Chicken Teriyaki Bowl with brown rice, veggies
Judi B.

I have visited this location several times and have used their app ordering for to-go and dine-in, as well as ordering at the counter. I haven't once ever experienced an incorrect order or slow service regardless of the ordering method. This location is very convenient, as it's close in proximity to everything and great for to-go on your way to other places. I like the cool vibe of this place, though it's not bright inside. The music is good. I placed an app order to dine in (which isn't an option in the app, so everything is packaged to go) for my family and me. I ordered the regular bowl with brown rice, veggies and teriyaki chicken. Hubby had a white rice with teriyaki chicken and my daughter had the orange chicken with veggies and fried rice. My husband's bowl and my bowl were made to perfection...chicken was abundant, fresh, hot and tender. The chunks were a tad large which required a knife, but cut easily. The rice in both bowls were cooked to the right texture, my veggies were crisp tender and seasoned well. We also had the pot stickers and egg roll, the we all shared. The pot stickers sauce is too watery to stick to the pot sticker (no pun intended), but coats them with a pleasant gyoza "essence". Though the sauce wasn't my favorite, the pot stickers had crispy seams and edges, with soft middles. They were delicious. The egg roll tasted a little off, like there were dirty or old veggies inside. I wouldn't order again. My daughter loved the orange chicken. It was coated in a nice orange sauce, but the best part was that the chicken was soft and tender. Unlike another popular orange chicken place, their orange chicken is not heavily coated or candied. You can actually taste the chicken! The fried rice, however, was a huge miss. Maybe it was because the orange chicken was sweet, but the rice had an odd tang to it...not to mention, wasn't really fried. It was more like white rice with a heavy dose of soy sauce. Definitely not worth the upgrade....no peas, carrots or eggs to be found. Quite a disappointing experience with that alone. The bathroom needed a little TLC....broken/empty soap dispenser and the toilet looked pretty unclean. I must note that the only, cashier/expo/front of house was hustling and doing an exceptional job. I'm sure there wasn't enough time between doing all her jobs to QA the bathroom.

Loved everything about this place. Good sized portions (we each got the regular size), great service and not too busy (yet). My chicken was cooked perfectly, large portion of steak, and nice vegi mix (not all cabbage like other places). I will definitely be back!

Orange Chicken - power bowl

My wife and I love Teriyaki Madness! We have eaten there 3 times so far and the food is amazing. In addition, the servers are friendly -- I think they actually enjoy working there. We get the large size so that we can save some for a second meal. My wife's favorite is the Orange Chicken as a Power Bowl (no rice, extra veggies) and mine is the Chicken Teriyaki.

Teriyaki Madness is part of our regular places. It's close in Meridian, there's options for my wife and lucky me, there's a vegan option. The best part is that our food is always freshly prepared and served hot. It seems simple, right!?, hot food hot. As you may know if you're a regular diner, that doesn't always happen. We have about ten visits under our belt at TM and there hasn't been a time yet where our was wrong or cold. I order the Medium bowl with spicy tofu and brown rice with veggies. I don't add any of the teriyaki sauce but I have heard that it can be addicting. I can't comment since I am not sure what is in the ingredients and quite frankly don't want any surprises. The staff is friendly and they bring your order out to you. PRO-TIP: download the app to redeem points and subscribe to thr email. There are specials and deals fairly consistently. I redeemed enough points for 4 free bowls that's equal to $36. Their messaging inside on the posters and table tents is kinda fun. If you haven't been, check it out

I've been smelling the food from this place when going to rocket car wash next door and it always smells great. Finally stopped in and it was super good. I liked my wife's teriyaki chicken better than my spicy chicken, but it was still good. Egg rolls are great as well. The wait wasn't as bad as others are saying and the food is worth it. The staff were super nice as well.

The thing that jumped out at me was the photo of the burger, now call me crazy but I think at this point I can look at a menu, photos of food and then the reviews to guide me. Yelp hasn't failed me yet! The first thing was walking in the door there were two hostess who smiled and greeted me. We were seated at the bar since there were just two of us. I ordered the Crave burger with bacon and my guest ordered the house salad with tortilla soup. Everything was excellent! The burger was juicy, flavorful, the bacon was perfectly crispy, Smokey and the white cheddar cheese was the perfect compliment! Now let's talk about the bun, I typically don't eat burger buns but this one was the exception to the rule. It was homemade obviously, buttery, light, and toasted to perfection. I ate both of them! Hahahaha! I felt so dirty typing that the French fries were crispy, just the right amount of salty and fluffy on the inside, crispy on the outside. My guest agrees with everything in this review. The house salad was fresh, the vinaigrette was homemade and delicious and the tortilla soup was even great! The ambience was a place you could have a business meeting or take your significant other on a date night. There is literally something for everyone on their crave-able menu ( see what I did there?) Our server who was the bartender kept our glasses full and made sure he checked on us often. I found my new burger spot in Eagle, Idaho?!?! Five stars.

We took it as a sign and decided to grab a bite to eat here. It was around 2 when we came and it was pretty quiet. We came after the lunch crowd but before dinner. We were greeted by a nice gentleman behind the counter. We breezed over the menu to see what we wanted for lunch. I honestly only wanted some meatballs in marinara sauce. My husband wanted a calzone and not a whole pizza, we thought that the calzone would be a better portion since we would be having dinner in a few hours. So the meatballs and meat supreme calzone got ordered. My husband did comment that our order seemed pricey. For a side of 3 meatballs, a soda and a calzone it was about 30 bucks. To me, I agreed with my husband. We did ask for a receipt but never got one. We hung out and chilled while our food was being prepared. The venue was clean. The music was going and created a fun vibe. Before we knew it our food was ready. My meatballs were nicely cut up into bite sized pieces. There was melted cheese on top. The meatballs were tasty! The marinara was tangy and fresh. It wasn't overwhelming with herbs which was really nice! The meatballs could have been a little hotter but the temp they were at was still nice. My husband's calzone was piping out the of the oven hot! It was loaded with all sorts of goodies and marinara. I of course took a bite and it was delicious! The breading was crusty, the cheese was so melty and the variety of meats in the middle was fantastic! It was a huge calzone and we ended up taking the other half home. We had a great meal here today. The calzone was delicious and my husband is looking forward to eating the other half for lunch tomorrow. I polished off all my meatballs and know what I will be getting the next time we hit this joint up again. Looking forward to another great meal is we are in this area again.

A reservation was made and we made our way in Saturday to celebrate. My husband and I were late arriving cause of work. But my family and friends got drinks and apps started. I wasn't expecting them to wait but I'm happy that they did! The drinks and apps kept them at bay till we arrived. The venue is stunning! I love the decor here. I have always been intrigued with European vintage decor and this restaurant is beautifully devoted decorated with this kind of esthetic. Such a romantic setting. The rich deep red wall. The ornate vintage frames. The plants. It's truly a beautiful set up. After my husband and I got settled in and drinks ordered, we got dinner placed. I got 2 orders of meatballs and my husband got the seafood pasta. While food was being worked on, everyone shared the bread and balsamic olive oil dip that was on the table. I heard the bread was good. I didn't get a chance to try it since it was communal. Our meals were slowly trickling out. My meatballs looked amazing! My husband's plate looked fabulous. You can see the shrimp, mussels, clams.... We all became quiet and started on our meals. My meatballs were huge! I have had meatballs at other restaurants and have been hungry still. The size of these babies let me know I was not going to have that issue. It was nicely covered in marinara. A hearty covering of parmesan. Everything about the meatballs were great! I have severe fomo so of course I had to try my husband's plate. I tried a couple of his penne. I was really thrown back at the heat of the sauce. I tried another bite and it was still spicy. The spice was something neither one of us were expecting. Before I say anything to our server, I did look over the menu to see if we missed anything in the description of the dish. No chili was listed. Nothing about it being garnished with chili flakes. From reading the menu, no spice was described in the dish. My husband has a real sensitive pallet so I asked the manager/owner why spice wasn't indicted in the menu. We wouldn't have ordered it if there was. The manager said they can remove the sauce and add new sauce that didn't have chili flakes in it. "It would make it less spicy." I was actually surprised he didn't suggest a new dish that didn't have heat in it. We were complaining about the heat and I honestly don't think replacing sauce that has spice in it with new sauce with spice will do anything.... but hey, we went with it. The second dish was made and dropped off. Unfortunately, the sauce was still spicy and my husband could barely eat it. He ate the seafood which was a few pieces of shrimp, clams, bay scallops, mussels and fish. This dish was drowned in this sauce so there was no way to eat the seafood with the sauce. This dish is 34 bucks and my husband could barely finish the seafood. Our server was kind and got me birthday dessert. The chocolate cake was killer good! It wasn't overly sweet. The frosting was rich in chocolate and the cake was super moist. I only took a couple bites and took the rest home. I was not going to leave this bad boy behind. We spent a little over 70 dollars on dinner to have my husband leave hungry. I came home and made him a second dinner. Nothing more disappointing than spending that much money just to come home and eat again. Money is tight for everyone so the fact that we chose to come here and spend our heard earned money to have my husband hungry just makes my heart sad. Overall, my meatballs and cake were good. Service was great. The venue is very pretty. But, having my husband eat a meal that was poorly described in the menu is just disappointing and having him leave husband is upsetting. I'm happy I got to try it out but I don't think we will be hitting up this joint again any time soon.
