Then I heard him yell at the kitchen staff saying "how long has the chicken been out" the response was "since yesterday" I felt sick and wanted a refund, he refused my refund and offered a gift card. Easily the best friend chicken sandwich I've had at a chain restaurant. I was genuinely impressed by how flavorful it was, and not just raw heat. My wife got the medium which was reasonably hot and I got the spicy which I'd recommend for anyone who actually likes spice. It was warm and just a tiny bit of burn, but in a pleasant way. Any spicier and I don't think it would have been enjoyable. The fries were really good and so crispy yet fluffy. The coleslaw while nice in the sandwich was pretty bland as a side. The staff was very friendly and the service was extremely quick. How I wish they had a location in/around Seattle. Better than Dave's and not owned by Drake. I saw it over by Top Golf and i've been wanting to try it. It's pretty decent! I got the 2pc tenders and waffle with the medium rub. The waffle is nice and fluffy without being too sweet, and the chicken is nice and juicy with a rub that adds just a little after-kick. The house sauce is delicious, a little tangy, but not spicy. Service was great! The girl running the counter was very friendly and helpful, our order was out pretty quickly. The place has a spunky vibe with artwork of animated racecar drivers and vids playing of a car show they hosted at their Vegas location. Their Original Chicken Sandwich and Loaded Fries are delicious! I also recommend trying the Lemonade Slushy - it's refreshing! We especially love their Cilantro sauce so check that out too. The medium spice is tolerable and if you can handle Hot Cheetos, I'd suggest you go up a level or two for the spice. The treasure valley chicken wars continue. Service here was stellar. The employees are friendly and engaging. At 6pm during dinner rush I had my meal fresh within ten minutes. The restaurant is clean and more modern, much like many of the other fast food areas. They do have an LED color changing counter top you can sit at which was a fun addition. I ordered the original hot chicken and one tender combo with added cheese sauce to the sandwich and a "spicy" heat lvl which was a habanero pepper sauce. Their hottest spice was a carolina reaper/scorpion pepper blend but in a dust form. The coleslaw was surprisingly really good and on the chicken sandwich was a great compliment with the heat of the habanero. The cheese sauce, I wish was a little sharper on flavor but it got the job done. The brioche bun was one of the best I've had. The crinkle cut fries and the seasoning blend they used for that was really good too. I also ordered their chocolate milk shake and it was rich and flavorful. The only complaint I have about this chicken is it lacked any crunch you expect from fried chicken tenders. All the flavors were there but it was like it was fried and then steamed under the warmer so it lost the crunch. If they can fix that, this would be a five star yelp review as they have landed everything else superbly. I will definitely be back again and next time also try the waffles on the menu :) read more

We came in on a Saturday afternoon with a pretty large group. They were able to handle our order without any mistakes and our food came out pretty quickly - I think it was under 10 minutes. I was pretty impressed that everything tasted really good, and the spice levels are no joke! I really liked both the Original Hot Chicken sandwich and the Tenders & Slaw. The Medium spice level was just right in my opinion and has a really nice flavor. I also tried the Spicy heat level, which was very spicy but did not have a great flavor to it. It almost tasted like a chemical spice. The cucumber watermelon lemonade in slushy form is fantastic! I also really like the blueberry lavender flavor. And if you can't decide which one you want they'll let you sample the different lemonade flavors to help you decide. It's so refreshing, especially after eating some spicy chicken. The only issue I had is that the space is very small, so it can be hard to find seating. There are only about 5 tables inside and some counter seating. I think there are also a few tables outside, but it's not a realistic option for the colder months. It's not a dealbreaker though, I don't mind eating in the car ;) read more

We tried this restaurant for the first time a week ago Friday. The food and service was absolutely amazing. We ordered a ceaser salad with extra dressing and a side of pickles, a burger and Mac and cheese for pick up last night. We picked up our Order and when we got home we noticed we did not get any dressing for the salad and no extra dressing and we were also missing a side of pickles that we paid extra for. We tried to let them know though their app ( which needs work i took 10 minutes just to find the emial) and sent an email. I get a text shortly after that just said sorry we messed up. No credit for paid missing items not even a mention of it. Thats not enough to convince me to odred from them again. **** UPDATE ** Their manager reached out this morning and issued a credit for the salad. Ordered online for delivery so this review is solely based on the food. The sandwich was amazing and is better than Dave's Hot Chicken. I tried Lift Off and felt the heat was tolerable so perhaps Houston We Have a Problem next time but it had to be ordered in-store I believe. I would give this place a perfect score because the sandwich was absolutely delicious however when I ordered for the house sauce, coleslaw and pickles to all be on the side.... I was given those items on the side but there was still coleslaw and pickles in the sandwich as well (so I got double). Small issue but the preparer should be more on top of things. This time, though, I signed a waiver and tried a tender with the Houston, We Have a Problem ("Houston") level of spice. I have to admit, Houston crosses the line into inedibility that Liftoff does not. In fact, I ate a tender with Liftoff, before trying Houston, and it was great. Houston has a hot pepper bitterness that I don't like. It took a minute for the heat to kick in, but when it did, my entire face started leaking like a fire hose. One of the store's employees stopped by our table to check on me a couple of times, which was sweet. I love buffalo chicken and she recommended a certain dish to be closer to that. They do have a chicken that you have to sign a waiver for here. My son loved his, but I was not a fan of my dish because everything from the hot chicken to the fries is sprinkled in sugar. It was awful for me and I couldn't eat it. Had I known about the sugar, I would have told them to hold it, but I wasn't aware of how they season their food. My partner had one of the salads and enjoyed it. My daughter didn't like the fries and had a simple grilled cheese since she doesn't eat meat. I know I will not go back because the sugary chicken had me feeling ill and unhappy. The sandwich included a crispy piece of chicken that filled the bun. The sandwich included pickle chips, a spicy and sweet sauce, and coleslaw for the cool balance. We loved the sandwich it was messy, chicken was tender, and the medium had just the right amount of heat, which kept drawing you in for the next bite. What we noticed is that we didn't have that gritty after taste of spice that we encountered with other hot chicken joints. We ordered a chicken tender with hot spice, which we took home to eat.
