Updated menu! Mussamun Curry is my absolute favorite and the mango sticky rice is a must

It's good to find a place in Nampa that serves good sushi. I may not be a sushi aficionado, but I like what I like. My favorite specialty rolls so far are the BSU roll and the Snow Crunch roll. The service here is always great, and everyone is so friendly. The ambiance is casual and fun, and family friendly. And the best part it is close to home, for times when I don't feel like driving into Boise or elsewhere. This is now our standard go-to sushi spot in Nampa.

I followed the recommendation of the yellow curry and mango sticky rice from a previous review here and oh my gosh, YUM. The curry has a beautifully deep flavor, nice consistency, and the meat was juicy and tender. I ordered some drunken noodles to take home because the curry was so good I had to try something else. Can't wait to come back!

The food was amazing, the service was outstanding, and the restaurant itself was extremely cute and welcoming! Would absolutely recommend and bring others here!

Beef Salad, supposedly "Thai Spicy." If you can spot any chilis let me know.

I made my order through Grubhub to a hotel I'm staying at while I'm in town. I'm always hesitant to review a restaurant based on a food delivery order. In this case, however, none of my issues were related to delivery. I ordered the Beef Salad and the Tom Yum soup with Shrimp. I ordered both "Thai Spicy." The Beef Salad was the worst version of a beef salad I've ever had. This dish is called different things by different restaurants, Nam Tok, Nua Nam Tok, Waterfall Beef, etc.. It has a similar flavor profile as Laab (or Larb, etc..) which is a citrus (usually lime, sometimes lemon) dressing with fish sauce, cilantro, mint (sometimes), toasted ground rice, red onion and spicy chili. This version was made on a bed of diced iceberg lettuce. I like when the lettuce is on the side so that I don't have to include it. So all the veggies, red and green bell pepper (a red flag already), tomato, red onion, and cucumber were chopped like it was take your kindergartner to work day and they let the kid try chopping veggies for the first time ever. I'm not really kidding at all. None of the cuts were even, much of the veggies were too large. Thai food is meant to be able to be eaten as served with no knife cutting on your plate. An oddly cut 1/4 of a tomato is not something I could pick up with a spoon or fork. The bell pepper, which is not common in this dish, was also cut in a variety of unique geometric shapes. No uniformity at all. Ok so the dish was amateur as far as veggies. So let's move onto the meat. First the meat was cooked well done. Okay. It was also cut in the same random way as the veggies. I have never been to a Thai restaurant where they didn't have very uniform cuts. I assume it is part of the pride of Thai cuisine that the food is prepared and presented well. Because of that I don't believe a Thai cook cut anything in my dish, except for maybe the red onion which might have been prepared by a different person. So not only was the meat also oddly cut, it was tough and gristly. Worst beef I've ever been served by a Thai restaurant. Last up for the Beef Salad, I asked for Thai Spicy. I got Idaho Grandma Spicy. It was not spicy at all. There was no sign of any fresh or dried chili in my dish. Luckily when I travel I bring my own homemade chili powder, in this case a mixture of Chile De Arbol and Chile Tepin. That helped a little. The Tom Yum soup was better, but not good. It had a bitter flavor hidden within a very dark tasting broth. I was a little bit intrigued by the flavor at first sip, but the bitterness just came out more and more. Oddly, they did add spice to this one. I mean I'd give it a 3 out of 5 if I'm generous, but there was dried chili added. I'm not going to judge the shrimp doneness because my delivery driver decided to take the scenic route so who knows? A few week ago I was blown away by an amazing Thai place in Billings Mt. I rolled the dice again in a town you wouldn't expect good Thai in and this time I came up with snake eyes. I'm sure Boise has better Thai than this. At least I sure hope so.

Never been here before except my wife got takeout once during Coronademic. We went on Aug 29, 2022. The place is fairly large with plenty of parking. Inside décor is okay. They have beer and wine at reasonable prices, and the food is priced right. We started with an order of crispy spring rolls. They were quite good and piping hot. A lot of lettuce on the plate, seems like a waste to me. Good appetizer for several people. I had the Thai style spicy basil with chicken and the main squeeze had the same with beef. I ordered two extra levels of heat but both seemed to be spiced the same. There was plenty of food with great flavor and tender meat. A small bowl of rice comes with the entrees. The servers were very good, nary a problem. All in all a very nice dinner.

Great food at this restaurant. Have eaten here a few times when I'm in Nampa. Always good food. Online ordering via the website didn't work, but simply called the restaurant and placed my order.

Green Curry (pork), white rice, egg roll, and miso soup lunch special.
    Sergio A.

Their lunch dishes are the best value for good Thai cuisine. We had the Pad Thai (chicken) and Green Curry (Pork). You get an egg roll, big scoop of white rice and a choice of Soup of the Day or a green salad with every lunch order from 11-3. Most lunches were between $7 and $8 each. The flavors were fresh and bright. The miso soup was quite nice, the little egg roll had a sweet sauce that was nice and the main item of our orders were generous servings. Very extensive menu of typical Thai cusine, one of the largest varieties we have seen in the Treasure Valley. They do have sushi as well, but we weren't there for the Japanese food, just the Thai. Service was prompt and polite. The food arrived at lightning speed at a right temp.

Pretty good food, but the dining room is nasty...you can smell the rotting carpet. And, it's super overpriced. Not sure we'll be back.

Being half Thai, I knew this would have high hopes for great food. Service from the 2 women crew was spot on. The food truck gives you street food vibes you would find in Bangkok. They make every dish to order so it does take a little longer for your food, but it's truly worth it. They even have a couple of awards in 2025 to prove it. I did find out that the 2 ladies would be closing up shop until April as the will go back home for vacation and to visit family. Now for the food...I ordered an array of items to see how the dishes stacked up. Everything was spot on with a bit of a remix. Ordered the larb with pork, pad Thai with shrimp, green curry with pork, pad kra pow w/ pork, pad see ew w/ shrimp, tom yum w/ shrimp, and a Thai fried rice w/ shrimp. My family and friends of 6 basically crushed everything with very minimal leftovers. The portions are generous and pricing is very reasonable. I'll definitely be back when I'm back in Idaho to do some spring/summer fishing.

Portions were generous and I was very pleased to have so many veggies and cashews in my dish. They didn't skimp on rice which is a rarity at so many Thai places. The folks working the stand were knowledgeable and friendly. They seemed to enjoy the cooking which matters. I plan to go back soon and try a curry. This little gem is worth a drive out to Nampa for quality food and a touch of Thailand. Recommend!

Since the restaurant combines Thai and Japanese cuisine, we were curious to see how everything would come together--and it absolutely delivered. The sushi rolls were large, well-balanced, and full of flavor. The restaurant operates as counter-service, where you order and pay upfront, but there is seating available. We decided to dine in and were still impressed by how attentive and friendly the staff was. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, and the setup was convenient with fountain drinks, a refrigerator stocked with bottled beverages, and both hot and cold water available. The menu offers a wide variety of options, from traditional Thai favorites to specialty sushi and nigiri, which made choosing tough--in the best way. The crispy chicken stood out as flavorful but unexpected. It's fried and coated in a sweet, tangy sauce with a little kick, served over rice. Not what I imagined, but still very enjoyable. The beef pho was solid. While I personally would've liked a bit more broth, the portion size--especially the noodles--was extremely generous. The highlight, however, was definitely the sushi. If you're someone who loves sushi but has been underwhelmed by many spots in the Treasure Valley, this place is worth checking out. The Ultimate Roll is huge and could easily be shared by two or three people. Overall, Superb Thai Sushi offers great portions, friendly service, and a menu that hits both Thai and sushi cravings. We'll be back.

The Vibe & A Happy Surprise The atmosphere is so welcoming with plenty of seating, but take my advice: get there early! By 6:30 PM, the place was packed.
