Timberlakes Cuisine Timberlakes Cuisine is a Boise-based soul food mobile kitchen that is owned and operated by Chef Brandon Timberlake and his wife Adrianni, who moved here from Las Vegas. They serve food every Saturday evening, starting at 5 PM. They post their menu on Thursday on their FB page. They are located on the corner of Orchard and Gage. The address posted on their Facebook page is 918 N. Orchard. It's in the parking lot of a business called Solutions To Go. I visited Timberlakes Cuisine for the first time on 7/30/22. The menu for that night was 3 Smoked Brisket or Smoked Carnitas Tacos with Smoked Mac & Cheese, and house-made Green Verde Salsa ($17.50). You could mix-and-match. I got two brisket and one Carnitas taco. The food was excellent! The meat had been slow cooking for hours. The salsa had a nice kick to it. The mac & cheese was flavorful and creamy. My plan was to just eat two of the tacos and one of the scoops of mac & cheese, saving the rest for tomorrow, but I could not resist. I hoovered the whole thing in one sitting. Can't wait to see what's on the menu next week! Highly Recommended!!!

Had them cater for a company function and was incredibly pleased with the food and service. Food was delicious! (Get the Mac and cheese!)

I've had takeout from here on many occasions and it's always good. Chose the pulled pork sandwich, Carolina style, which was delicious. Soft, good roll. Fresh coleslaw, and lots of pork. Great overall sandwich. My side of choice was the sweet potato fries. Decent portion and yummy, fried well, fries. Would repeat. Just next time with a beer :-)

We tried a mix of meats, and there was plenty to like. The pulled pork stood out as the best of the bunch--tender, flavorful, and exactly what you hope for from good BBQ. The spicy BBQ sauce was a highlight too: it's got a real kick--hot in a fun, nostalgic way, like a high school pool party where things get a little wild but in the best sense. The tri-tip was decent, though it leaned a bit young and could've benefited from a touch more time or seasoning to really shine. The chicken was cooked nicely--juicy and not overdone--but felt like it needed a little extra smoky pizzazz to stand out. On the plus side, the buns were excellent across the board, soft but sturdy enough to hold everything together without falling apart. Service was top-notch--friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Overall, a really pleasant lunch spot with some strong offerings and a great atmosphere. I'd say it would absolutely earn a nod of approval from my  St. Louis BBQ grandpa and his crew from Wells-Goodfellow--satisfying, honest barbecue with a few standout bites and a good time to go with it.
