This is the first 1-star review I've ever left, this visit was extremely disappointing. We were the only customers in the drive-thru and there was no one in the lobby, so it wasn't busy. Despite that, the employee taking our order had a rude attitude from the start. We paid for extra items and extra sauces but didn't receive them. I also asked for no sauce on my quesadilla and it came with an excessive amount of sauce instead. The nacho fries were cold and hard, like they had been sitting for a long time, and the cheese cup was barely filled. One employee also stood there glaring at us for several seconds for no apparent reason, which made the experience uncomfortable. I walked in famished after a brutal tennis match in the 104 degree heat. The employee was so attentive and happy to serve me. It made me feel like I was the king but at Taco Bell and not Burger King. I ordered a dirty Baja zero and it was glorious. The taste was amazing like nothing I've ever had before my beefy five was perfect temperature in that thing had some weight to it then I devoured a Chalupa perfect temperature perfect taste. This was some of the worst service I've ever received and granted I know that I'm going through a Taco Bell so I don't expect much but I do expect the young girl to know how to take a simple order and not mumble through her microphone then it took two more people to take my order. We waited 30 minutes for our order inside the store while I watched countless drive thru orders come through. I had ordered a freeze and they made it first . While we waited it completely melted. I asked for a replacement and staff was nice enough to remake it. But the wait time was unacceptable- they need to make the orders as they come in and stop prioritizing drive thru. Crazy. I wanted to get Taco Bell at 12 o'clock and after two orders they refuse the service because we told them that we were coming back again to get our third order. It's frustrating that they can't do more than one order at once and I'm really upset that it wasn't able to get my food. It's obvious why this location has 1.7 stars. Not only was my high-maintenance order completed and delivered in quickly and correctly, but while I waited Ella, the person at the window, who looked and acted very professionally, was cleaning the area around the drive up window. the food is amazing and the drive through workers are very kind, but there was a woman who seemed to be in charge, a bit older. She was yelling at one of the other employees in the middle of the store, about a mess that he had made by accident. Just a small puddle. Could be easily cleaned up. Then a man came in looking for his mobile order or doordash, and he leaned on the counter, and that same woman yelled at him saying he was going to "move the counter". Then I had gone through the drive-through and missed a sauce, which is a common and fine mistake, and she came up to me asking what I needed. Placed an online order and checked in with the cashier. Waited roughly 15 minutes and asked status only to be told by the same cashier that he forgot to check me in and that it was his fourth day on the job. Meanwhile, the drive through is given the priority of orders while people standing in the restaurant are not being served. Multiple door dashers cancelled orders while we waited for our order. My mother sent my sister to go grab food. Service was horrible she waited 1:15 in lobby then when she tried to ask someone at the front of the store where the food was (ordered 1:35 minutes ago with the app) nobody showed up. She went through the drive through and they told her to wait out front then after 20 minutes nobody came so she had to go back out into the drive through where she demanded either a refund or for the food to be made then it took them another 35 minutes to get the food out to her. I love taco bell, the one star is not for the food, it's for the service. One trip in the drive thru to pick up two mobile orders should NOT take an hour and a half of sitting waiting in the drive thru. This location has a rule that if you have two mobile orders, then you need to pull ALL the way around for them to even consider making the second. I currently work in a drive thru myself, it is NOT hard to simply pull up another order. Like I said, we spent an hour and a half waiting in that line, behind others most likely going through the same thing. And when we got our order, it was missing 3 items, conveniently they were the only items my wife could eat since she has Celiac, she did not eat tonight. I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but I think this deserves one. I bought a chicken quesadilla, and chips and cheese. Pretty simple considering it was only 3 items and I was the only car in line. When I got home and opened my bag I realized I didn't receive my chips and thought okay that's fine I have chips here at home. Then I opened my quesadilla and it was cold, uncooked and not even cut up. So I had to heat it up and make it myself, which defeats the purpose of going to a drive thru. I'd give zero stars if that was an option. We ordered on a kiosk as the employees were nowhere to be found, and then waited over 25 minutes while they filled eight drive thru orders that came after us, and three grubhub orders. Then because TWO other groups of two people came in, they posted a sign saying the dining room was closed and drive thru only. Apparently having to actually serve food is difficult. Despite saying they were understaffed, one immediately took his break, and the rest stood behind the counter (we could see them on the public security cameras) and walked out long enough to look wide eyed at the people waiting for food like they were in disbelief. The manager needs to spend more time here training employees, or the location needs to only be drive thru permanently because these people couldn't seem to handle a regular Taco Bell day. I'd review the food, but in writing this, it's now been 30 minutes since we ordered and I still don't have any. read more

Updated review: 1/4/20 Well, down to one star now. It is probably one of the worst Taco Bell's we've ever been to. They are so slow, run out of items (including their regular taco shells!) Not to mention they hardly fill up their crunchwraps with any meat. Pic to show. Just really sad because they are the closest one. Slowest Taco Bell of the century. There is ALWAYS a line in the drive thru and sometimes it'll take like 30 minutes just to get to the pay window. The reason for a second star is because the food is usually always hot so that's about the only thing that's good about that situation. If you can maybe don't go during dinner time lol read more

I am a great door dash customer. However this Taco Bell in Meridian /Eagle is awful . Literally the last 3 times I've ordered it's been terrible . I love the Crunchwrap Supreme , but it tastes like the corn shell tortilla is expired or old. I always ask for a good amount of HOT sauce and I feel like they are mean and they NEVER give me any .
