Some people might say "in-n-out is overrated" or "it's not that good".. well that's fine because everyone is entitled to their own opinion. So here is mine: I've been eating in n out since 2010, and ever since then, it's always something that I look forward eating to. The quality of food is always consistent every location you go to. Their staff are always amazing, kind, and smiling, and friendly. I always get their double-double with grilled onions, no tomatoes, no lettuce, with light well done fries. On healthier days, I get their protein style double double, and on not so healthy days, I get their animal style fries and their strawberry shake with my burger. Lines get pretty long, especially drive-thru, and it can get really busy and chaotic. Which sometimes can be annoying. But other than that, everything is good!

There are 3 In & Out Burgers now in Idaho & we went to the one in the perimeter of the Boise Town Square Mall that opened in 2024. We were so impressed with one in California 20+ years ago that when we find one we patronize. They have not come to the east coast yet. Now they sell shirts, gift cards & other merch. They have been around since 1948. motto is that their beef is never frozen & they use the freshest high quality ingredients & cleanliness you can see. There was a worker in white wiping & mopping the whole time we were here. It was very busy with lines inside @ at the drive through. We ordered in 5 minutes & waited :10 for our meal. Everything was very good & I was particularly pleased that the salt was on the side.

I rarely encounter any problems with in n out. I ordered a double double, French fries and a coke. Food quality remains supreme. Customer service is also top notch. Facility looks super clean. Overall, I'm rarely disappointed with in n out. Their food always tastes amazing and it's great to see them in multiple states nowadays!

Today's visit compared to my first visit was night and day. We got food, took it home and really didn't enjoy it. Today we ordered our food, hung out and ate our food at the joint. That's the missing link to enjoying your food. It's to eat it at the venue when it's hot off the grill. For a Tuesday evening, this joint was buzzin! People eating in, people driving through the drive thru. It truly makes me happy seeing people out and about eating and being happy! We got our food ordered with Cameron today. He did a good job making sure my husband didn't get any of the extras like onion or spread on his double double. I got a single flying Dutchman with grilled onion wrap and a single cheeseburger protein style. Of course we had to order some fries. We didn't add anything special to them. We kicked it while our food was being made. We sat at the window by the drive thru. It was so pretty out today. It was the perfect setting for our little In n Out meal. Our food was finally called and happily walked up to grab it. The first thing I noticed was the beautifully charred onions on my flying Dutchman. I knew it was going to be life changing and I hadn't even taken a bite yet. My husband's double double looked delicious and my protein wrapped cheeseburger looked tasty. Biting into that flying Dutchman, I heard angels sing. Holy cow! It was so good! The sweet of the onions and the savory of the burger. IT. WAS. SO. GOOD. I regretted only getting one instead of two. I will have to say they were quite heavy handed in the salt. There wasn't bread or lettuce too dull out the saltiness but man it was still good. I'll just have to order it differently next time. My protein style wrapped cheeseburger was good! I loved the fresh veggies. My husband polished off his double double. It was all so tasty. I will have to say I'm still not over the moon with the fries. I did notice that they fry the fries to get them ready and have them prepped to have them ready to go. I just think my batch sat there for a bit. They were not hot and traded l tasted kinda stale. I'm happy we got to eat our food at the venue today. It totally changed my view on In n Out. I am officially hooked on the flying Dutchman and I'm ready to have another tomorrow.

My quest to eat at EVERY In-N-Out burger when traveling continues! Today....Boise, Idaho! Like how this location is close to the airport. It makes my first stop easy! Great fresh burger and hot fries! Friendly service and I was out and on the road quickly! Best fast food burger anywhere!

In less than a year, In-N-Out has opened its first two restaurants in Idaho. Store 400 in Meridian opened in December 2023 and Store 413 opened here in Boise on Oct. 25. The same great food and fast, friendly service that is the hallmark of this company was evident at the opening of the Boise store. My suggestion: Order a doublemeat with whole grilled and whole raw onions, cold cheese and chopped chiles. This location, on the perimeter of the Boise Towne Square mall, will provide plenty of room to handle the expected crowds.

This place is a factory. We pulled up to see the drive-thru containing at least 20 cars. Decided to go in to be met by a completely full lobby. Decided to commit and order. Once we ordered, our food came out within 5 minutes. Not only was the food fast but it had a clean presentation and was delicious. I also noticed a worker doing laps in the lobby consistently cleaning and keeping things organized. Great system here!!

Idaho's second In-N-Out is going great. I've been to this location three times now, and just like the first Idaho location, they have nailed it as far as consistency and yummieness that we've come to expect. The food is delicious, the service is super friendly, and the ambiance is exactly perfect just like every In-n-out! For whatever reason, this location seems to not be as overly busy like the one at the village.

Deliciousness!!

Oh! It's been at least 10 years since I've had a double double!! Today, after my haircut, I realized the Mall location had opened so I had to stop! I went in so I could really enjoy my meal. At 1230, the order & wait was about 10 minutes & oh so worth it!! I took my time to truly savor the flavors I've been missing!! Great service!!

Fries are rubbish- burgers are meh. What's the hype? The wait is too long, and the drive around is crazy.

The burger itself was outstanding--perfectly cooked, incredibly juicy, and packed with flavor in every bite. The ingredients tasted fresh and high quality, and the toppings were balanced just right without overwhelming the burger. Even the bun was soft yet held everything together perfectly, which is something a lot of places overlook. What really stood out was the attention to detail across the whole meal. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned, and everything came out hot and fresh without a long wait. It's clear this place cares about consistency and customer experience. Whether you're just stopping in for a quick bite or looking for a go-to burger spot, this place absolutely delivers. We will definitely be coming back again and recommending it to anyone who appreciates a truly great burger. Location is fun with other restaurants nearby. Must visit!

Very disappointing for a place that in the past I put at or near the top for best burger in Boise. Maybe it was an off day. But the prices are not low so more is expected from this Wylder Group location. Super friendly folks behind the counter and it's a really nice outdoor eating venue (they do have e inside tables too).

They are most definitely a top contender for the "best burgers" title in town. After hearing folks who'd found this place proclaim its greatness, I had to give it a go. Glad I did! Think fairly traditional burger fixings on 1/3 pound burgers done well. I've tried the cheeseburger and the feta and jalapeno burger. Both were tasty and cooked perfectly. They're the type of burgers that are simple, but that's a good thing. I'm a bit picky about my burgers and am sensitive to fries cooked in old oil. I'm happy to say these meals don't leave my gut regretting my life choices. Each burger comes with lettuce, pickle, red onion and tomato. They don't slather condiments on; you'll have to ask for those you like specifically. They also come with a side of thick-cut fries with light seasoning and fry sauce. I mean, this is Idaho. Gotta have the fry sauce. All of this clocks in at between 8-12 buckos. Their hours are a little wonky, so check before heading out. It's a food truck and they have limited outside table space. From what I gather this is primarily a dinner joint with most hours of operation between 3-10 pm. Pity, because having this as a lunch option would be dandy. Pop in here if you're on Overland and give these burgers a go. It's already becoming a regular stop for us!

I guess that I expected great french fries, after all, Idaho is known for their potatoes, but burgers never crossed my mind. I guess that I should have expected good beef, after all, it makes sense that you should have great local sources of beef here. Anyway, Triple B's Boise's Best Burgers offers great burgers and the expected great french fries. I had the Baja Burger, which was topped with grilled jalapeno peppers, grilled onions and Pepper Jack cheese. It came with french fries and both items were excellent. Truly a great lunch and culinary experience. The menu has several interesting selections, so I am sure you and anyone that is here with you will be able to find something that will interest you and/or them. Go check this place out. I am sure that you will be impressed. I offer this place not only my recommendation, but I give it a five star () rating.

Bittercreek provided me with just what I needed today. Warm and inviting service and a terrific selection of food and beverages for me to enjoy. Dined alone at the bar and everyone that I came into contact with did what I expect. Timely greet and informative service personnel. Hats off to the whole team. Was talked into a Chardonnay from the Willamette Valley and it was spectacular. I usually stick to Willamette Valley reds but went for it after a tiny taste. It's what I needed but didn't know it until it was offered. Too many times I stick to my wheelhouse and don't stray but was coerced by someone who I assumed was the inhouse shotcaller. I had two glasses and it went well with the Bowl of Corn Chowder I was told about. Served hot and with some semi crusty sourdough that hit the spot. Finished every spoonful and it brought me back to my time in New England. The soup was done right for sure. Noone trying too hard which is an issue when trying to recreate a coastal favorite while land locked in the mountain state of Idaho. Right before I had.my second glass of Chardonnay, I asked "the front of the house shot caller" about the selection of Rums and was offered a taste of one that could have been a contender for my follow up beverage. No mixer needed. Would have made a great sipper, as most good rums can be but I elected for the second glass of Chardonnay. Glad that I did. Was feeling a bit buzzed and full from my meal and had to exit stage left before trying a dessert. I'm sure it would have been epic but I'm thin for a reason and don't overindulge. Thank you Bittercreek! My visit with you all made me wonder why I hadn't been in since 2006 or 2007. I'll, certainly, be visitong more often and will bring others with. You've got a fan in me!

A couple of my friends showed up first, got a great table outside and ordered a couple apps to get the party started. I showed up after goodies and drinks were ordered. We started off with some chips and salsa and pountine. The chips and salsa looked good but the pountine was definitely calling my name! I love me some potatoes and these potatoes looked like they were going to be right up my alley! I dished up a good portion before my friends got some. They were kind to let me plate first cause of my new kidney. I didn't want to be too greedy so the portion I got was a few bites. Those few bites got me hooked so it was a must to get another order started. While my order of pountine was being worked on, I tried the pretzel with cheese and the hummus plate. The pretzel was perfectly salted. The cheese sauce was the perfect addition to the soft pretzel. I took a good amount of the hummus and Greek salad. The pita that came with it was a great vessel for the hummus. It was crispy with a slight chew to it. The hummus was clean tasting and rich. The Greek salad was so fresh. All the components of the salad tasted like they were just picked from the garden. You literally can't get anymore farm to table than that! It was so fresh! The second order of pountine came out. Everything about this appetizer was delicious! I love soggy, softer fries and these fries were the business! The gravy and cheese were the highlight of the dish for me. You can never go wrong with potatoes, cheese and gravy! There was a good amount of meat on the pountine. It was so tender! You can tell it was cooked with a lot of love and time! I took the rest home and I plan on hiding my box in the back of my fridge so my daughter can't get to it! We ended our happy hour with the beignets. Each one of these goodies were covered in powered sugar. The caramel sauce that was paired with it was devine! In all honesty, as full as I was, I could have polished off an order myself! They were the perfect dessert to end this fabulous meal. Bittercreek has been on my to go list for a hot minute. I'm so happy we got to come here and celebrate my birthday. The food was marvelous. Our server did a fantastic job taking care of us! Our waters were always filled. Our cocktails were never dry. And our plates were always filled cause food was always ordered on time for us. Homie was on point tonight! The venue can't be any more stunning. The weather was lovely. We were meant to be here today! In so happy we started my birthday week off at Bittercreek!
