    Decent food! Not a Big selection at the time for a saturday. The Hibachi was on point and piping hot!

    Good Food! Hibachi was piping hot. Food selection wasnt very big but it was early in the day.

    We've been ordering Chinese from Ming Hao's for years. We've tried other Chinese that deliver to our area and found Ming Hao's was by far the best. We've ordered so long that they had made notes under our phone number that explains how we like our food cooked. Nothing fancy, it was simply that we want our pork and shrimp cooked extra well done and that we prefer the vegetables still slightly crisp. It's never been a problem. We've ordered the same thing.. all the time. So, this evening I called to make a delivery order. It was a new girl taking my order. She was very slow getting it put together to send it to the cooks and then she was slow to complete my payment info. I've worked in the food service industry over 30 years so I understand that a new person will take longer than someone that's been there a while so when the phone call to place my order was just shy of 14 minutes. I told the girl to make sure the cooks get my specific orders as to how well done to cook our food. She assured me they would get the notes. About 35 minutes later our food arrives. We got our plates and silverware and eagerly open the cartons full of yummy food. SURPRISE!! No yummy food for us. Nothing was cooked the way we ordered it. The sweet and sour pork was not cooked all the way, the beef and broccoli tasted like a salt shaker emptied into the wok where it was cooked, the shrimp looked like they dropped it into the deep fryer and pulled it 60 seconds later. The tempura batter was still light yellow/white in color. It definitely didn't look safe to eat.. I don't eat raw shrimp. Also, they forgot one whole Chinese special combo of Pork Chow Mein and Fried Rice. So, I called them. I told them the problem. I was explaining to them that they need to remake the order (at least the pork and shrimp) and send it and we would give them the mistakes with them. At first I was told I would have to bring the incorrectly prepared food. I told them No. that wasn't right. I made a delivery order which I paid for. It should be them bringing the correct food to me, not me having to get dressed and bring them their mistake. Anyway I was abruptly told they were too busy to discuss it and basically hung up on me while I was still talking. I waited about 20 minutes and called them back. This time I was told that the only thing they were willing to do was to deliver the pork chow mein. I asked why they couldn't bring my pork and shrimp while they are bringing my chow mein and was told that's all they are willing to do. They REFUSED to remake our order that we paid OVER $40 for!! I was treated very unfairly. I asked to talk to the manager and they said he doesn't speak English and no one cooking spoke English. I was robbed. That's how I see it. I have always spoken well about this restaurant and I've referred many people to them. Well GUESS WHAT??? From this point on I advise you all DO NOT GIVE ONE CENT TO THIS BUSINESS. I have been a loyal customer for many many years. Apparently that means nothing. The manager or supervisor doesn't speak English??? Well sorry, you're operating a business in the USA and here we speak English. Your defense to delivering uncooked shrimp and sending out an order cooked improperly is that you don't speak English??? I call bull^hit. You've lost a cash paying customer and I hope you lose a lot more

    Food is good, service is horrendous. Not worth the money or the headache.Hate to say it, but you'd be better off at Panda Express.
