Oh yelp, you wanna know what could improve? Absolutely everything. I get it was "game night" but to have our food sit under a "heat lamp" and have us wait 40mins for the food to come out? And keep in mind it wouldn't have come out until I said something because every single one of our food items was cold to warm-ish to the point where we stopped eating and left like 5-10mins after our food came in. My 1 year old son was hungry as hell by the time the food came and he barely even ate it because it was so trash. Ive been in the restaurant business before and I've been a chef before so understand it getting busy but even when it got busy with my work we never let food just sit there for 20-30mins before serving it. They are honestly lucky I even paid because I was so temped to walk out on that whole crappy place. Never ever again will I eat at this Buffalo Wild Wings or any one of them again. I hope the owner sees this post and take it to heart to fix his or hers place of business before they gotta close this place down like a lot of other Buffalo Wild Wings in America. Me and my daughter came in and I order the 10 traditional wings and I was very disappointed with the wings they were very dry and over cooked the French fries tasted like if they have been sitting in the kitchen for a while and some of the fries where burned. Used to be our date night place. Waitresses were great and personable. They would know our names and we would chat about local goings on. Food was excellent. Always hot, great portions and the manager would walk around and check on tables. We were very good tippers and even got Christmas gift cards for the staff since this type of work ethic is so hard to find. Ever since COVID this location has gone completely 180 degrees in the other direction. You can tell the staff doesn't give a rip. The food is terrible, usually cold and orders not fulfilled correctly. Wings are dry and either terribly overcooked or sitting under a heat lamp for extended periods. A few years back, I visited this BWW often, enjoying the service and quality. I had been away for a year or so after a few mediocre experiences, but I returned for lunch yesterday and regretted it. I sat at the bar, where I was served by one woman, who was tending to the entire bar area. The food took an extremely long time to arrive. Then looking for napkins and ketchup, it took about 5 minutes before I could finally flag down a server from another area to help me out. The chicken was overcooked and dry. Though the service was awful, it was hard to blame the server. She was working hard but was totally overwhelmed by having to tend to so many customers. Clearly this place was understaffed, and hard to say what the problem was with the kitchen staff's inability to deliver timely and properly cooked food. read more

If you enjoy sitting a football field away from any of there 30 tv's this is the spot to be. They will seat you in narnia and not turn the tv's up to watch any games. I waited at the hostess station for over ten minutes before the manager came out and got on the phone to talk to a person complaining about their order before any hostesses showed up. Got my order shortly after. Got home and found that the kids pop was diet, not regular. We ordered three bags of veggies and got one bag with three carrots. My wife's bbq chicken salad didn't have bbq sauce on the chicken and didn't come with the dressing. As long as it takes to make the order, you'd think they have time to make sure the order was correct. When I called three times to talk to the manager, the automated system hung up on me when no one answered the phone. And all of this was on a quiet Tuesday evening. Worst BWW in Idaho! I've had previous issues here but this last time they really did it bad. I went in on a Sunday night, walked into the bar area for 15 mins.....no one came up to us. Moved over to general seating for 15 mins....no one came to help us. I had to ask "can we order some food?" to actually have someone come by. [30 mins just to get noticed] Then 15 mins later my wife got her food, but I didn't get mine until 30 mins later. [70 mins total now] After that, we noticed my wifes' wings were not even fully seasoned....they rushed out the order and didn't even care to coat all of the wings in seasoning! Ordered food, two of three of what was served was wrong. Fries were stale and almost unpalatable. On top of the black eyes, the manager of all people tries to deliver someone else's food to us, which even seemed to be our original order after we were almost done with the fodder we had been served. Huh? I mean, he should have known there was issues afoot and at least popped in to mention he was trying to fix it, and not add to the horseplay. Needless to say, we paid, still tipped and left. I have been to the Meridian location many times (service was never stellar)...but received a gift card for Christmas so I decided to give it a try, there was a wait for tables, but not in the bar I sat in the bar. There were four of us. We did not order food when we got there. We ordered beer it took about 10 minutes for our beer order to be taken and it took another 15 to 20 minutes to receive the beer at the table. I was a little annoyed so I approached the manager Ben just to bring it to his attention. He told me it had only been 15 minutes, which I know was not true. At that point I was going to let it go ....towards the end of our stay we ordered a to go order of 15 traditional wings ...after waiting another at least 30 minutes we then brought it up to the manager again. My interaction with him was ridiculous. At one point I suggested that his customer service skills be polished as an assistant general manager. I stated "you didn't even offer any assistance on our bill!!!.!" (I didn't want anything for free... I paid for my bill and left a tip over 20%) his comment to me was "oh is this about you wanting free stuff?"...WHO SAYS THAT AS AN ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER??? BEN DOES....‍ CORPORATE REALLY NEEDS TO REEVALUATE THIS GUYS POSITION.... I come from the service industry what he should've said was maybe they were short-staffed. Maybe they needed more staffing. The bartender was clearly extremely slow in whatever she was doing. Went here the other night for the first time ever...well, first time in Boise/Meridian. We went after looking at Christmas lights at Scentsy. I don't need to make this long like I usually do lol.
