After a couple hours of talking to tow trucks and mechanics to figure out our car troubles, we needed a refill of our toddler's water bottle. The people behind the counter were happy to help us. I even had a staff member in the drive through offer to jump our car. Unfortunately our car needed a lot more than a jump. This is my new favorite chick fil a location. read more

I saw the advertisement for Chick-fil-A jalapeno bacon ranch sandwich on the television, so I went to the Chick-fil-A in Meridian to get one. When I pulled up to thedrive thru speaker, I was telling the clerk that I wanted the sandwich, but I didn't want it if it was really hot with jalapenos, so they said they would leave off the jalapenos. But when I got the sandwich handed to me, I pulled away and looked in the bag and they did not have any bacon on the sandwich and there was no ranch dressing but they did leave the jalapenos off. It did taste good but I would have rather had the bacon and the ranch dressing with the sandwich, just no jalapenos. read more

Called in a large catering order for work. Holland was very pleasant and helpful. Super easy to deal with even when I called the morning of my event to add more lunches. Excellent customer service. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was offered a complimentary soft drink while I waited. I also appreciate the totes they pack your lunches in. The only downside was that I arrived at 11:05 to pick up my order at 11:15. I'm a stickler for timelines as the lunches are for trainers who have a set time for lunch. My order didn't come out until 11:27. This made lunch late and messed with our schedule. I'll still return for more catering but will stress my timeframe is firm. read more

Going downhill quickly. What changed? This place used to be my favorite. Now it's overpriced slop that no longer has the same quality. The staff used to be great. Now they have people more focused on translating for non-English speaking staff than focusing on their jobs or their English speaking customer base. It seems the non-English speaking people are expected to make it a career and they are done hiring teens who will move on after a couple of months. As all chick-fil-a's this one is always busy, but the team manages it well. There are two drive thru lanes, and the team members walk to your car to take your order on iPads. This way they can get through the line of cars fairly quickly. The food is always consistent, and the team members are always happy. I used to work there, they treat their workers so bad, I was miserable every day at work and had no consideration for how we feel. They underpay us for what they put us through, and some of the bosses are so rude. They gave my friend no reason for why they fired her other than the one time she was 2 minutes late.
