I use to come here a lot, but every time I go now they are closed. Only doing drive thru. I'm just not going to come any more.

Love their beef n cheddar and their Greek gyro with lamb. And the curly fries. Plus they have Coke Zero my favorite soda.

Love Arbys so happy this is here. Orders always right at this location, food is always good, and wait time for food not bad at all.

How are you closed at 6:30pm? This location just needs to shut down and save us all time and frustration.

I love Arby's! However, not this location. Slowest drive thru ever! It took over 15 minutes to get my sandwich! Ridiculous.

It was always busy every time I stopped in. With my new kidney, I wanted to be cautious with the amount of people I'm around. Now that Raising Canes has been open for a hot minute, I felt like the crowd to be a lot smaller and safer for me to be inside the dining area. Greg helped us today at the register. He was really patient with us since it was my husband's first time eating there. I snagged the 3 piece naked combo and my husband got the chicken sandwich. He is a cheese lover so he was bummed that he couldn't add cheese to his sandwich but he still had high hopes that it will be good. My husband's meal did come out first. For some reason they dropped the ball on my meal. There were quite a few people that got their meals ahead of me that ordered after us. I wasn't sweating it but I knew Greg was on top of it. As soon as my food was ready, Greg hand delivered my meal which was nice since they usually call you up to grab your food. It was nice that Greg made sure we were aware that he didn't forget about me. What I noticed last time I ate at RC was how small the tenders were when you ordered them naked. I only got the tenders last time and at 2 bucks a tender, I really felt like I was being ripped off. Today I got the 3 piece naked but was given 4 pieces of chicken. Honestly, I don't know if I got the extra piece of chicken for them dropping the ball or because the chicken tenders were small. I guess the next time we come in, that will answer my million dollar question. While we were eating, Greg dropped off another sandwich meal for us to take home. He wanted to make sure that our experience was good since it was my husband's first meal there. I appreciate that Greg went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. The customer service Greg gave us today was fantastic! Only if all customer service can be like Greg's. I know a lot of businesses would prosper! I enjoyed the vibe of RC. The dico balls, the music and the chill atmosphere of the joint. It was fun experiencing all of that with my husband. My chicken was tender. The fries were crispy and salty. I got to see what the hype was all about with the bread and Canes sauce. I'm happy I waited to eat inside so I can actually get the whole experience. I look forward to coming back and having more naked tendies.

After seeing Culver's popping up across the US with an aggressive expansion path, I finally had an…read moreopportunity to try their signature Butterburger. I oped for cheese, with onions, mustard, ketchup and lettuce. Like so many menu items these days, the burger was not massively impressive in terms of serving size for the price. Now, the Butter bun was unique and tasty. All of their burgers seem to be served with two freshly-made patties that are relatively thin. It's an interesting way to serve the same amount of meat in one single patty. The burger overall tasted fresh, but still had the mostly common makings of a menu item from a chain restaurant. Will I go back for another try at Culver's? Very likely.

When I notified the employee, I was initially told the order was correct because the receipt matched. I explained that the food in the bag did not. While mistakes happen, what followed was unacceptable. We then waited in the carpool lane while multiple cars behind us received their food and left. I eventually went inside to ask about our order. Several employees were polite, apologetic, and thanked me for my patience. My concern is with the "manager" on duty, Alexis. Although I was given a hamburger and ice cream gift card, Alexis never spoke to me directly or apologized. When I finally received our order, I asked if he could understand my frustration after waiting so long and seeing employees standing around. His only response was, "Have a nice day." The error was frustrating, but the lack of communication, accountability, and customer service from "management" was far more disappointing. Losing one customer may not matter much, but a "manager" who responds to legitimate concerns with indifference will undoubtedly cost you more than one. Hope corporate watches the camera footage from 9/13/26 4:00-4:45 and reconsiders his position. (Already left feedback on contactculvers.com)
