OK, so I will be honest the fries were delicious with the Chick-fil-A sauce. That was the golden of it all, but I will say the employee was super lazy. One of them would make the company looked real good. The other one made the company look real bad it was pretty weird but I only had a few minutes left to order breakfast before it stopped and then one guy was just standing there he wasn't helping anybody he was like yeah he'll get you in a second. He did not care to help or give good customer service whatsoever that was not his focus. It was disappointing, but overall, of course I'll be back. However, people should be aware of that impression they're leaving for the company. I guarantee if that was his business he wouldn't do that. read more

Chick fil A has been a staple in our house. We went hard on Chick fil A when it opened it's 3 locations in our area so we took a break from it. It's conveniently by my work, my husband's work and my sister's house. It was always a guaranteed good meal that was fast and it made everyone happy. My neice wanted to have lunch here today so of course I said yes. I like that they have a couple salad options to pick from. I got the southwest salad while my neice got the chicken nuggets with waffle fries. I also like their seasonal lemonade/ ice tea flavors. This summer's flavor is pineapple dragonfruit. My neice wolfed down her nuggies and fries. She was kind and gave me one waffle fry. As usual, it was crispy and salty. The perfect waffle fry dipped in Chick fil A sauce, I got one and it was great! My salad was fresh! It was topped with a great amount of sliced chicken. The zesty apple cider vinegar is my favorite. It's a great alternative to the other dressings that are dairy based. I got half unsweetened and half sweet pineapple dragonfruit ice tea. For half sweet it was still very good! It's a very tropical flavor for summer. It's quite fitting. As usual, this place was pure chaos. It's summer, lunch time and everyone wanted Chick fil A at the same time. As busy as it was, the dining area was clean. I appreciate they have some staff in the dining area constantly cleaning, refilling drinks and greeting people. Chick fil A has this joint on point and running so smoothly. This is the location my husband and I frequent the most due to their friendly and quick service. Most of the time the food not only comes out fresh, fast and hot, but we've never had a messed up order or issue here. I tried the new grilled spicy chicken sandwich. Added pepper jack cheese. The sandwich comes with a side of cilantro lime sauce, fries and a drink if you get the combo. Hubby got his usual chicken nuggets combo. The sandwich overall was good...not as spicy as I expected (I usually order the spicy chicken deluxe), but the chicken was nice and juicy. Most of all I appreciated that I had a grilled option. The cilantro lime sauce was a nice touch, though not needed. The fries were a tad undercooked, as were my husband's fries. Didn't stop us from eating them. There were only a few that we couldn't eat because they were thicker and less done. Hubby complained that his nuggets were a little dry and "not as good as usual". Perhaps an "off" day for all of us? It was very clean inside and we had a very nice employee come to the table to refill our drinks (loved that). Their Diet Coke here rivals McDonald's, so I made sure to get a refill of that sweet nectar before I left. Good visit! read more

I came with my brother and grandparents and almost all of us liked the food.My brother didn't order, me and my grandma finished, and my grandpa said his food was too salty. This location is going down hill and we a long time customer I'm pretty angry about tonight's visit. The last couple times I've either had sauces missing or toppings on chicken sandwiches missing or incorrect etc. tonight they asked me if I wanted whipped cream and cherry on my shake I said yes. I didn't get it. I spent 14$ and some change for a small fry, 2 drinks a cone and a shake. The shake was very watered down and so was my lemonade. It was also luke warm and little to no ice. They seem very unfocused lately and it shows. Last week I had a kid going up to every car asking them what their orders were and then almost gave me someone's salad. I was deeply disappointed by an encounter I had with the staff at this location. I left my coach purse on my chair and was about 10 minutes away when I realized. I called them and let them know I left it and asked them to hold onto it until I got there (I have an apple air tag, I knew it was there). The girl looked around for about 10-15 seconds and asked 0 questions about where I left it before saying it must've gotten stolen and she's so sorry she couldn't help. She claimed it wasn't in the back, the lobby, or the lost and found. When I got there, I asked the guy who had served me my food earlier if he has seen my coach purse anywhere. "Oh yeah, I just saw it in the back." There wasn't enough time between the girl hanging up on me and me arriving back at the Chick Fil A for it to be a misunderstanding and they certainly seemed annoyed to be returning me my purse. Prompt service even with nearly full customer load. Food was fresh, well prepared, hot and reasonably portioned.

Typically Chick-fil-A is great with customer service, but there's always an outlier. Today I went through the drive through with an order for three people. When I got home I realized they forgot my chicken sandwich entree. I drove back and they were nice and replaced my sandwich. I expected more after wasting 30 minutes of my life and had to pick up the order which was incorrect in the first place. The sandwich I received had about a nugget's worth of chicken. When someone drives all the way home and all the way back to correct their order, a replacement sandwich isn't enough. The other food was cold and I wasted gas for a sandwich that wasn't worth the drive. read more

I've been to this store close to 100 times but have never written a review. Not that I haven't had plenty of reasons-some good/many poor....but today I feel the unrelenting need to rail on this store. I detest that this store puts all "for here" food in bags and refuses to use trays. I have been told that they ALWAYS put "eat in" food in bags on the weekends but today is Tuesday, so apparently it's across the whole week now. Strangely there was plenty of staff to wash trays but they were busy talking to each other behind the line. I needed the women's restroom and saw a massive sign "Closed for Cleaning" while I watched a teenage boy walk into the women's. I followed a few moments later & pushed the women's door open and could see two teenage boys in one stall doing God knows what. I told the supervisor that i needed the women's restroom to pee and she said "the males need it to change - i don't know why they're taking so long". I asked her why they weren't using the men's room & she said something about how they have to use the women's cause it has two stalls. To add to the mystery, they were together in one stall. So i told her i cannot wait so I will use the men's in that case. I yelled into door asking if anyone was inside & it was vacant. I did my deal and told the supervisor that it's absurd that two males are in the women's restroom, NOT CLEANING. I told her that Brad, the owner, needs to figure out a much better way to accommodate their customers. She was completely flabbergasted on what to do with me. I retrieved my food from the table- looked at the supervisor in a little circle with multiple employees talking & snickering-i saw the young shaggy haired male shaking his head in disbelief. I called out to them..."seriously, you're gonna talk about me....& right in front of me? " WOW....all aspects of my visit were highly unprofessional and a joke. I have worked 3 decades in the restaurant/hospitality industry & I have to say...this was a doozie of a MISS THE MARK experience for me. But at least I got to pee in the men's toilet. The Store in our Home Town is always packed to the brim. Lines of cars, although we don't agree with the Political Opinions of Chick Fila, we put our differences aside and tried it. Always loved this place. Friendly service and reliable food. Stopped for dinner and had to pee. "Restrooms closed to the public." Asked why, as they were open last week and there's no ordinance against it and all of the other restaurants' bathrooms are open. Told: "Not enough staff to keep them clean." Surprised and disappointed with a place that has traditionally been customer-centric. At least they didn't give me a load of crap about how they're trying to protect me by not letting me pee. The front of house staff at Chick-fil-A are nice and professional. Eduardo went out of his way to clear my tray without even asking. Eduardo held the door for an elderly couple, as well as offering to get them refills without hesitation. I don't normally write r about people for doing their job, but Eduardo stuck out.
