavorful broth. read more

This place is absolutely delicious as someone who grew up in Seattle in the international district (Asian cities) specifically in Nihonmachi! This is the closest I feel to being back home in Seattle. There are not a lot of options out in Idaho like there is in Nihon so this felt like a nice place to feel like back home. It can be very spicy so if you can't handle spice don't ask for spice! Solid 4 star experience tonight and so glad to find another Ramen choice in the Treasure Valley. If you are familiar with the area you know this place is starved for decent geographical food like this. This place did not disappoint! I had the spicy miso ramen and added some spicy ground pork. The flavors were all great and even though I like my egg more runny it still had great flavors. My wife and daughters split the chicken yakisoba, generals chicken and broccoli beef. For me the dishes were a little too saucy for me and even got the chicken breading somewhat soggy. But with that said the flavors were all decent and they enjoyed it. Inside the restaurant is very clean and has plenty of seating throughout. The service was just ok and nothing negative but it was busy and felt a little understaffed. But in every interaction employees were very friendly. But little things that an help like don't make the customers ask for everything from soy sauce to sharing plates would make your job easier. Overall very happy we found this place and so glad for this other option for ramen in the valley. Most places that serve ramen here is very generic and this place not only has great selections but tasty flavors and hit the spot. We will for sure be back. read more

Impromptu date night out lead to a hidden gem. My husband and I are from Vegas and often miss good authentic Asian cuisine. It's been hard to find spots in the treasure valley, especially Nampa. This place did not disappoint though. It was noticeably very clean upon entering. Once seated, we had prompt and kind service. We ordered an iced matcha latte, gyoza, and tonkatsu chasu ramen. Everything was delicious. I really appreciated that the matcha latte wasn't too sweet. The pork in the ramen was sliced very thin and was very flavorful. My only feedback would be the option to add bean sprouts and bamboo shoots to the ramen and for the noodles to be a little bit firmer. Overall, an excellent restaurant that I will be returning to. I'm looking forward to trying the strawberry crepe cake. read more

Best ramen I've had in the Treasure Valley! Highly recommended. Great new location in Nampa that has been open since Fall 2023. Inside, the restaurant is clean and contemporary with a welcoming atmosphere. I ordered the Tantanmen with a sesame-based broth and spicy ground pork. It was delicious! My wife enjoyed the Vegetable Lover with shio broth, seasoned egg, and loads of mushrooms and veg. Located next to Regal Edwards Nampa Spectrum, the restaurant is tucked away at the SW corner of the parking lot. We are already talking about making this restaurant a date night regular! read more

Oh my gosh! If you don't go to this restaurant and love Chinese food, you're missing out! The food is absolutely spectacular. I've been to China, I've been to numerous Chinese restaurants in California where there's a large Chinese population, this is absolutely fantastic. I ordered the teriyaki chicken and the house special Ramen. Both were just spectacular. The plates are beautifully and artistically created, and the food is very good - some of the best I've eaten. The waitresses are very pleasant and seem genuinely interested in their visitors having a good experience. It's clean, it's very plain inside, reminds me of feng shui, and it's mostly just great food. I haven't eaten in a Chinese restaurant this good since I left San Francisco. read more
