Love Latte Da! The service is pretty fast & the staff is super friendly. Cute little coffee shop to take someone from out of town. They have daily drink specials which is always a plus. My personal favorites are double punch Wednesday (for your punch card) or Latte Thursday (50 cents off any latte). I personally love their iced chai. First off the service was amazing. Didn't rush us to make a decision and had great suggestions. I got a blended redbull with 3 different flavors (I know, sugar rush), my partner got a cherry blossom latte and they absolutley loved it. It was served with a chocolate covered coffee bean (Classy & cute!). The atmosphere was cozy and even had a kids table with activities for them. I went here on a whim, and I'm so glad I did. The customer service is excellent, and the drip is less than $2! Lots of places serve coffee and drinks, but Latta Da in Kuna does it with quality and care and I love that it's local. I've been coming here every week for a few years to meet a friend and I'm always greeted with a smile from all the ladies behind the counter. They truly love their job. The bean on the drink is always a nice surprise and touch. And they usually will bring me my drink unless they get really busy, which they typically are. And for good reason. If you don't expect much when you order coffee then you might be fine coming here. But I was very disappointed. And I just want to let others know what to expect if they have not come here before. One star I will give for the nice, friendly employee who waited on me. But everything else was a negative. Far too long of a wait in the drive-through. And my latte was flavorless and weak. And it did not even have a foamy top. When you order a latte you should get a nice microfoam on top. It should not just look like coffee with milk in it. I did see that they use Dawson Taylor coffee and if you go to a Dawson Taylor Coffee Cafe you will get great tasting coffee/espresso drinks, along with proper foam. In the dozen of times going here, I have only ever had my order messed up once, and it was because the people serving me were new. Great drinks, great service. Prices aren't that bad, especially considering the specials. Never left with a bad experience. THAT BEING SAID. The wait time for the drive thru can be a nightmare. The speaker on the menu has never been used (from my experience) and all orders are placed at the window. This greatly slows down the process and could lead to customers leaving. I've spent up to 20 minutes in line with only 4 cars ahead of me. I'll keep coming back because it's a truly local shop with a great thing to offer but the wait needs to improve. read more

Stopped in today and SO glad that I did!! The owner, Sheri, is an absolute delight! The cafe is adorable and comfortable and there are places to conduct meetings or just hangout. The menu is huge. The giant cookies on the counter looked Devine I ordered a Vanilla Chai Latte and it was so delicious, not too hot but perfect to sip immediately. The flavor was spectacular. I'm so glad I came here and plan to hold many more meetings to come - AND drive thru on my way to work. read more

I stopped in this morning with my teen-aged daughter and her friend. We were immediately given very friendly service. Since the kids never been here the person behind the window helped us pick out something yummy for their tummy! The choices are soooooooo far beyond that of Human Bean or Dutch Bro (love the bro's)!! They carry many flavors and sugar free ones, too! The wonderful person that helped me, I wish I got her name, said that I can get any drink with no espresso for the younger one, which I appreciated! They even have breakfast burritos, bagels and cream cheese and a few other things. I'll take a pic of the menu next time I stop by. Overall, I liked this place. I go to Latte Da probably once every week or two. I have never been disappointed with the drinks I have ordered! The only problem I have is that I am not a big coffee drinker, and their menu doesnt list everything, so I usually order the same thing as before or spend 10 minutes asking what they have. If the name doesn't coax a smile out of you, the friendly service and delicious drinks will. They have positive testimonials on their website and I have full faith they are not overstatements. Around late afternoon, I got tired of sitting on my butt and decided to walk over and give Latte Da a chance. It's a small trailer-type of building on the corner of Five Mile and Lake Hazel, across the street from Walgreens. The woman working there was very friendly and more than willing to point out their more popular drinks / flavors. This is not as easy a task as you'd think... for a small place, they have an extensive selection of favors for Italian sodas and frappes. These flavors range from German chocolate cake and vanilla to amaretto, blackcurrant, pumpkin spice, and banana colada. Drinks range from about $1.00 for coffee to $5.00 for a large smoothie. They also sell muffins, oatmeal, sandwiches, and soups. I settled on a tiramisu Creamosa, which is an Italian soda with cream. The flavors blended together very well, and it was not too sweet / watery / milky like some Starbucks iced drinks. Especially on a hot day in Boise, I wouldn't have traded my tiramisu drink for the real thing. My drink was ready in minutes, and made the walk home seem much shorter. I received a punch card (Buy 10, get 1 drink free) which I fully intend on filling up. Today was my first visit as I'm new to the area. I believe in supporting local businesses, so I thought I'd give this place a try. Huge selection of flavors & many things to choose from on the menu. Also the service was very friendly & fast. However, they're a little pricey :( I got a mocha & was willing to overlook the price if the product was good. Well, I hate to say, I was a little disappointed. It tasted more like hot cocoa than a mocha. No coffee flavor to it at all. This is the cutest coffee shop around! Perfect spot to study, meet with friends or have a calming drink by yourself. I come back here all the time because I like the environment. I come in and I feel like an old friend of everyone there. Everything is extremely well priced, I feel like I am getting a great deal every time.
