This location has significantly deteriorated in professionalism, quality of service, and food. Initially (about 3 years ago) the staff was friendly and professional and the wait wasn't that bad. However, my recent visit(last month) was a complete disaster. Nearly the whole order was wrong and that was after waiting in the drive thru for over 25 mins. I walked inside to get the order corrected, which they took care of with no problem, but I noticed the food stations were absolutely disgusting. It was clear that cleanliness was NOT a priority. Lost my appetite and just went to fred meyer to make dinner instead. I wont be back until Management or the owner gives a damn again. read more

I've never been to a Taco Bell that is this poorly run. I walked inside bc the drive thru was backed up with 6 cars waiting. What a mistake. It took them forever to get my #11 order together. I also saw many people walking back to the counter with incorrect orders. I get that they're young kids starting off with their first job, but there wasn't any management present to help guide the workers. Corporate needs to step in and get things straightened out here or simply close the store. But something has to be done. They are failing and sinking quick. read more

I don't know why I keep going here, convenience I guess. They take for ever in the drive through. Here is a review for the two most recent visits. Went to the drive thru and it took me 25 minutes to get to the speaker. Once to the speaker I was advised they are short staffed and it would be another 20 minute to get my food after ordering. The most recent time 6/13/19 Took my son for a mom and son date to his favorite place to eat. We went inside to sit and eat. We ordered (super simple too 3 tacos and a nacho box) then watched 4 people after order. First my total is 12.68 and I hand the cashier 15.70, to which he rings me up at 15.60. So I correct him and let him know I gave him 60cents not 60 (really why would I even bother with change if I was short). So I got attitude as he says oh I must have missed a fine and stares at the drawer to figure out change. So now the two people ahead of me received their orders, then one after another the 4 people behind me got their order. Now I go up and ask where my food is. One woman on the line asks are you Ashley? I answer yes and she says we're working on it with attitude. 30seconds later a man comes up to me to inform me my order was "deleted" and they would make it now. read more

I ordered something that has no meat in it and specifically asked for no meat just in case. (I don't eat meat) I took a couple bites and swear I tasted meat. I asked My boyfriend to take it back for me. They made him open it and there was beans on the side he opened. So he brought it back to me because it looked like there wasn't any. I continued eating it and realized they had put meat on almost half of my Crunchwrap! I don't know if it's just me but seems like it wasn't on accident. lesson learned for me to double check. This was the first time using Grubhub and we decided to go with Taco Bell. We ordered three items of which two were incorrect. I ordered a power bowl with chicken and got no chicken and ordered a burrito supreme and got a bean burrito. I asked GrubHub who actually places the order with the restaurant, myself or GrubHub, and they confirmed that it goes straight to the restaurant from me. I know that it is easy to leave orders missing items when the customer can't see it in front of their face but that is no way to have customers keep coming back. Thank God GrubHub says we will be refunded and rest assured there are other Mexican restaurants that we can go to and will absolutely utilize. read more

When I asked at the 15 minute mark was told they only had one person working the lobby. I can tell you there was no one ahead or behind me so what gives? I appreciate y'all so much. This is for the staff. If you're someone at corporate or management, show this to whoever made my order on December 1 2022 at Linder around 12:30 am. I ordered the nacho fry burrito cuz it looked bangin and I haven't had it before. The delivery arrived so fast, first of all. Secondly, I opened the bag and there were coupons for a free taco. I was confused, cuz everything went well. Then, I saw a super nice note on my burrito wrapper apologizing profusely that they were out of guac. YALL THATS COMPLETELY FINE! I ordered late and I didn't even know guacamole came on the burrito tbh. The food was perfectly warm when it arrived and it hit so freakin good, guac or not. It was just what I needed. Y'all made my night and the customer service was fabulous!! This is my favorite location cuz it's close to my house and the food and people are always so good. Thank you guys so much for working late hours. You're the backbone for all us other working class young adults with the munchies. We went into this Taco Bell and ordered 4 tacos. We were the only people in line, and there were about 5 people inside. We waited and waited and waited. After about 10 minutes, we went to the counter and asked about the order and they said they were working on it. After 18 minutes, we asked to talk to the manager. In that timeframe, only 1 or 2 additional people came in. The manager told us the new people were working on orders for the inside, so it was slow. That didn't make any sense since we were the only ones who ordered inside. We asked for a refund and she was not understanding or pleasant. While we were talking to her, the order finally came out, and she told the person to just throw it away. Clearly this franchise is not run well, and the manager should not be the manager. She lost that sale, and she lost us as customers. We had a very nice lunch at another fast food restaurant across the street. read more

Food was cold and it was prepped sloppy right in front of us. I stood there waiting for my order to be taken and eventually I put my own order in the screen. Service was terrible. I asked a question and one of the women looked at me for awhile then said one moment and walked away. When they said the name for the order they set it on the counter. We walked up and there was one trey with 1 chicken quesadilla, 1 crunchy wrap, and 1 blue razz freeze. We told them that 2 chicken quesadillas and 3 drinks were missing and a man came up and very rudely asked what did u want. We told him multiple times because he wasn't listening to us and kept walking away. Finally after about 10 minutes we got the 2 chicken quesadillas and 2 of the the 3 missing blue raz freezes. My husband and I went their the drive thru. Asked for no tomatoes on any product. Got home, all of our food had extra tomatoes. We were missing three of our items. We always gives establishments two tries. We went back a week later... it was like déjà vu. Our items were covered in tomatoes, and a few food items were missing. I went to order at 10:24, while it says they are open until 11 on Sunday on the door. I waited for a few minutes at the ordering speaker then drove to the window where a young man opens it and says how can I help you. I asked if they were still open and he told me no we closed a few minutes ago. I was confused at first because google & the sticker on the door says open until 11. They closed 30 minutes early. I have been going to this location for a few years now, mostly because they are the only place open at night in close proximity. At this point it is comical every time I go they are out of some common item, my most recent visit they were out of 6" soft shell tortillas. The Time previously they were out of ground beef, chicken, and black beans. This is an ongoing issue, I am not sure if it is poor management on ordering or a lack of customer service and willingness to heat up more product that they are out of at the time. I get my bag and there's 2 sauces in there for my 3 tacos.... then I had to wait an extra 4 mins for her to come back up to the window. I asked her for some more, gave me 3 more... I waited almost near damn an hour for your crappy cold tacos and y'all too stingy to hand me a handful of sauce! And you couldn't even apologize for the 43 minute wait! I have a love/hate relationship with Taco Bell. When the food is made correctly and with some pride, it's good. Not great, but good. I mean it is Taco Bell and so I know exactly what I am in for when I place my order. They keep the menu interesting so I keep coming back. The biggest issue that I see here is that they are understaffed. They have signs up a over the place advertising open interviews every Thursday, so they are trying to remedy the problem. The majority of the employees are super friendly and work hard to get orders done quickly & accurately. They get a ton of complaints from customers who dine in because it takes a very long time to get your food inside. I spoke with a manager about the time it takes to get food & she told me that corporate has made a policy where drive thru takes priority over dine in guests. It's super frustrating. There have been times when I have waited over 30 minutes for a $12 order. I really hope that they are able to get some new employees hired and trained. It would be awesome to be in and out of Taco Bell in less than 20 minutes! read more

This Taco Bell is the absolute worst ever!!! The customer service is atrocious!! On multiple occasions I have gone and the people are blatantly high. They never get my order correct and miss items in my order altogether. They almost never turn on their mobile ordering and Mobile exclusive items are obviously unavailable. This time my husband went to pick it up as I ordered and nothing indicated that mobile ordering was unavailable and I had to place the order 4 separate times. Finally after 45 minutes of trying to place a $60 order my husband went into the building and they said they "forgot to turn mobile ordering on" and that there was nothing they could do because the items we wanted were online exclusive... and then told my husband to go to a different Taco Bell. This is absolutely ridiculous and horrendous customer service. What a waste of time and gas money. I will NEVER be going back here and I highly recommend that others don't go here either. read more

Asked for manager, but didn't wait any longer, because it sounded like manager was in back sleeping! Didn't want to wait any longer for a refund, so I left with my soda.
