I am also a huge fan of the fresh fruit, locally sourced honey and non artificially colored/flavor dyes in some of their syrups. The staff was extremely friendly and had smiles on their faces while helping us. The cups that our shave ice came in appeared to be compostable as well as a cardboard straw, we really appreciated this effort to create less waste on our environment! If you close at 9, you serve customers until 9 and sometimes a little after. If I was the owner she's be gone in a second. We where going to order 4 larger which is like $25 of revenue, but now she can go home 5 min earlier. I mean how much mess is it to shave ice and pour 4 flavors.
