Double double no onions ad chopped chilli
Billie G.

I'm gonna preface this, with I Love, In-N-Out. When I found out they were coming to Boise. I was so excited. I think In-N-Out Burger is the best fast food burger on the market. I get the double double no onion add chopped chilies. Of course the service is always fast. You order they cook it. You drive past the window and they hand it to you and you can eat it in your car. The wait times have gone down so much since they're opening it's totally reasonable now and if you want expedited service, you can always order inside. So happy to have such an iconic burger joint in the treasure Valley! Oh hot tip order the fries soft and they taste a little bit better. I don't love In-N-Out fries, but the softer the better. And you can get animal style without onions and just pickles and it's way better!

Had the double double animal style with extra x crispy fries. It was pretty good. Wait time is hit or miss here. 20 mins for food today. The eating area was filthy there today. Just good everywhere. Counter, floors, you name it. Saw someone wipe one table but ones where people were seated but waiting for food. Burger was fresh but more on the salty side. Fries are freshly cut and were good considering they were freshly cut and not loaded with chemicals.

I have had In N Out once before in California, so I was excited to see they opened up a spot in Idaho. The inside is super cute inside with a lot of tables. Every single table was taken! The line to order wasn't too long but it did take a while to be ready because there were tons of customers. I ordered cheese fries and a cheeseburger. My husband ordered animal style fries and a triple cheese burger. The burger was pretty good and tasted fresh. The only reason this is a 4 star is because the fries were good but a little cold. I still liked them a lot. I did eat the burger first so I believe they may have gotten cold because of that. Overall the service was good and the food tasted great. I was surprised how fast it was considering it was super busy inside.

Great fast service and consistent, delicious burgers / fries / shakes at an incredible value !!! We drove down from Wa and N Idaho to come eat and enjoy the Boise / Meridian area .

Finally got my In-N-Out fix. Saturday morning at 9:45, no line and a handful of people already at tables. It was about 12 minutes before I got my food. Very clean restaurant, but one of the smaller ones I've been in. Wonderful customer service, both at the counter and helping out in the dining area. Employees were offering to get people's orders for them or chatting with a few regulars. Maybe not a typical breakfast spot. But I'd consider it a breakfast of champions! Drive-thru line didn't seem too long and looked to be moving pretty steady. By the time I left (10:10am-ish) the dining room was getting full. But still only a few people in line.

Double-double, In-N-Out's premier burger. But with cold cheese instead of melted on the grill.

I've waited more than 50 years for In-N-Out to come to Idaho. And for good measure I was part of a group of fans who camped out for more than 21 hours in the cold to be among the first customers at this location. Back in 2020, In-N-Out announced it would open its first Idaho restaurant within five years. And with the opening coming on Dec. 13, 2023 -- the California company's 400th store, they crushed their timeline. Unlike nearly every other burger chain, In-N-Out butchers its own meat and keeps all of its hamburger patties fresh. Their stores do not contain any freezers, ensuring the meat and produce remains fresh. I've now eaten at this restaurant twice and the burgers taste every bit as good here as the numerous locations I've visited in California, Utah and Nevada. Nothing is prepared until you order and it's piping hot when you get served. In-N-Out's menu has changed very little since the company was founded in 1948. They do one thing and they do it very well. The well-known secret menu allows you to customize your burger to the way you want it. I recommend getting your burger animal-style, in which they slather mustard on the patties on the grill, add pickles, an extra dab of their thousand island "spread" and grilled onions. I ask them to add chopped chiles, a whole slice of raw and grilled onions and sometimes cold cheese. Standard is cheese that melts while the patty is cooking. Many people complain about In-N-Out's fries. Personally, I think the standard fries are not cooked enough. I ask for them "light well." That adds about 40 extra seconds in the oil and makes them much better. You can also order fries well done or even light. I love a neapolitan shake, where they combine vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. Or ask for a root beer float. On the pop side, I like to combine lemonade and &-up, a lemon-Up. Service is stellar and has been a hallmark of In-N-Out since its founding days. Rule No. 1 is the customer is always right. If there's a problem, Rule No. 2 is consult Rule No. 1. They want to make everything right. So if something is off, let them know. They'll take care of it. With any In-N-Out opening comes long lines. Super long lines. My advice is to get there early, before the lines start forming. Although the stated business hours show a start time of 10:30 a.m., if they're ready they'll open the doors at 10 and you're free to come in and order. Today, on the second day of operation, they opened for business at 9:30 a.m. It's a great company. They pay the highest wages in fast food and offer employee benefits. The next two Idaho locations are planned for Boise and Nampa.

The day has arrived, and many will say it's sacrilegious to support a large chain coming to a smaller town. I say, bring on the double doubles! My wife grew up in Socal and one of my favorite things when visiting the area was getting my In-N-Out "fix". We arrived around noon and got in the walk-in line. Took only 30 mins to reach the counter and put in our order. Another 30 mins and we had our food. The staff are as always extremely nice and helpful. This was in the opening weeks so they had double staff there training the new local hires. Double Double, whole grilled onion, no lettuce or tomato, just how I like it! Animal style fries on the side and we have a killer meal. Good news, everything tasted exactly like I am used to having in CA. My only nitpick is the beef seemed over seasoned with salt, but again opening weeks and could be the staff still training. Once the craze dies down, we will be back for the occasional burger and fries. Enjoy!

Food was delicious as always! I feel like you can't ever go wrong with In-N-Out. The wait felt reasonable for the amount of people there. Service was super sweet and kind! Indoor and outdoor seating was comfortable and there was a fair amount of seating in both locations.

Busy place!!

The paper tray they're served in has more flavor than these french fries. The burger is fine - typical fast food. Nothing special.

Good quality chicken. 'The Box' which their smallest combo meal for $12.50 including tax is enough for two people certainly. The fries were good. The coleslaw was good as well. I will certainly be back here.

It was always busy every time I stopped in. With my new kidney, I wanted to be cautious with the amount of people I'm around. Now that Raising Canes has been open for a hot minute, I felt like the crowd to be a lot smaller and safer for me to be inside the dining area. Greg helped us today at the register. He was really patient with us since it was my husband's first time eating there. I snagged the 3 piece naked combo and my husband got the chicken sandwich. He is a cheese lover so he was bummed that he couldn't add cheese to his sandwich but he still had high hopes that it will be good. My husband's meal did come out first. For some reason they dropped the ball on my meal. There were quite a few people that got their meals ahead of me that ordered after us. I wasn't sweating it but I knew Greg was on top of it. As soon as my food was ready, Greg hand delivered my meal which was nice since they usually call you up to grab your food. It was nice that Greg made sure we were aware that he didn't forget about me. What I noticed last time I ate at RC was how small the tenders were when you ordered them naked. I only got the tenders last time and at 2 bucks a tender, I really felt like I was being ripped off. Today I got the 3 piece naked but was given 4 pieces of chicken. Honestly, I don't know if I got the extra piece of chicken for them dropping the ball or because the chicken tenders were small. I guess the next time we come in, that will answer my million dollar question. While we were eating, Greg dropped off another sandwich meal for us to take home. He wanted to make sure that our experience was good since it was my husband's first meal there. I appreciate that Greg went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. The customer service Greg gave us today was fantastic! Only if all customer service can be like Greg's. I know a lot of businesses would prosper! I enjoyed the vibe of RC. The dico balls, the music and the chill atmosphere of the joint. It was fun experiencing all of that with my husband. My chicken was tender. The fries were crispy and salty. I got to see what the hype was all about with the bread and Canes sauce. I'm happy I waited to eat inside so I can actually get the whole experience. I look forward to coming back and having more naked tendies.

I've eaten in twice, though majority of my experiences have been through DoorDash. We order at least once a month from here and let me just say they have THE BEST quality control for a restaurant. The portion of food they give you is always the same and it tastes incredible. Our go-to order is the gyro shawarma with fries, the chicken shawarma with Greek rice, a side of the gyro Greek fries, and the slice of chocolate pistachio cake. The meat is always well cooked with a healthy fixing of veggies. They even have the option to put no dairy which is great for my lactose intolerant husband. The crinkle cut fries are well crisped, perfectly salted, and a good amount of gyro meat mixed in. I would definitely recommend dining in here as well. They've got a vibrant decor and the staff are very friendly. A great casual restaurant in the valley!
