Maia was our server, and she did a great job. Very friendly and attentive. She served our pizza and boxed our leftovers for us. We got the combo deep dish pizza with a house salad. The pizza came out faster than it has in the past, and it was still delicious. Maybe a bit too much tomato sauce, but the meat and veggies were very good, and the crust was yummy! It pains me to leave this review, but making this the choice for my 40th birthday was NOT a good decision. It's almost as though they had never served a party of 14 before - having missed about half the tables complete orders, bringing out items they finally remembered as we were all getting up to leave, this wasn't a good experience. Do they have the best garlic buffalo wings ever? Yes. Is their pizza fantastic? Yes. Was any attempt made, at all, to reconcile this disaster of a dinner? No. The restaurant was NOT busy. While it wasn't a big deal they made zero acknowledgement or effort on the birthday side of things... meh... not a big deal. But with the garlic parm wings being as horrendous as they were, I looked like a fool after bragging to my friends about how amazing the food was here. I'm sure this review will just be overwritten with another 5 star in the future, showcasing how amazing their wings and pizza are... as of right now.. if it wasn't for the saving grace of my meal alone.. this would be a 1 star review. The waitstaff were obviously trying, they were obviously very sorry about all the mistakes made, and they were very polite - we all tipped well regardless of the disaster of a dinner. But being with your closest friends, and repairing the entire night with bandaids of laughter, this doesn't deter me from coming back anytime soon. I was pleasantly surprised at how good this pizza was. We just recently visited Chicago and had the best pizza in our lives so going to a chain Chicago-style pizza restaurant in Idaho, my expectations were low. I ordered the pizza for one meal which came with your choice of salad or hot wing appetizer and a scoop of ice cream afterwards. I got pepperoni pizza and Caesar salad. The salad was fresh and flavorful. The pizza... so good! Nice mozzarella pull and the sauce was flavorful and tangy!!! The crust was buttery and also very flavorful. And to top it off my meal was only $12.99! When we were done (my husband got chicken parmigiana) with tip our dinner was 40 bucks!!! I can't remember the last time we had a $40 dinner out meal. I've heard nothing but great things about Chicago fire pizza since they've opened and I've been dying to try it. Finally for my birthday last night we stopped in for dinner for our family of four. I had no idea what to expect and I was genuinely pleased to see that this is a sit-down/full service restaurant with a full menu. Thursday night, 7 PM and the place had a healthy amount of tables filled, but there was still room to immediately be seated. I was very happy with our table. It was comfortable and roomy enough for our two teenagers and two adults. Service was quick and very friendly. Compared to other restaurants that I've been to lately the service was far superior. Our orders were taken quickly. Our drinks were kept full, and the food came out in a timely manner. These things meant a lot to me. I had just about given up on full service dining but Chicago fire really offers great service. Thank you for restoring my faith. The menu offers appetizers, salad, pasta, sandwiches, and of course, pizza. They offered a thin crunchy crust, New York style crust, and a deep dish. The sizes range from personal pizzas to extra large. You can make your own or choose from one of their specialty pizzas. The pizza prices are very fair and if we lived closer, this would be our regular go to for takeout. We ordered an appetizer, salads, and an extra large New York style crust specialty pizza called Da Cub Club. This is very similar to a chicken, bacon, ranch pizza. We substituted the garlic sauce for marinara. We nibbled on the appetizer and then the salads. Salads were big enough to share for two people. After that, the pizza came out just as the menu described it. Our waitress apologized and said she put in an order with our substitution for marinara but they made it the original way and she'd bring the other pizza out shortly but offered us this pizza if we wanted to nibble on it as we waited a little bit longer. Of course we took her up on the offer. First off I have to say the pizza was fabulous even though we usually don't like a white sauce. Their garlic sauce was very heavy on the garlic flavor and if you love garlic, you might love this just the way it is. I have to say we each ate one giant slice and we were full. So when the other pizza came out, we took it home. Today, for breakfast, I pulled one of the remaining slices cold from the original pizza and it was really really good. I thought it was fabulous last night but this morning it was almost better. I highly recommend Chicago fire Pizza. We will definitely be back and we will definitely be trying a deep dish version next time as well as the thin crust, which is one of my favorite types of crust. Made a reservation for a large party on the phone and they blamed their reservation system for not having our table ready even though we received a text confirmation. Ready to give the place a fair shot (partly because our waitress was very nice), we moved past the reservation confusion and wait. It took an hour for our food to come out and tbh it was just okay. It's not the best pizza or wings but the ranch is fire. If I had to try the pizza again, I would get extra sauce because it was quite dry. I placed an order for carry out and when I arrived, I was directed to a room in the back corner that was separated from the main dining area, and it took a few minutes before anyone came in and asked if I was there to pick up. They said that only one pizza was ready and the second should be out shortly, but five minutes later I was told that they made the wrong pizza so I would need to wait for them to start from the beginning on that one. So my one pizza stayed in a warmer while I waited for an additional 20 minutes before I could go back to my house much later than intended. I live five minutes away, but by the time I got home the first pizza was clearly not as hot as the second, and both were relatively lackluster in flavor. The amount of bread in their deep dish wouldn't be as much of a challenge if they put an adequate amount of sauce on, but both pies were incredibly dry because it was mostly bread and cheese. Overall, I have no reason to give them a second chance. The pies weren't flavorful, were terrible the next morning, and I spent too much time and money to have that much disappointment. Old Chicago will continue to be my go to for deep dish. read more

Tasted like store bought dressing. Did the job. The bruschetta wasn't worth the amount you pay for it. Maybe a cup of tomatoes, four pieces of chopped up basil, no salt or pepper. No balsamic. The bread that came with it wasn't bad. About 7 pieces. The pizza is modeled after Chicago style. Chicago connection style. The crust wasn't thick enough, had an almost undercooked flavor. Wasn't thick and buttery tasting as a deep dish pizza should taste little. Just get a frozen pizza you'll be better off. The restaurant itself was pretty. Our waitress was nice. Better make a reservation because you won't be seated for a bit. The restaurant was also really loud. I have mixed emotions about Chicago Fire and my experience there. First, when we entered the restaurant in the late afternoon, we all noticed a smell that was similar to sewer smell. Not always strong, but it was something you could smell. Next, we ordered two beers and a Diet Coke, that seemed to come out pretty quick, but we were never offered any water. We had one small deep dish pizza (combo) and one large pepperoni and jalapeño thin crust. My wife also had a salad. Eventually the large pizza came out and was actually good. However we had to ask for the salad. Interestingly, it must have been sitting in the kitchen somewhere, as the person running food came right back with it. The deep dish was not good. The bottom crust was hard, probably overcooked and not a good consistency. Also, on both of the pizza racks there are candles to warm the pizza and our server never lit them. About 3/4 of the way through dinner, my son ordered one more beer, but it didn't arrive until we were ready to pay and leave so we sent it back. I think this place could be good if they improved service and food quality, but frankly I wouldn't go back. Try somewhere else for pizza especially for $80. read more

I have been here a couple times with a large group of friends. Once we sat in the bar and other time we were seated in the restaurant. Each time i ordered the NY style meat pizza which means thin crust. Love, Love , LOved my order. Crust was as thin as I wanted and the pizzza was amply filled with a carnivore delights. Really enjoyed our first visit to Chicago Fire. We were greeted and seated immediately, both the greeter and server were very friendly. Plenty of tvs and nice decor throughout, good vibe for both the bar and restaurant scene. We ordered off the lunch menu, hard to beat 2 slices and a salad for $13, can't find that kind of deal these days. They have a kids menu as well! We didn't partake but the alcohol selection was pretty nice, good selection of bourbon / whiskey and nice mixed drinks list. Food was really great, very thin pizza, crunchy crust, and nice sauce. I wish it would have came out a little warmer but not the end of the world. My wife loved the pear salad and daughter's deep dish was well received. Glad we stopped, good service, great lunch deal, and will be back for dinner in the near future. Give it a try for lunch, about the same as McDonalds these days! read more
