I got food poisoning after eating orange chicken from here yesterday. I ordered around 2-3 pm. Frankly this wouldn't have happened if they cycled through their items more often (it's not safe for hot food to be under 140, as 45-140 degrees is the temperature range for bacteria growth and risks food borne illness, it's dangerous to have food in this range for 1-2 hours). It's not safe for them to only make a new batch when the previous batch is empty. I frequent Panda Express often but recently moved to the area and was excited to see a Panda Express so close! Other than the swift and friendly service, overall this location was disappointing. Orange chicken was far spicier than normal (which isn't necessarily a bad thing) but chewy and not crispy. The chicken egg roll had barely any chicken..it was like a veggie egg roll with odd tasting veggies. The fried rice was over cooked, hard/crunchy and lacked in flavor. When we tried cutting down our chicken chunks it actually broke our forks! That's how rubbery the chicken was. If you place a catering order make sure you give them 40 minutes to be delayed. Last Saturday my catering order was not ready at the time scheduled instead 40 minutes later. According to the manager "we" were late to pick it up then it was because they had another catering order they were finishing up. If you can't handle catering orders do t accept the time or orders at all when they're placed. Spending $200 to not have an order ready when it was placed 6 days before is not acceptable. The food was way off. I usually get a great meal here but the chow main and beijing beef tasted like yesterdays food. I went in at 11:00 am on Sunday, the food was not freshly cooked, the beef was tough and the chow main wilted and tasted reheated from the day before which I suspect it was that early in the day. It had no flavor and the noodles were almost soggy. I was very disappointed. I am afraid to go in much later as they get so busy the food runs out and the selection gets limited at some of the locations. The staff was kind and always helpful, I have never had any issues with how they treat me, it is always good. My first visit to this location actually blew me away. I have been to many Pandas over the years and it can be hit or miss depending on how busy the location is or isn't, the employees, and how fresh the food is. This location earned 5 stars from me this past Friday. We came in for lunch shortly after opening, on purpose, to get a fresh batch of food. They were still cooking the different entrees when we arrived and did not have any green bean chicken ready. Oh, but wait, the honey sesame chicken is back! Made with chicken breast and mixed with green beans and yellow sweet peppers, yeah, I'll try that. Also got fresh orange chicken and fresh chow mein. When we ordered our food we were the only customers. There were several entrees that were empty, three people just standing around talking, and only one person making more food. I was told one of the items I ordered would take 8 minutes to make and I said that was fine I would wait for it. After 12 minutes it still wasn't ready and the place became packed. Told it would be another 5 minutes. After 7 minutes it still wasn't ready. It ended up taking almost 30 minutes to get one item. They were completely backed up with the whole place pack with people waiting for food. They ran out of entrees before the rush and instead of using the time to get prepared for the dinner rush most of them were standing around just talking. 2 stars is being WAY generous! The employees had bad attitudes (read HS students rolling their eyes at you), the food had way too much oil in it and the chicken dishes had "mysterious chicken pieces" in it. The Spring rolls got tossed out as they were not even edible!! Panda Express is pretty basic cookie cutter Chinese food, but this location can't even seem to live up to the very basic standards. I will not be back and would recommend avoiding this location. I may try other local locations but if they are all owned by the same franchisee, then I have little hope for improvement. These guys don't double check their orders before they send them out for delivery. We've ordered from them a couple of times & they are constantly getting it wrong by mixing up what dish goes in which plate... Luckily they haven't added any seafood to our orders, because of allergies. read more

Worst customer service/fast food experience i've ever had. Ordered there $20 take out deal with me picking it up since we weren't home. As soon as i placed the order i get a confirmation from door dash saying a driver is there to pick up my food and deliver it to my house when my receipt clearly says i will pick it up myself. I called panda express for clarification and the store manager was useless and wasn't even willing to look into it. He told me he had no clue what happened. Door dash told me this was all done thru panda express. Ended up having to cancel my order 45 minutes later because of this. Horrible experience. STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND! UPDATE: after being told my order was cancelled but not receiving any confirmation i decided to call back just to be told we couldn't cancel your order!!! Pretty consistent yummy food. Although the service can at times be not at 100% it's generally pretty good. It can get crowded at peak times, both the line to order and sitting area. Really inconsistent in food portions. The rice is absolutely tasteless. I don't know how you can make fried rice have less flavor than white rice but they somehow manage. The white rice is worse than what I make at home with just minute rice. Even the Chow Mein is flavorless. I like the orange chicken but the flavoring, is again inconsistent.
