Just stopped into their new location. The service was outstanding. We had a spicy pork bowl and potstickers, They were awesome. I would definitely recommend this to anybody. The new location is very fun and very clean!

I love the variety The Warehouse offers when it comes to a variety of eats and Wok n'Roll is one of the most popular places there. I am not in love with the ordering process as it appears inefficient - order at the window, order is shouted out to the chefs, walk over to register to check out and then handed a pager. You're fighting with everyone at the register picking up orders, lost people just standing at the register (like I was) and people asking for refills. It just doesn't feel like a natural progression. I ordered the madmandu pot stickers. It didn't take too long for my food to come out, though orders placed after mine came out ahead of mine, even other orders of pot stickers! However, I will say once I did get my pot stickers, they were visually appetizing. They were drizzled with gochujang and garlic aioli, sprinkled with scallions and sesame seeds. I quickly sat down to devour these beauties, but was instantly thwarted when I stabbed my fork into one and it broke my fork. These are not your typical pot stickers as I quickly found out...they do not appear to be steamed. The filling was cooked well, though the stuffing wasn't spicy or too flavorful, just a nice average filling. It seems as if the pot sticker is more about the toppings than the filling...but either way, the end result is good. It was easy to joyfully eat these. Nice touch to have free soda refills, though it's such a busy place that it's not easy for the team to make time to get them for you.

Madmandu potstickers and Sriracha chicken spring roll

I love potstickers from this place with all the spicy sauce on the top. It was my third time visiting this place. Along with potstickers, during this visit we also tried Sri racha chicken spring roll. They were great too. Spicy but in a good way spicy. Surprisingly it did not bother my stomach at all. Best part is they make fresh so it was hot. Love it. The location is great. Cool vibes. You order and grab your meal so nothing to say for the service. But I think the price increased from $7 to $9 for potstickers in just 2 months. As long as they keep making tasty potstickers I would keep coming back but at the same time I am hoping they do not increase price.

Wow, is this place "pho-nomenal!" This is going to be easy. Through the Street Food Finder app, I found Asian fusion food truck Wok n'Roll about 3 miles away from my house. After numerous failed attempts to catch 'em last year, I forgot all about the chicken cordon bleu I was planning to make and made it my mission to get some Wok n'Roll for dinner! I stared at the menu for a fat minute before placing my order. Everything sounded so good and I wanted it all! I finally decided on the Sriracha Chicken Rolls (shredded chicken, celery, scallions and sriracha cream cheese, $7.00 for 3) and "Phacos" (pho tacos: slow cooked beef brisket, bean sprouts, cilantro, onion, basil, PHO-nomenal sauce, served with "pho-jus," $10.00 for 3) with Iced Thai Tea ($4.00) to wash it all down. The tacos were very yummy! Such a cool twist and combo of two popular food items. The brisket was cooked well, very tender and seasoned perfectly! Not nearly as spicy as I like but a few drops of sriracha did the job. They held together well and it was easy to dip them into the accompanying pho. The portion size was generous as well. My husband was lucky enough to snatch a taco only because I was too full. The real wowza, though, were the sriracha rolls. Oh. My. Goodness were those absolutely heavenly! I'm convinced there's some secret ingredient in that rich, creamy sauce (maybe the cream cheese?)" because each bite was a party in my mouth. They come with a kick of spice, too! I wish I got two servings. I can't recommend these enough! The Thai Ice Tea was the perfect drink. It was sweetened to perfection, and there was hardly any ice which I appreciated! The more drink the better! If you find Wok N'Roll hanging out around your neighborhood, push that homemade dinner off for another day and treat yourself so some delicious dinner from these guys. 1000% recommend!!!

    $18!!!

So overpriced. We got 2 build your own bowls and split a drink and it was $42!! They charge $3 to split your protein selection between two items - not giving any extra food; simply splitting the one protein portion into two. There should be no charge for this. That's ridiculous. The food was just ok. The noodles were doused in sauce and had a weird texture. The shrimp was mostly breading. The chicken was bland. My mixed veggies included just one piece of broccoli and an overwhelming amount of barely cooked carrots. This was very disappointing for the cost.

Wok n' Roll Jessica Senet's Boise food trailer serves Laotian/Thai/Asian Fusion aka Modern Asian Eats. Jessica is a Laotian-American who was born and raised in Boise, Idaho. For as long as she can remember, her father has been a owner/chef of Thai restaurants. Jessica has 15 years of restaurant experience, doing everything possible, including managing her family's restaurant. Her passion for cooking and sharing her love for food with others resulted in Wok n'Roll. Jessica bought her food trailer in January 2020. With the support of 39 backers who contributed more than $18,000 via Kickstarter, she launched on June 14. I visited for the first time on July 3rd. I ordered the Sriracha Chicken Eggrolls ($7), Sweet and Sour Chicken ($8) and Homemade Coconut Ice Cream ($3). The Sriracha Chicken Eggrolls are served with plum sauce. Although there are only three eggrolls, it is a generous and filling portion. The eggrolls had great crunch and the creamy/spicy chicken filling was nicely balanced with the salty/sweet plum sauce. This signature dish is great for people who like traditional eggrolls, as well as those who want to try something a little different. It makes for a great appetizer. The Sweet and Sour Chicken includes red and green bell peppers, pineapple, onions and sesame seeds, served over rice. There are also tofu/vegetarian and gluten free variations of this dish available. I prefer savory to sweet, so this is not a dish that I normally would seek out but the red chicken curry I was hoping to try was not on the menu. I was impressed by how fresh the ingredients were and the generous portion. I liked that it was cooked to order and it had good flavor. The Homemade Coconut Ice Cream is topped with honey and peanuts. The ice cream was a bit grainy but it had good flavor, which was enhanced by the drizzle of honey and peanuts on top. One of the things that I love about Wok n' Roll is that Jessica offers a variety of dishes that include popular classic Asian dishes, classic with a twist, less-known classics, less-known classics with a twist, as well as some that are completely her own invention. I also like that her menu is constantly changing and she posts it. To keep tabs of Wok n' Roll's whereabouts, follow the business on StreetFoodFinder, Facebook and Instagram

I have been waiting to try Wok n'Roll for like a year now! I missed every single food truck event last summer, so I've been eagerly waiting for their spot to open up in the Warehouse! Like every other single restaurant in Boise, they are short staffed--so they don't always have everything on the menu. I have been dying to try the Siracha rolls, but they haven't had them. I did get a B.Y.O.B. with soba noodles, jasmine rice, grilled chicken, and rainbow veggies. It was delicious! You get to pick your own toppings which take the bowl to another level! I also got the dumplings and omg, they were so tasty! They had some great sauce on them and came with this slaw that was SO GOOD. I highly recommend this spot! Can't wait to go back!

Excellent food | great service…read more We stumbled upon this place last minute on our road trip. This place had high ratings, so we figured we would give this a try and order pick up on Doordash. We ordered spring rolls, general chicken, pad thai, and drunken noodle. All mild spice and no egg (food allergy). I had my husband to go in and check our order was received after no confirmation on DoorDash. The lady apologized and was quick to give us complimentary gyoza - wow! Our order was ready within 20 minutes. Everything was delicious!! I'm so happy we ordered our food from here. There was so much drunken noodle that I saved it for leftovers. The general chicken is excellent with a light crispy batter. The chicken in our dishes are not dry. I'm very happy and will return here if we find ourselves visiting Boise.

My sister and I showed up first. We got sat at a round table and chilled until the rest of our party showed up. After everyone got there, we all checked out the menu. There wasn't a real organized system between the employees that served our table. It was a reservation for 5 but only 2 menus and 2 waters were initially dropped off. After everyone got there, 2 more waters were brought out but not the 5th glass that was missing. Then we got an over abundance of menus when we just needed a couple more. It was a rough start. We finally got to order appetizers and dinner. I got the Asparagus Delight with extra chicken. My sister ordered Pad See Ew. My cousin got the Khao Soi with rice noodles. The two other prom moms got General's chicken and a sushi roll. For starters we got the fried green beans and calamari. The wait on the appetizers seemed long. Nothing is more annoying than not being able to enjoy your starter cause your dinner was right behind it. 2 fried green beans were brought out. We had to call the server and ask about the calamari. We were confused if that was 1 appetizer of fried green beans split into 2 plates for easier sharing or if it was actually 2 orders. Well, it was 2 orders so the extra portion was taken back. The calamari did come out shortly but was fast considering we waited so long initially for the appetizers come out. I didn't try the appetizers but from what was being said the fried green beans were good and they have had better calamari. As fast as that calamari came out, I'm sure it was prepared quickly. Not taking the normal time to actually prepare something that could turn into rubber if it's not cooked properly. Dinner came out shortly. My dish looked really good. There was bright green pieces of asparagus. A few hearty chunks of cauliflower. I noticed quite a few shrimp and a decent amount of chicken. My dish was good. The veggies were fresh and crispy. The sauce was on the sweeter side but still tasted good. The shrimp was tender but did have a fishy scent to them. The chicken could have been velveted. It was white meat and we all know white meat can lean towards the drier side. I think velveting could have fixed that. I did ask for extra chicken and in all honesty I don't think I really got the extra I had ordered. Service was decent. The timing of the appetizers and food could be worked on. Some communication between employees would have been nice for more organization. I came here for lunch and wasn't impressed with portion sizes and I will have to say I wasn't impressed with the dinner portion either. It's cool that I got to come back and vibe with my family tonight. It was busy so it's great to see that people are out supporting their local Asian restaurant. I unfortunately have such a high bar set from my family and growing up in this industry. I really wish this place would have met my expectations the second time around.

The vibe from the waitress told us she didn't want to be there. We were barely greeted and shown a table to sit down at. We barely had seen the menu when she came by and asked us about drinks and appetizers. We asked for two glasses of ice tea and said we needed more time to look at the menu. When she came back to take our order, we still hadn't received our ice teas. She even brought us our cups of soup before the teas. Since we weren't provided water when we sat down, we waited 15 minutes to get the teas. My wife ordered a sweet and sour chicken dish and I ordered Kung pan chicken. When they arrived, they looked almost identical: deep-fried chicken in a sweet sauce. Only Kristy's dish had some slices of bell pepper, while mine had a piece of raw broccoli and some dried chiles. Tasting mine, it was definitely sweet and sour. When the waitress came around I asked if that dish was really Kung pao chicken and she assured me it was. I said the sauce was sweet and the chicken was deep-fried and was unlike any Kung pan chicken I'd ever had. She told me she would trade it out, although I was unsure what she was going to replace it with, since she had insisted that what I had received truly was Kung pao chicken. She returned a few minutes later and said the chef had made a mistake and was making the correct dish for me. It came out and was fine. But what bothered me is the server just assumed she had brought me the proper dish to begin with. If she had simply looked at it and agreed it looked nearly identical to Kristy's sweet and sour dish, she would have easily concluded a mistake had been made. Which I would have understood. Instead, she didn't believe my explanation of why it was the wrong dish. If I was the chef in the kitchen, I would have brought the corrected dish out to the customer myself and apologized personally. He took the easy way out by putting it on his waitress. This is a restaurant we love and have spoken to the owner before. We will go there again, but this was a very disappointing experience.

Located in the quiet shops off Entertainment, CK Hawaiian BBQ touts they have the best Hawaiian food in Boise. I think there is potential but they need an entire makeover, from the space to the recipes. For one, the restaurant was not clean. The tables were grimy and the floor was oddly sticky. It felt like the place hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time. I ordered the Kalua Park Plate (savory pork with (or without) cabbage) with a side of macaroni and gravy ($8.45 for small), my husband the Chicken Katso also with a side of macaroni and gravy (panko breaded chicken breast, $9.55). We decided to take our food home. The second I opened the boxes, I was unimpressed. I'll spare you my very descriptive and unappetizing statement (something about the remarkable resemblance to wet cat food), but to be blunt, I was appalled. It was soggy mess of a few pieces of pork with way to much cabbage. I took one small bite and couldn't stomach anymore. Even my husband exclaimed "what the actual f***." The rest of the food wasn't the worst. The chicken katsu was breaded good but I was like where tf is the katsu sauce?! It wasn't anything special at all. At least it was edible. The macaroni salad was okay. It didn't taste very fresh, probably an old batch. I'm no Hawaiian food expert and based off their menu I got the impression that they're not aimed at providing traditional Hawaiian fare, but more so "inspired" fare. However, regardless of the origin of the food the fact remained that what I received tonight was terrible. Two stars, because the employees were very nice. And were very accommodating when we changed from dine-in to take-out.
